Make your own bowl. Generous portions of chicken, cabbage, carrots, and beets
    Macy T.

My family enjoy coming here for a quick and healthy meal. There's choices of purple, brown or white rice, and choice of protein from chicken, spicy pork, beef, or tofu. Lastly the good and healthy stuff. All the fixings, choice of carrots, beets, lettuce, egg strips, cabbage, bean sprouts and onions. Portions are generous and enough to fill us up. Staff is super friendly and patient as you decide what fixings and sauces you want. We come here at least once a month when we're short on time or too tired to cook at home.

    Stir fried noodles

This is probably one of the best restaurants I've been to in a while, which is crazy because it's so unassuming. The food here was absolutely delicious. I had the stir fry noodles, which were udon noodles, and the spicy Korean fried chicken. The mochi ice cream and bubble tea were very yummy as well. I also got a Korean potato and cheese corn dog. It was my first time trying one, and it was very good. The service was fast and friendly, with limited interaction, if that's what you prefer. Overall, I really like this place and if I lived in the area, I would be a regular here.

Mmmmmmmm......bibimbap! Bring it. If I lived nearby, I'd be doing takeout from Bibille frequently. It's similar to a Chipotle or Moe's for ordering....lots of meal customizations available. I chose purple rice (I LOVE purple rice!) and my protein was shrimp. Veggies? All of them, please. Even some egg. Sauce? Hot. Since I'm a bottomless pit and hadn't had the opportunity to eat all day due to my work schedule, I ordered a side of salmon sushi pieces....and a green tea boba. The bubble tea is more like an ice cream shake with the tapioca pieces included - I've never had it that way before. It was delicious and took me a while to finish it (as it was basically dessert). I decided to eat in the small dining area - starting with my bowl of deliciousness. The sushi was delivered to my table from the back followed by the boba smoothie. I will definitely be back for more and try something different next time.

Chasu grilled? And a seriously hardboiled egg in miso broth?

We've been going to Bibille for a few years. It's been our go-to spot for Ramen whenever we've been in Tarrytown. This was the first visit we've made to the area this year and the entire place has seriously gone down hill. I'm also wondering about all their positive google reviews. Lots seem to be basic, so I'm wondering if they were AI generated. First-- the service is friendly enough, but there's a problem when you need 3 different staff to figure out what the customers are asking for. We just wanted to know where the small order of kimchi and seaweed salad were-- 2 cold appetizers that really should have come out before the ramen. And it took us a few minutes to ask for a second spoon so we could actually eat the ramen when it came. I can't even say that staff was overly busy because the place wasn't full. Maybe they were slammed with takeout orders, but I saw no one come to pick up orders and the kitchen didn't bring out any. We were just at a vietnamese place the other day and it was also half-full, but there was a constant stream of takeout packages coming out of the kitchen and customers coming to pick up their orders. Last night at Bibille, the staff seemed busy, but they just kept going back and forth. Second-- the food came out willy nilly. We ordered 2 small apps, 2 different dumpling orders, and 2 ramen bowls. We got the fried dumplings first, then a bowl of ramen, then a few minutes later the 2nd bowl of ramen, then when we asked about the kimchi, we were told that it takes time to make the steamed dumplings. We know that-- but we were wondering where the kimchi and seaweed salad were-- and when we got them they were prepackaged in a tiny condiment container. Why didn't we get those first? No one understood us to answer the question. Then we finally got the steamed dumplings, two were smashed open and they weren't that hot-- which tells me they were either not microwaved well enough or they had been sitting on a counter waiting for service. The dumplings also were just meh. They weren't handmade and they weren't even the good kind that you can get at your local Asian market in the freezer section. They were bland and even though they were both different flavors, they weren't exactly what I was expecting. I ordered spicy pork which turned out not to be spicy, although it was a bright red. The steamed should've been beef/kimchi, but it tasted like neither beef nor kimchi, but unspiced pork. While I'm on the dumplings-- when was the last time you got dumplings served with a packet of soy sauce? Sort of like you get with takeout sushi. Dumplings aren't served with soy sauce. Not unless you're making them at home & don't have anything else. Speaking of making things at home-- when I'm in the mood for a ramenesque bowl of noodles at home, I generally make a miso broth & toss in a few noodles. That's not ramen. That's what you get when you want ramen but have neither the skills nor the ingredients to make a good ramen bowl. This ramen wasn't as good as the dinky bowl I make at home. When I make miso at home, I use the miso paste-- not the powdered miso packet you get with some of the overly processed noodles. This ramen was that kind of powdered, processed miso garbage. It wasn't bad-- but it wasn't ramen. And yes, I know this is supposed to be Korean fusion cuisine. But fused with what? This broth is not like the ramen bowls we got a the same restaurant last year. And finally-- the egg & chasu. The egg was a sorry excuse for the unctuous soft-boiled egg that you get in a traditional (or even non-traditional but competent) noodle house. This was hardboiled to within an inch of its life. And the poor chasu was GRILLED. I was really looking forward to a nice ramen bowl with the succulent chasu. This was overcooked. I mean, how do you overcook chasu if you have any clue as to what you're doing? It was seared and dry-- not unlike shoe-leather. As added umami, it had the distinct flavor of an unwashed grill. Really uncool. Really horrible actually. I couldn't even eat half the bowl-- and for a meal that cost us $62, they should be ashamed of themselves. Another final note-- the place seemed a bit unclean. We sat along the wall. Beside us was a table piled with odds and ends-- a mess of bar mops and take-out containers. The bathroom was a nightmare and after two members of the kitchen staff seemed to be horsing around in the hallway, a broom fell across the hall. Had I not been actually looking where I was walking, I would've fallen over it. Probably into the pile of empty boxes, open packages that I really hoped didn't contain food, and a mop bucket that also seemed a bit dislodged from aforementioned horsing around. Who does that? Two grown men wrestling with each other in the hallway between the dining room and kitchen? About an hour after I ate, I also started to feel decidedly unwell. Nothing like a bad meal that makes you want to vomit to really put a cap on a nice day out.

