Food was really good, those fresh rolls with cinnamon butter were delicious. The ribs were tender, the sirloin was so flavorful no steak sauce was needed, and even the cheeseburger was tender and made with quality meat. Service was great. Our waitress was wonderful, and Daniella was especially friendly and helpful. We truly appreciated the warm, attentive care. Jenn, the manager, and another gentleman also checked on us, making the busy atmosphere feel welcoming. We'll definitely be back!

So I have definitely been here before but don't come often. When you first walk in your greeted by a lot of hosts standing at the front and feels like you're walking through a whirlwind of folks. Our server was great and recommended some great things for us to try. My husband got the ribeye and was taken aback getting 3 big jalapeños, he didn't know how to eat it or where to begin lol. But the steak and ribs were on point. The deviled eggs , ordered 2 of them bad boys without the candied bacon though because I was already on a sugar high from the sweet but soft bread. By the way, the bread can go down a notch on the sugar, I mean the cinnamon sweet butter should be enough to get you going. Overall the atmosphere was cute and we got seated quick which means a lot when you have a hungry one year old.

Didn't even give us bread.

This is a hot spot for the weekend crowd. Sit down eating packing them in regardless of the table size. 90 decibel to 120 when they do their song. For the amount of staff, asking for water or your sides should not take 8~ minutes. Food was run of the mill. This is were halal meat rules, tasted the blood. It felt more like an assembly line than a dining experience.

Went last night after maybe a year and half and getting burnt ribs and the food has definitely improved. I had a6oz sirloin it was pretty tasty. The sweet potato fully loaded was seasoned well and had toasty marshmallows on top. Broccoli and carrots were cooked just right. My daughter had the sirloin salad it looked so good. My son had the ribeye and ribs and he said everything was cooked well but sirloin was cooked medium instead of medium rare. Service was pretty good for it to be so busy on New Years Eve. Manager greeted every table to ensure everything was cooked to our liking.

I always try to visit Texas Roadhouse when I'm travelling. This location was busy as it is close to the outlet mall. There is a waiting area with a large amount of seating. No wifi though. I had the 6oz sirloin with baked potato and a Caesar salad. The salad was fresh and put together well. The serving was also a good amount. My steak and potato was tasty and done to my liking. The rolls, as always, was good. I will continue to visit this restaurant chain as the value, taste and servings are good.

If you want a good steak. This is the place to go to. This was my first time trying the Prime Rib. I definitely will order it again. Their chili is one of my favorites. Customer service is always great, and I love how a manager checks in on each table. Their early dine in menu has great prices and large portions.

Sirloin* & Grilled Shrimp

I had the steak and shrimps combo with baked sweet potato along with delicious golden corn that was delicious from the start to the end. Th we rolls are so delicious that you cannot eat just one. I will be back for another delicious meal.

One of our best visits ever at any Texas Roadhouse which we love & never had a bad experience, but this one stood out from start to finish. We were seated quickly (early New Years Eve dinner), greeted as we walked in the door, and our waitress was on top of her game- drinks came fast, stayed filled and she checked on us constantly. We got everything we asked for and quickly. Our food came quickly and just how we ordered it. The salads were fresh, minus the tomatoes as I asked, our entrées were delivered hot and somehow better than other visits. The manager came by to see how our food & service was going - nothing but huge "thumbs up" from both me & my wife. Texas Roadhouse always supports the military & it's veterans which is greatly appreciated. This Texas Roadhouse sets the bar high !!!

