My friend and I started with the Wild West Shrimp appetizer, and it was prepared in the same way as a calamari app might be prepared at an Italian restaurant: breaded with peppers. It was a fine appetizer (I was expecting to be dazzled, and I was not). The service was fine. Our server seemed young and inexperienced, and not incredibly knowledgeable about the menu items. We were absolutely astounded when our server brought a scrumptious chocolate layer cake with a birthday candle for the birthday person.