    Fried spicy rice cake 10/2024

Foods were amazing! Came here during weekday dinner and all foods were absolutely delicious! Service was quick and fast! Simple indoor decor but very comfy. Prices were very reasonable! Rice cake, fried chicken wings, grilled pork was a combination of crispy and soft tender meats, so yum!

Purple rice, spicy pork, bean sprouts, egg bowl
    Jessica D.

If you are new to Korean food this is a great gateway! Casual, build your order at the counter restaurant. I always get my favorite: purple rice (yes, purple!), sweet and "spicy pork" (2 out of 10 hotness), egg strips (cold), bean sprouts (cold), their signature Bibille sauce, sesame oil and sesame seeds. The bowl they place everything is in a healthy serving. I can usually only eat 3/4 at most. Big eaters will enjoy the portion size! They have a few options for bases and meats, as well a mushrooms for vegan customers. A medium amount of toppings otherwise. The atmosphere is simple and clean with elaborate, large, sparkly artwork with dragons and birds. Even after being here for 7+years it's still clean and feels mostly new. Indie pop playing in the background. The lights are low-lit, classic industrial style, which helps it feel more inviting and less "cafeteria". The only small things is that every time I come the staff isn't upbeat, friendly. No one greets me at the door and no one is ever smiling at customers, but they're not rude or mean. Given they're not waitresses I will always come back unless the food changes. I love this food and quick service!

I'd agree with the other reviewers that spicy pork is probably the best protein option. We got two orders of spicy pork, two of tarry chicken, a beef and a shrimp (the latter two were not much to write home to - wish the beef was bulgolgi). Everyone had purple rice and the works (aka all the veggies). Since it was our first time, we did Bibillé sauce for everyone (tastes like Japanese sesame dressing), and the hot Bibillé w/ spicy Korean sauce on the spicy pork. We also got some spicy sauce on the side (it's not too spicy, and a bit on sweeter side) - the next day I made my own gochujang sauce to go with the kids' leftovers that packed more heat. Definitely what I'd call a healthy option but I do prefer bibimbap in the stone bowls, personally. Service: service was quick and the price for bibim bowls were big enough for two meals for me. They're efficient like Chipotle - line up for each of the ingredients that build your bowl. Parking: There's no parking lot, just street parking in the town. Location: Beautiful area with direct line of view to the water down the street.

Labeled fusion but only in the sense that they have both Korean and Japanese food. For the main offering, think Korean Chipotle. I was somewhat let down by the lack of toppings (that I like), I only got carrot and egg. The rice is decently "crispy" considering it's sitting in a rice cooker. For a fast casual take on bibimbap it's not bad, but sit-down quality is definitely better. I also ordered passion fruit bubble tea but got a slush so beware, it doesn't appear to be milk tea. On the plus side, i don't have to worry about staying up all night.

Fantastic food, relaxing environment, kind and efficient service. Highly recommend!!

Delicious food, kind and efficient service, perfect atmosphere. Pork was tender, bibimbap was fresh and filling. Highly recommend!

Love this place. Delicious healthy food. Been coming here for years. Food always fresh, service great, and very clean . Try it. You won't be sorry

Quick, easy and delicious. Low key spot with Korean staples. The serving of spicy pork was generous. We came in for a quick bite of something small, but ended up completely stuffed.

This place is heaven in a bowl! The hearty portions, affordable prices, and modest (almost college-town) ambiance all make Bibille a fantastic option for simple Asian offerings. Every time I order from Bibille (either in-person or via a delivery service), I'm impressed at the levels of flavor in such simple ingredients. It's truly a testament to the freshness of the food. I think the bibimbap is the best bet. Get any assortment of vegetables & meats over lettuce/rice and all you need to fully appreciate the dish is one of Bibille's fantastic sauces. The Bibille sauce is my favorite, but the Korean hot sauce is the most traditional. In terms of protein: spicy pork tastes like authentic dweji bulgogi from a Korean restaurant. Try it! It's by far the best meat option.

A Tarrytown staple. The customizable bowls are my favorite, but my sister also likes ordering their udon.
