We both ate less than 1/2 our bowls and became sick. First her, then me. Sick sick. Vomiting etc. badly. The next day I called to say my kid and I had gotten sick from the shrimp. I was put on hold, I gave my name and time of pick up and was told "that's not possible you got sick, we had a lot of bowls and no one had problems." I was polite, worried actually for anyone else having shrimp. The staff put me on hold for a good bit and came back and said --" what do you want?" I asked for a refund, which I received.

Strictly Business…read more Today was Black Friday and busy at the food court for lunch. BK was our choice and we stood in a short line. Once it was our turn to order, it was all business with our order taker. We placed our order, she asked the appropriate questions, we answered, and we paid. We stepped to the side, she called up the next customer. Efficient if not friendly, and we waited for our food. Someone else let me know our order would take a minute because of the Whopper, and orders placed after ours started to get filled. Better to not have to wait, but nice that they let us know instead of us just wondering why numbers 5, 6, and 7 were filled before our number 4. The minute was optimistic, it was a few extra minutes, but finally our food was ready. My Whopper with cheese was excellent. I really do like their sandwich. There is a lot of common seating at the food court, or maybe it is called the food festival. It was busy, but we still found a table. I enjoyed my food while watching an indoor Ferris Wheel. This is a pretty cool mall.
