Small drink with four chicken nuggets,fries and a whopper junior. Tasted great all but the chicken nuggets. They seemed not to have all meat but included the knuckles and joints as well. This was the worst Burger King ever! We were there right at noon,one person there. That should have been a sign. We had a whopper and a chicken sandwich. We both felt sick after eating. Our guess is they had the food ready just waiting for someone. The whopper meat was cold. The chicken sandwich was not crispy at all. The best thing about the meal was the root beer. I tried to do the survey, but the receipt printing was so bad you could not read the survey code! Pretty sad. read more

Grosss! The girl at the drive through didn't even speak. Opened the window snatch the card and closed it then shoved the food out the window. 2 of the sandwiches were still cold. We pulled back in and let her know and snatched it out of my hand and yelled to someone. She handed the same sandwiches back smashed and and microwaved. I asked to just refund the 2 sandwiches as I was handing them back to her. With an insane attitude (as if she wasn't at work) she says "put everything back in the bag and I'll refund the entire thing, give it back" to which I tried explaining "no we just these two refunded" she told me that she has to refund the entire order finally I said I hope your day gets better she just went off she was also wear flip flops with her crusty toes out while serving food . Can't make this shit up ... Had a hankering for whopper with cheese and visited this shitshop August 17 2020 @ 7 pm . I ordered 1 whopper with cheese combo with Fanta orange soda . I also ordered 10 spicy chicken nuggets with sweet and sour sauce . In addition, I ordered a regular chicken sandwich . For desert I ordered a apple pie . Holy shit they did not get one single item correct . The whopper had NO cheese , the chicken sandwich turned into a fish sandwich and the nuggets and fries were cold and served with wrong dipping sauce . To top this shitshow off the apple was a chocolate pie . How in the hell can you run a restaurant with this amount of inconsistencies? This Burger King was fine. They were fast and didn't mess up my order, and the quality was about as adequate as every other Burger King.

Went here with my new friend. We had a coupon which was accepted. The counter guy seemed friendly but a manager came out and was talking trash about another employee right in front of us! We did not want to hear her bad attitude while trying to order our lunch. When we got to the soda station, one whole unit was out of order and the other wouldn't dispense ice. That area looked as though it hadn't been wiped down all day. When we had our order and iceless drinks we turned to the almost empty dining area and there wasn't one clean table! We wiped down the least dirty spot and sat down to eat. I had a view of the kitchen area and watched the employees just talking to each other. The food was Burger King OK. As we left I told the counter guy that the dining area needed attention he just shrugged and turned away. There's another BK up at Hwy170 that's ten miles farther but we'll go there for our Whopper Jr fix next time. Manager, I don't see how you keep an A rating. You should hire more people or train the one's you have. read more

Hilton Head location, this Burger King does not have a good reputation because of the old staff that worked there. There is a new staff and management operating this location and they are doing a good job . The food is prepared correctly and the staff is polite. Business is slow for them now because of the poor service reputation created by the now gone former management. Give this place a try, I don't think you'll be disappointed. read more

Honestly this place is pretty bad. The last time I came here I ordered inside for takeout. I kid you not, the order took over 15 min. All the while, they were messing up other customer's orders. I decided to try the place again and I pulled up to place my order, which went fine, but when I got to the window, one of the employees had accude tally messed up my order and put 2 of the same orders on. When I corrected her she started at me and threw the window shut, but it opened again I suppose because of the force and she started to bad mouth me. I kind of wonder if she did something to my food. In any case, the manager came to window and took my order again, which I apologized for making it confusing, and he was silent from then on out. I got my order shortly after and it was wrong . I came here to use their WiFi and waste an hour. I ordered a cup of coffee. The coffee was hot and tasty and counter service was quick and friendly. I sat in their comfortable couch and plugged in my charger. A few minutes after sitting and using my device the man who waited on me at the counter came over unsolicited with a new hot cup of coffee with the right amount of cream. One of the employees was having a conversation with someone at drive through window for entire time I was there so I gave up and went inside. When I walk in in took me saying something to get attention which I got "Whatchu want" in return. Then I watched employees touch the food bare handed one of which who had disgusting long dirty finger nails. The food looked like it had been sitting out all day..Sure enough "fast food" that took 40 minutes to get was ice cold and clearly old when I got it. I was too disgusted to eat it anyways. I arrived at the drive-through at 6:50 PM. I was the only one there wiand took my order right away a whopper with cheese and a chicken Parm sandwich with a large fry. I got to the window and there was a sign that said please be patient we are short staffed. 10 minutes later a man came and took my money and never acknowledged my wait time. 15 minutes later he brings me my food two plain chicken sandwiches and a large fry. I did not know this until five minutes later when I got home. They were ice cold. So what the heck were they doing the whole time I was there when they could've bag them 10 minutes earlier keep in mind I was the only person.
