Almost 75% of the food was leftover and was being refused to get 3 boxes
    Adeel M.

Rude behavior by the owner or the cashier,I've been to this restaurant few times with family and this is my first and experience with guy at the register ,we have decent amount of leftovers, asked for three carry out boxes and was given only two ,had to go back for 2 more and owner was being stingy and asking me it will make four now and gave me strange look ,we have to mix shove food in the boxes too manage and have him not beck ,never going back again.

The decor is nice inside and Nash and smashed food was yummy. Highly recommend the burgers and sandwiches and fries and mango lassi from there. They are priced well. I do not recommend any of the "Chinese." They used spaghetti noodles for the lo mein and way too much garlic. It was clearly just reheated in a microwave. The chicken corn soup was good, I'd get it again. The butter naan was incredible and priced well. The daal tharka was bad and so overpriced ($15). Not enough salt and it was also clearly reheated in a microwave. The portion was also too small for $15. The daal wasn't reheated well either, it was basically room temperature by the time it got to us. They do not have cups for water and make you buy bottles of water. They also only have plastic cutlery and plates which cheapened the experience. The area to put the dishes is too small and not clearly marked with what goes where. The trash hole is too small to fit the plates so you have to squeeze them in to the trash. The dish return/trash should be more organized.

Hakka crispy beef with fried rice,

Tried several items at Ronak Mella in Woodbridge and everything was delicious. The chicken-loaded fries, smashed burger, fried rice, crispy hakka beef, and nihari were all flavorful and freshly served. Portions were generous, and the drinks were a perfect finish. The environment was clean and comfortable, and the service was fast and friendly. The food was so good that we even took some takeout home! Overall: food, service, and atmosphere -- all 10/10. Definitely worth visiting again!

I had heard about the Crimson Coward when it first came to town. It seems like a very…read morewell-established name, with decent food offerings. It sits right across the street from one of my top 5 favorite fried chicken shops, Nash & Smashed. They have some decent competition - That's what I thought before I stopped in. I am very thankful to the Crimson Coward chain for offering a $5 discounted meal for first-time visitors! I ordered the 4 piece tenders, in country style (no heat). My body seems to be that of a crybaby when it comes to handling spice. I ordered the food just after they opened, at 11:06, thru their online storefront (website). I arrived to pick up the food at around 11:20. They were just packaging it up to go out the door, and I was the only one in the restaurant. I'm sure if there was a line or quite a few more orders it would have taken longer. The food was packed in a small folding box (just like KFC style), but contained no napkins - so be sure to grab those before you go! The chicken was moist, tender, and juicy! The breading was thin, yet slightly crunchy. It seems that they make this perfectly! My compliments to the crew. It was done very well. The tenders were as big as my hands, and just as thick! They were quite large! I'm not sure I've ever seen tenders quite so big, that weren't 50+% breading alone. But no - these were genuinely large - They must have been the beast of a chicken yard. Tender. Juicy. Perfection. You get 4 slices of pickle with the meal, and for a pickle-lover like me that was great! They're not terrible high-class tasting, like a Claussen-brand pickle, and have a hint of bread-n-butter taste to them, but they're decent! But, the reason for the score being as it is, is because the flavor profile didn't fit to the fireworks sparkle that hit the chicken towards a home run. The seasoning landed a bit short, and flat. I was expecting a myriad of blended herbs and spices to match the exquisite look and tenderness of the chicken - but it never came. I couldn't tell you what herb or spice it was that felt so strongly, but there was one element in the spice package that dominated everything else, and just fills the nose and mouth with that one flavor over all else. It's not a bad taste by any means. It was quite enjoyable as-is, but it's nothing overtly special to write back home about. I wouldn't travel from far just to get this chicken. One other thing that bothered me was that they seemed to offer mac & cheese with other things mixed in but yet not the mac & cheese by itself on the side. Yet, you can get slaw, onions, pickles, and all these other condiments and flavors by themselves - just not mac & cheese alone. Sad! A terribly missed profit-maker for sure... If there's one thing people want with good fried chicken it's mac & cheese! I believe that's written in soul food lore somewhere... Lastly, the sauces that came with the food -- You can pick your own, and by default I went with the Crimson Sauce, and ranch. The ranch fell a bit flat. It's not an expensive or savory ranch; it's just a bottom of the barrel 2D ranch. No eccentric savory flavors, or myriad of tastes. There was clearly no buttermilk in it either, it just felt a bit sad. That's not to say it wasn't good, but it left me longing for a bit more. The Crimson sauce was good. It had a tiny bit of heat -- similar to something like your average green peppers, or mildly spicy fresh-made salsa would give off. Something your old-school no-spice white granny could order and eat with no complaining. The sauce was good and flavorful. Between the 4 tenders, 1 cup of ranch, and 1 cup of crimson sauce, I finished my meal just as the sauce cups were being wiped empty with the last bit of chicken meat. A refreshing and enjoyable experience, but nothing to drive out of your way for. I enjoyed the meal, and would come back - but I wouldn't go craving it once a week for the rest of my life. Good for a passing meal when you're sick of eating the same ol' Taco Bell, KFC, Chipotle, or McDonald's meals, and want to change it up a bit.

