But chicken fry is too try to eat, outside is crunchy but inside is too dry and chewy. Crispy chicken sandwich is just so so. AWFUL!! I made the mistake of getting their bacon king about a month ago. Let me tell you it was the driest thing I have ever had. And don't get me started about the service very slow the drive-through takes about an hour before you move a car up. When this place first opened I will say it was pretty good but recently it had been disappointing. The service was horrible, I ordered a wrap and a large drink. I was first in line and it took them 10+ minutes to make a 4 ingredient wrap the size of the palm of my hand. So I ordered the FREE FEIRY BURGER with a purchase of $15+ ...I knew it would be hot I requested no hot sauce...figured I could deal w/the fiery bacon but not the sauce...nope..they drench it in..and I was right/I still got sauce, it was swimming in it..had to eat every bite with a half of bottle of water lol...I'm Irish/french Gypsy...guess I can't handle spicy food but if you like a kick-it's frigging great!! In reference to the BK on 2nd St (Rt 3) in Manchester - They have been short staffed for quite a while and they seem to be content with that status. The drive thru plods along but you do eventually get the food. Inside eating is occasionally available, but is inconsistent, and slower service than the drive thru. Overall the food seems to be up to fast food standards. It seems like it's being made to order. If you're feeling like fast food, this one is OK. read more

I've tried this place several times, hoping they will improve, but they never do! I only go for breakfast. Although I can say they give you far more of the potatoes then any other fast food breakfast place, they breakfast sandwiches are ALWAYS cold. Mary Ellen Burger King in Keene, NH is a Corona Virus Super Spreader. DO NOT visit this location. I was just at this location 2/2/22 going thru the drive through. there is a mask mandate in keene. NOT ONE employee has a mask on.....all the masks are around their necks. When I asked to speak to the manager he showed up with his mask around his chin. I asked him to please put his mask on. His response 'I have a mask on'. I repeated my request indicating that the mask should be covering his nose and mouth. He just kept repeating the same thing very sarcastically while shouting at me through the drive up window. He was VERY RUDE & and verbally combative. When I continued asking he told me to 'get out'. I had already paid for my food....he would not give it to me despite multiple request. Then he pulled out his wallet and started throwing $$ at me. I requested a refund to my card. He stated he was going to call the police. I said ok, go for it, let them settle this. What do you think they will do when they see that you are not following the mask mandate. Today was my first and last visit to the recently opened Keene Burger King. I tried to view the menu online to be a little prepared before driving thru. Turns out, you can't view the menu on the website without signing up for an account and starting an order. Neither of which I wanted to do. So, I would just play it by ear using the drive thru menu. The menu sits past the microphone with a terrible glare and is barely visible, especially the right side. So, if you are driving thru the Keene Burger King, I suggest you memorize the menu. Not an easy accomplishment since it's not easily accessible online and you can't see most of it at the restaurant. I managed to place an order on a wing and a prayer, but it couldn't be found at the cashier window, so I repeated everything, including the price, which I was thankful I paid attention to. She found it, I paid, etc. and made the mile-ish drive home. Most meals were fine, but I've never had a colder cheeseburger. So, unless I want to place the exact same order I did today because I don't know what else is on the menu, I see no reason to go back. read more
