I stopped by the Mohawk Shawarma Grill recently for dinner takeout. There was a small crowd of people standing near and in front of the trailer waiting for their orders. There was only one person working the trailer, so it took a while to place my order (7 minutes) and for my food to be ready (20 minutes). Once my food was all set, I enjoyed it in my car parked on the street. I ordered the Chicken Shawarma Sandwich ($7.99 plus tax) and a Gyro ($7.99 plus tax), which were both grilled to order wraps with tasty fillings. The shawarma sandwich was filled with tender pieces of marinated chicken, tomato, pickles, fries, and garlic. The gyro was filled with gyro meat slices, tomato, onion, fried potato, and tzatziki sauce. I will definitely have to stop by again for some kabobs next time!

With their tortilla soup, nachos and taco offerings they are the best possible stop on a cold day of skiing or as we have decided to on occasion stop by without skiing at all. When we stopped we essentially got one of everything, a chicken, beef, veggie and Hawaiian special taco. I am a sucker for pork tacos so those with the nachos were by far my favorite. We will probably stop in once a week during the ski season for the specials. Would highly recommend tacos come out hot and delicious and are really well done, real treat.

She puts her all into her business and ensuring that her clients are happy and well taken care of. For our wedding, Erin catered breakfast/lunch at the house for the girls. We had charcuterie and yogurt, salads, wraps and more. It was all beautiful and delicious. Everyone loved it. Then Erin was kind enough to stick around to serve ice cream from her new yellow vintage camper for our guests as dessert. We had multiple different flavors and guests loved going out to visit the camper and get ice cream. So many guests told us about it after the wedding and it was my husband's favorite thing at our wedding. We talked about it for over a year leading up to the wedding!!!