Soon as you walk in through the revolving door, you are greeted with a wood fire grill aroma that makes your sense of smell scream omg what is that and I'll take 2 please. There was no wait time, we were instantly seated at a small both for two. And yes the seats are comfortable. I would have loved to be seated next the the staircase because it has some nice sight lines. The restaurant is so clean and nicely decorated as if you stepped into a homey yet lux cabin restaurant. It just feels....comforting. There were a lot of people dining here but the noise level was surprisingly minimal. The service is impeccable. Every waiter was attentive. Someone even asked us if we wanted another drink when our glasses were full. Never in my life has that happen to me. Lol The server was very knowledgeable about everything and left me to decided between all the wonderful options they offer. And they have OPTIONS. I heard the steak is banging. I'll be back... Now let's talk about these Ozzie dinner rolls. Bomb! End of story. And in my Nike voice....Just do it. In other words stuff your face and get some to go. I got blessed with 2 baskests and a bag to go. Won't he do it. My son enjoyed his little Mac aka his burger and fries but was too full to finish the fries because he stuff his face with Ozzie dinner rolls. So be careful yall. You have been warned. I orderer the pecan trout which was a very interesting take on baked fish and yet it was still good. I'm not raving about it. But it was good. Nice thing is they give you to pieces of trout 1 for now and 1 for later because yes I stuffed my face with those darn Ozzie rolls. Smh I had my eyes set on that deep dish apple pie and I shall return to try it and other menu items..like that banging steak. My leftovers hit the spot. I had enough for a whole lunch the next day. Saved me extra resources. Everything tasted even better the next day. Like the seasoning settled in and exploded into deliciousness. Peoples I say this with love...Don't come here because I don't want yall taking up all the free parking spaces available. Lol this is my new go to spot.

The second time we came we were seated in a booth that I felt left us a bit neglected. There were 4 of us; 3 ordered steaks and all three ordered medium rare. They were cooked beyond that. My salmon was cooked exactly as it should be. The third steak was sent back as it was the wrong order. Because it took awhile to get it corrected, the birthday boy ended up eating his dinner alone as the rest of us completed our meals. To be fair, his steak was done correctly.

It was cooked almost perfectly. I added a lobster tail, and got a side of mac and cheese. The side was superb. My friend and I started with the Wild West Shrimp appetizer, and it was prepared in the same way as a calamari app might be prepared at an Italian restaurant: breaded with peppers. It was a fine appetizer (I was expecting to be dazzled, and I was not). The service was fine. Our server seemed young and inexperienced, and not incredibly knowledgeable about the menu items. I'm sure she'll get better with time. If you're looking for a solid steakhouse, you could do worse than Longhorn's.

I wrote a review from Fathers day already. Its my grandsons 12th birthday and guess where he wants to go? I agreed, because they get to choose. I told them waitress that last time was horrible, she understood and took on the challenge. All was well until dinners came in. Only my wife had a salad before her entree. When the entrees came to the table, by another server, my wife had no meal and mine was missing a loaded potato. The kids also had no ranch, which is a federal crime to them. We asked 2 others and our server, never received. When our server came out to see how dinner was going, I told her we are missing 1 entrees and my side of potato. She quickly went to kitchen and came back with the potatoes and then apologized for not keying in my wife's dinner. By the time she received her meal, most of us were done. The manager 1st came to apologize and said that she will comp us a dessert, but still no entrees yet. It took another 20 minutes from our entrees, before she received hers. The manager came back and said the entrees is on her. The food is always good, but for 6 people, over $200, I would like to eat together and have great service. When they brought out a free dessert for the birthday boy, they never asked what he likes, of course it was not what he wanted. He blew out the candle and then I ordered the dessert he did want for his birthday. Yes, you guessed it, I paid for that and the free dessert the manager mentioned, must have been recalled because entrees was free, which was the higher price, but she should have given her the dessert to make up to HER, for delayed food, since I paid for the meal only I benefited. Its saddening that this will be off our list here in Woodbridge. There are many others to choose from, even with 4 or 5 going out of business lately. In closing, the food is good, but service is terrible and since managers were involved, it seems like a culture problem of quality employees.

I was in town when I first stopped by, and what started as a visit turned into spending the entire day with the staff. From that very first day, I felt something special. Now, every month when I fly into town, I make it a priority to spend the entire day with my Down Home Comfort Cafe family. I love the atmosphere, the food, the conversations, and most of all, the people. I even enjoy talking with the customers and recommending different entrées. It feels like I'm coming home every time I walk through those doors. And let me tell you -- the soul food is absolutely incredible! The food is made with love, and you can taste that love in every bite. If you're looking for delicious, authentic soul food and an atmosphere where you're treated like family, look no further.
