VERY RUDE YOUNG GIRL AT DRIVE THRU SPEAKER!!! Very bad customer service!!! I Pulled up to the drive thru, the car before me order was still on the screen. So I sat and waited patiently a minute and no one said anything so I say hello? Rude young girl on the other end sounding sassy like I'm bothering her. Anyway, I put in my order, everything was correct on the screen. Got to the window, handed my debit card to worker (it wasn't same girl that took my order over the speaker because this was a much older woman), on top of that she didn't repeat my total cost or order or anything for that matter. I received my card back with the receipt rolled around it. I was asked to go park on the side to wait for fries and onion rings. Waited for around 10 minutes or so. A different lady came out with my order, she repeated my order although this time she said five whoppers instead of the 3 I ordered. I told her it was incorrect. She said, I'd have to go back in and talk to the manager. I was wet being just coming from the beach, my grandkids were in the car wet as well. I told the nice lady, it's ok I'll just take the extra whoppers. I should have looked at my receipt at that time. When I got home I looked at my receipt. I was charged for 8 whoppers of which there were 5 in the bag. Mind you I only ordered 3!!! The fries and onion rings that I supposedly were waiting for were very cold!!! When I got home I checked the receipt, it was all messed up the way everything was charged on it. In total, I was charged $67 when my order on the screen read $45. Someone trying to pocket extra money?? I absolutely called the manager! She was polite although not understanding me and not speaking English very well. She did ask me to go back for a refund and took my name down. I have other opinions about this place that are not very nice so I'll keep them to myself. I decided I wanted a burger with the grilled flavor as I hadn't bought one in quite some time. This location was close and although I hadn't been there in quite some time, I remember the Whopper with cheese and fries as being good sized and filling. Boy, was I wrong! After placing my order for a double Cheeseburger with bacon, along with a regular cheeseburger with bacon and fries, I paid and was handed a bag so small I thought they had given me a child's order. I looked in the bag and saw two small burgers, of which could fit in one hand. Couldn't find the bacon although there was some flavor but this wasn't what I was expecting. The Burger King brand is a scam pure and simple. To make matters worse, I get home and one of the top news stories is that Burger King is being sued in a class action lawsuit for false advertising. Burger King tried to get the lawsuit dismissed however, the judge ruled the lawsuit has merit and it is moving forward. I'm done with them and will never spend another dollar at any of their outlets. I've heard McDonalds is taking the same path, shrinking their burgers, I don't know if this is a path with Wendy's however, for now I'm done with by these fast food burger joints, a huge waste of money. I'll pay for a good size quality burger, not a problem, but these thieves ( their corporate owners) they can go pound sand. No wonder this location looks deserted most times I drive by. I used to get my burger fix at HI''s Steaks @ Foodland Farms and the burgers were pretty filling but cost more, so I'll have to shell out more money but at least I won't be disappointed and still hungry like I was after eating here. Poorly placed misleading 30-Minute Parking Signs placed on the side of the Burger King building not facing the said 30 minute parking spots and faster than the speed of light arrival of the VIP tow trucks clearly smells of something suspicious. With a system this unscrupulous there's clearly something illegal going on. It's BK- the food is the food, The location is convenient if you have to go to Kapolie. If you need a tame cold drink after going out to White Plains for too long like I seem to sometimes do- then here is a nice go to stop before heading back to Honolulu town side. The food is all the same. There is just enough seating- not a ton so it can get crowded if you go at the wrong time. Parking can be a pain too sometimes as it is not as easy to get in and out quickly. read more

I won't be eating anything from here again, I ordered a whopper and when I bit into it I started chewing on something very elastic. Turns out it was a large piece of latex glove from one of the workers. I took burger back to the location and got a refund, but they accused me of placing the piece of glove in the burger! Wow this place must be run by cheapskates. Then again it has always been a pet peeve of mine to see the sign "one refill only" or to see that the fast food value menu really isn't a value menu. During our order, the employee informed us that the credit card machine was out of order. Since we are here in Hawaii on business this was quite an inconvenience. We were not offered any consideration... I think they intentionally took the machines down to save on credit card merchant fees. All I asked for was an extra drink and they said no. I then decided to take the survey on the back of the receipt. Upon presenting it to them, he informed me that I couldn't order the value fries and value drinks to take advantage of the survey offer, but I had to buy the bigger sizes. I informed him that the back of the receipt read "any size fries and drink" and that value is included in the offer... heck it's been included for years at so many other different Burger King Restaurants. Cheapskates I tell you. Nice value menu they got going on here. I could have sworn it's been called the "buck double" everywhere. Here they call it the BK Double since it cost $1.49. Went here last night and the first thing I got was the soda for my meal... so while I was waiting on my meal I drank the soda... the soda was watm with very little ice. I shook up the cup to cool down the drink and took another sip... there was no carbonation in my sprite. I told the employee and she offered me the fruit punch but I wanted soda... she said if the sprite was oit of carbonation then the rest of the sodas would be the same way. I asked her how long will it take to fix it she said a really long time which let me know that she was not willing to get it changed... she didnt even tell any of the other employees about it. Had to have a whopper! BK closed in Mililani so since we were out in Kapolei we had dinner here. Lettuce was sliced nice and thick nut shredded. Tomatoes were fresh and sliced instead of diced. Pickles covered the meat. Meat could have had less gristle but if you don't over chew it's ok. Fries were fresh. Wonder why they closed ours. read more

I'm so flippin disgusted with this location and the staff. My family and I are always used to large orders so this has nothing to do with the amount we paid. All the breakfast items we ordered we extremely over cooked, all the bacon in all 4 breakfast platters were burnt, black and burnt. The Hashbrowns were soggy, as if it was sitting for a while. The bread on breakfast sandwiches were also soggy and the coffee was crap, it tasted old and burnt and had no sugar in it! This is not an exaggeration. It was un edible. I called and spoke to the manager. I did get a full refund but was greeted with stupid looks and stares from all their staff and some of them speaking in their Filipino native tounge. I was outraged and will be contacting corporate and their franchise owner. I have Filipino friends and family so I'm not prejudice! But speaking in another language in front of the customer is a no no! This location is never consistent and something always seems to be wrong. Against my other half's better judgment, he went there anyway. I didn't know he went there to get us breakfast after his morning out fishing. We will never ever go back there. And I will be following up with corporate. It almost seems like maybe the food was old and they pushed the envelope thinking they could cook it longer or heat it up instead of throwing it away.