Overall this was decent. I would not say it was memorable. I feel the "hot" chicken restaurants…read moreare popping up every where and this one just blends in with the rest. There wasn't anything that I ate where I feel I would crave it. You order at a counter and they call your number when it is ready Super casual. Would I come back? Sure. I had nothing really to complain about. I had the mild chicken tenders. My daughter got a spicer sandwich and she was pleased. Fries are good. There was a sauce that came with it that was good. Limited Pepsi products and a couple of juices in their fountain machine. They also had some basic flavored milkshakes. Lots of tables for 2 people and only 1 table that sits four. The portions are more than generous in fact my only regret was not ordering a kids meal for myself.

This little jewel is located off Route 1 in Woodbridge near the Hendrick Honda dealership. I think it used be a Pizza Hut. ‍ Lots of clean seating inside (both barstool height tables and standard height). Cashier was super knowledgeable and helpful about their menu and customer favs. My family ordered a chicken sandwich combo, chicken and waffles, chicken tenders, fried okra, Korean nuggets combo, and 6 pc soy garlic wings combo and the total was just under $80. Family can't handle spicy so we did zero spicy for everything. The food came out steaming hot and fresh. Flavors on point for everything!! Each entree was probably enough to feed two people! Chicken and waffles are my fav along with their fired okra and French fries definitely a must try if you're in the area and feelin some tasty chicken!

First, the atmosphere: they had very loud (VERY loud) music playing the entire time I dined in, which was a little annoying. I guess it's part of their vibe? The service was fine, very straightforward. The food: I ordered a sandwich combo, with a medium spice level (since their hottest spice level requires you to sign a waiver, I didn't want to risk 'hot'). It was a Nashville-style hot chicken sandwich, and it had a strong flavor. It came with a side of waffle fries and a house sauce that is reminiscent of Raising Cane's sauce. Also tasty. But for me, the highlight of the meal was the Nutella shake I ordered. Wow! Absolutely awesome. I'll definitely come back and try other menu items--like wings, tenders, and other flavors of shakes. Oh, and I will work my way up to their hottest spice level.

Most of the bowl was rice with vegetables and very little meat, especially in the steak bowl. For that price, I expected a fuller bowl and a bit more protein. I also asked if the food was fresh and was told it was, but when I tried the steak it was cold and a bit tough, almost like it had been sitting for a while. The flavor overall was okay, but everything tasted very greasy, even the vegetables. The service at the counter felt a little awkward. Since it was my first time, I asked how ordering worked but didn't really get an explanation, so the interaction felt a bit confusing. However, I do want to mention something very kind that happened during our visit. While we were eating, my kids were not really eating their food, and I think the owner noticed the situation was becoming a little tense at the table. Out of nowhere he came over, spoke kindly to them, and brought them ice cream. It was a very thoughtful gesture and you could tell he probably has kids himself and understood the situation. That moment honestly meant a lot and helped lighten the mood. Overall, the food was okay, but the portion size and price didn't quite match for me. The owner's kindness, though, was definitely appreciated. ICE CREAM ITS AWESOME!!!!
