If you don't feel like reading: It's a toss up. I would say try any food spot once. The service was good. Other than it being freezing in there, the inside looked modern, newly renovated and clean! However, the food was way overpriced. We noticed the branding was on everything. Which is why I assumed it's so overpriced. For the price, I had higher expectations. I have to say it was not as flavorful as it looked. Very mid tasting and grease filled. The onion rings were more soggy than not. I would argue that there are better tasting burgers in neighboring towns that are cheaper. Only went once. Not sure I would try again. Honestly the customer service and the cleanliness are really carrying the 2/5. read more

New City, NY - I had this new-ish burger joint bookmarked after hearing good things, so when I found myself in the neighborhood on a random weekday, I seized my chance for a late lunch. The headliner is their double smash burger, available in a variety of decadent flavor combos (upgrade to wagyu for $3.99 more if you're feeling fancy). But the menu also boasts chicken sandwiches, wings, hotdogs, milkshakes, specialty fries, and even a chopped cheese sandwich. I went with the black truffle smash, and while the flavor is on point, for a place banking on "smash" burgers, these patties could've been...well, smashier. I also forgot to specify medium rare and got something closer to medium well, but that's on me. The cheese fries, however, crushed it. The space is bright and clean, and staff was very friendly. 4 stars for the burgers. I enjoy their burgers and think the quality is decent. It is pricey though, which definitely deters me from going more frequently. The menu is pretty expansive, offering many different and unique types of burgers and sandwiches. I have to mention the lack of upkeep at this location. Went to pickup last night and immediately noticed that the place was filthy with a lingering bathroom smell. The floor was dirty and coming apart. Everything just looked like it was falling apart. Hopefully this review is seen by the owner and they address the issues mentioned so the experience can be better for customers read more

We got the burger box and I was not disappointed! We ordered online for pick up and everything was ready as soon as we got there. The burgers are juicy and filling, the chicken sandwich is now in my top list. I'm a huge fan of dipping sauces, and there's is no shortage of that here. Spot sauce was my favorite for my fries, but definitely recommend trying them all! Inside was clean and bright. The employees were pleasant and helpful. I will be back! read more

Honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a long time. The staff was rude, cold, and completely standoffish from the moment I walked in, like customers were bothering them just by ordering food. To make it worse, they charged an absurd $42 for two sandwiches, fries, and chicken bites for my kid. At those prices, you'd expect quality service and at least basic competence. Instead, they forgot an entire item from the order -- the chicken bites that were specifically for my child during a takeout order. I called them right away, and the guy on the phone acted like he couldn't care less. No apology. No attempt to fix the issue. Nothing. When I asked for a refund for the missing food, he said he'd "get back to me" and then completely ignored me afterward. That tells you everything you need to know about how they treat customers once they already have your money. Overpriced food, careless staff, zero accountability, and terrible customer service. There are too many good burger spots out there to waste your money at a place that treats people like this. read more

Was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the burger here! Service was friendly - this is more a fast casual place. Order at the counter and get a number for them to bring the food out to you. I did struggle with the temperature being too cold but overall I will be back for a burger (but will ask for my bun not to be smashed!) read more

We had burgers, fries and onion rings for takeout from The Burger Spot for dinner tonight. Super easy to order online and ready in 15 minutes. It was our second time and just as great as the first! The restaurant is bright and clean and the staff is welcoming. For our family of 4, "The Office Box" is so affordable and perfect ($40!). We each chose a burger (black truffle, avocado, classic and Cuban). Delicious chicken sandwiches can be chosen too. All four were great- huge and juicy and loaded with toppings and sauce. And can't forget the huge amount of fries and 4 dipping sauces to go along with them. We also ordered a side of onion rings- we swear they're the best we've ever had- something about the crispy batter coating- phenomenal! My kids also enjoyed their chocolate milkshakes.
