We have been here before without issue but tonight was a disaster. We waited in the drive-thru for about 10 minutes before we got to the window. Someone told us they would be with us in a minute; 10 minutes later nobody had taken our order and we were trapped by cars behind us, so we ordered on the mobile app. When we finally got to the window, they asked us 3 times over the next 13 minutes what our order number was- we showed them our receipt and they still seemed baffled. They finally gave us our food 30 minutes after we arrived! NOT fast food. The manager could give us no explanation for the general incompetence of his staff. Crappy service, dirty dining area, god awful restrooms, don't know what else to say. Been there twice on a weekend to get some breakfast, showed up right before the 10:30am cut off time for breakfast and they refused to serve me breakfast stuff. Courteous employees but horrible food. Super dry double burger that felt like I was eating sandpaper. One bite felt like I was biting down on a bone. The Side Salad was not fresh with partly wilted lettuce leaves and old tomato slices. The order was delivered without utensils and the salad dressing. Most disappointing meal, bad advertisement for Burger King. The bathroom was wet with toilet paper on the floor. Must say that MacDonald's bathroom are infinitively cleaner even in busy ones by freeway exits. They also have a chart to show when they were last cleaned. read more

Not exactly sure why everyone is complaining. It's a fast food restaurant; Them being quick has nothing to do with being rude. they have other orders to take care of so they can't be just focused on you. The items are made and only held for 10-20 minutes on ready rack before being thrown away so nothing should be cold. Besides the catch phrase "have it your way" seems to attract more of the snooty, dumb customers that either ask for the impossible or get impatient when what you request is going to take a while. For example, you see the sign says flame broiled, so why do you ask for the cheese to be melted on the burger itself?? If you did get something wrong just say "Hey, I ordered ______, but got this instead. Here's my receipt. Can you change that please? I have been here a few times, yesterday I went by for lunch. I ordered 3 hamburgers and 2 drinks. They repeated my order back to me correctly. When I was given my food I got 3 hamburgers 1 drink and 1 fry. I informed the employee I needed another drink, she said I had to give her back the fry then. So I did. Earlier I had been working on a tractor that was broken down in a field of hourse poo, my hands were vary durty and greasy. The only way to grab the fry's was to grab them from the top, because of how they were position in the bag. My hand definitely touched the fry's. This is one of the better burger kings I've been to. I'm rating this a 4/5 comparing it to all the burger kings as opposed to just rating it compared to all the restaurants around the area. The service is pretty spot on, nothing fancy they'll do what you ask and give no attitude. The food has yet to displease me. Although one time I asked for no bacon and still got bacon.
