When I visited, there was a noticeable smell in the air that my daughter kept complaining about. The burger itself was decent, and the fries were actually pretty good. An impromptu visit led us to have lunch here, on a hot summer Wednesday afternoon. Never having been here before, after studying the menu for a moment, my husband and I made our choices. My husband chose the bacon cheeseburger combo, with the burger wrapped in lettuce/hold the bun, the cry fry, which is a combination of onion rings and french fries, and a regular fountain drink. I ordered the two chicken sliders and an ice water, with plans to eat some of his fries. It was 20 minutes before we got our food, and at the time we ordered, we were the only people in there, with the exception of one other person. Soon after we arrived, a couple of people came in with to-go orders, and a few others had ordered at the counter and sat down. People with to-go orders, were leaving with their food, and we still had not received ours. When our food finally came, it was very hot ! However, we immediately noticed that my husband did not get his cry fry, and instead had only received an order of regular fries. He went up to the counter and tried to explain to them that he did not receive the onion rings with the fries. It seemed like there was a communication issue, and after going back-and-forth for a couple of minutes, they told him they would bring out a cry fry to the table. Several minutes later, we received the fry and onion rings (the cry fry). In the meantime, we noticed that even though we paid for the burger to be wrapped in lettuce, which was a small up charge, they did not wrap it in lettuce, and instead put it on a regular bun. This means that they got neither the burger nor the side order correct. At this point, we had been here for more than 30 minutes, and I told him to just let it go, considering how long it took to get the food, and then the replacement on the fries. The food itself was hit-or-miss. My chicken sliders were quite good. My husband found the burger just okay, and didn't like neither the fries nor rings. I thought the fries were decent, but I wasn't a fan of the onion rings either. Food was expensive for essentially a fast food restaurant with counter service. Service was lacking severely, considering they got most of our order incorrect, and were very slow, prioritizing fulfilling orders for people who were getting food to go, when people who were dining in, still had yet to get their food. Given the slow service, incorrect orders, and prices, we've decided to take a hard pass on returning. With plenty of other options in the area, it's easy to skip this one. read more

Upon arrival inspected and this is what I received pic 1 and 2, the pic 3 is the picture the restaurant advertises. BurgerFi is a fine place to eat but I caught it on an off lunch time. The place was freezing and very uncomfortable to sit in. I also forgot it's a restaurant where you have to order every individual ingredient on the burger so mine was rather plain. 4/18/22 - This location has been going downhill during COVID. As any sort of promotions have stopped, so has their consistency & cleansliness. If it wasn't for they making hot dogs on the grill and their location, we probably wouldn't be coming here any more. On our latest visit, 4/18, it just goes to show there isn't enough care being put into how this location is run. This location has had a busted Level Up rewards scanner for a couple years now (it worked once for us in the past two years). We placed two orders - one on the app to earn points and another for a kids meal in person because the app won't let you customize a kids burger. The fries for the main order came out very cold, but the kids order from the register had hot fries. It was a night and day difference. For the price premium this places charges, why weren't all fries at least warm? Both soda machines were out of a lot of flavors, with one of them being practically empty of everything. Bathroom are disgusting - they smell and look terrible. Oh, but it gets worse. My son got sick (lactose intolerance) and threw up on his way to the bathroom (near the registers). My wife told one of the workers about it, and no one did anything about it. She got napkins and cleaned it all up the best she could. Truly was one of the most overrated experiences I've had in a long while. My girlfriend and i were craving burgers this evening and honestly a trip to Burger King would've been better than this. The register person was not knowledgeable of the menu at all. Did not know how to enter certain toppings on the burger that was asked, so she said she'd just tell them to put the right cheese. and when I went to go, remind them to be sure they have the right cheese on it because the register person has not told them anything I know I was watching.
