This is one of the better burger kings I've been to. I'm rating this a 4/5 comparing it to all the burger kings as opposed to just rating it compared to all the restaurants around the area. The service is pretty spot on, nothing fancy they'll do what you ask and give no attitude. The food has yet to displease me. Although one time I asked for no bacon and still got bacon. This is my go to bk only because it is the only one near me. Very hit and miss have had issues getting fries that didn't taste really old during off-peak times. Worst bk I've ever been to. Sucks that its so close. I keep giving it another shot. But last two times I got drive thru the order was wrong. One time ordered the a1 burger and onion rings. Got chicken nuggets and fries. Obviously gave me someone else's order. This last time ordered two 10 px chicken, fries, onion rings, and sweet tea. Got one 10 piece and a Cinnabon?? How? This is certainly a super busy location and it seems like they can't keep up with the crowds because the dining room is always dirty/messy. So, for that reason I would have given 2 stars, BUT every time I go (which is more often than I would like to admit since I live across the street), Nick is always great. He is patient while we get our order together and gets the order correct. He always has a smile,is pleasant & presents himself well- which is very rare in service these days. Thanks Nick!!! This is the worst Burger King ever. I went there and ordered a whopper with cheese and no onions and pork. I get the whopper the packing was fine I took a bite and felt a crunch so I looked at it and saw the onions. Great food (my burger looked like it belonged on the cover of a magazine!) and the fries were golden brown and crispy (everybody knows that Burger King has the best fries in town)! Also, the take-out girl was really nice (and when I called to let the manager know that I was really impressed with the service I received, she was equally sweet!) i was told cooperate changed the hours in which they serve food and burgers... this is a 24 hour location and told there was no burgers at 11pm one night as well as told no food altogether and to leave another occasion. whoever this Indian manager or employee is that is left overnights should be terminated for such terrible behavior and treatment towards customers and policies. will be seeking out the better business bureau on this one as i do not believe anyone should be screamed at for trying to buy food from a company read more

The food is the same at each one, but the service here is consistently bad every time I go. Today, I tried the Mobile order service and got some chicken sandwiches for me and some friends. I place the order (prepaid on card) then I go through the drive thru to get it, as instructed on the app. I get to the window, lady tells me I have to go inside. What?? So I have to wait 10 min in the drive thru to park my car and go in. I go in, tell them my order number, and they tell me I have to pay AGAIN. I explain to the manager the app takes your card, and they tell me my food will be ready. My order was #25, I waited 20 minutes inside to get my order, people with order numbers in the 30s were getting their food much before me. I get the food, finally, and I go to my car and check the bag and they forget not one but two sandwiches. Unbelievable. Worst customer service I have ever received. Never order mobile app unless you like waiting an extra 30 minutes for your food ffs, but then again you are better off not going to this BK instead. If you ever want fast food, just try the McDonald's off route 1, at least they act like they give a sh**. read more

I go to this burger King because this is the only one in Lorton. This review is solely based on customer service. The food is always hot and good. Which is expected at fast food chains. I have never in my life met a ruder staff. I always go to the drive thru and this girl is so miserable that she makes me want to go in there and address what the hell her problem is. For the first few years. I always placed my order and said "thank you" gave my money and received my drink and said "thank you" again then received my food and asked for extra ketchup and said thank you. Not ONCE in 5 years has this girl said your welcome to anything I've said. I can understand having a bad day and maybe not being in the mood to be all "smiles". But it's every time for years. Also, this BK is never busy..Maybe 2 or 3 cars deep at most.. They ALWAYS tell you to hold on and act extremely busy. (the inside is not busy either) I called corporate a few months ago to let them know that this branch has the rudest employees I've ever seen at a fast food place. Of course they offer me a free whopper. I let them know I didn't want anything for free. I just wanted them to know that the staff is horrible to there customers. I also made it clear that I only do drive thru. So the staff inside may have good customer service. But not at the drive thru. I haven't been in months but last time I went was the same thing. There are so many people that would love to have these rude peoples jobs. They don't deserve to work anywhere with that attitude everyday. Next time I go i will ask the girl what her name is and let her know I'm contacting her branch manager to let them know how rude she has been for years. I used to come her every day for a week before work and occasion for lunch. It has ups and down, but more downs than ups. My favorite French Toast sticks could of been warmer on at least two of those days. I think in a restaurant besides for making pizza you should wear gloves if you're making food or even putting your thumb in my container to give me fries, I don't know where you thumb was at 30 minutes before I got to the store. It seems like a mom and pop store more than a Burger King. When you give me cold French Toast I have to go somewhere else. I am not sure if anyone in the store has ever seen the sink in this restaurant. The older lady I believe is the manager doesn't say to much, The customer service could be improved a bit read more

Honestly, the worst Burger King I've ever been to. Agree with the comments from other reviewers about the quality of the food and the speed of service. Most importantly, I can't even begin to explain how rude the staff is, particularly the management. Honestly, unless you can't wait the extra mile to hit the McDonalds (in one direction) or the Dairy Queen (in the other direction), it's just not worth it. Literally avoid at all cost!!! I had a recent visit to this Burger King which ended in an employee being cursed out by a very pissed off customer. I saw something was wrong with the price they were charging me and I asked why it was the price it was and the employee replied with "because you ordered so much food". The lack of respect for their customers that this location holds is ridiculous and I will for sure not be making a trip back to this location and corporate will for sure be notified.
