I came into Jersey Mikes HH for the first time and will certainly be back. Brooks, Dom and Lee were very welcoming and helpful! I will come back just for their friendly customer service. Jamese read more

Jersey Mikes in HH was not only delicious food but entertaining. Shane did a nice juggling act with the bread, but was also extremely personable. Thanks for the great experience! read more

Sandwich was okay. The bread is pretty thick, but the cheese is really good on top. It would be nice if they had more options for fresh vegetables, it's really just lettuce (slightly brown, clearly from a package), tomatoes, onions, and green peppers. Other sandwich places or grocery stores that make sandwiches have spinach and cucumbers, etc. The service was good, people were nice when we were selecting our sandwich toppings. The tables outside were nice. If you just want a quick sandwich, it's fine, but if you want a healthy option, there are better places. read more

Fast, convenient and cheap option for lunch. Sub was pretty good. A little heavy on the mayo but overall a good sub. I also like that they slice everything to order. Friendly staff. read more

I placed an online order through the Jersey Mike's app and picked it up without any issues. When I got home, I realized my sandwich was made completely wrong. I called the store, remained polite, and simply asked if they could remake it correctly. Instead of trying to help, the employee pulled up my order and insisted that I had ordered something I have never ordered in my life. I explained multiple times that the order shown in my Jersey Mike's app was correct and did not match what she was claiming. Despite this, she repeatedly argued with me, refused to acknowledge the mistake, and would not remake my sandwich. Mistakes happen, and I would have completely understood if the order had just been made incorrectly. What made this experience frustrating was the complete lack of customer service and unwillingness to resolve a simple issue. Being told that I ordered something I clearly did not and then being refused a correction was extremely disappointing. I expected much better and will not be returning. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - This is my original order clearly shown on my app. - Fast Food Near Me - Hilton Head Island, South Carolina

This jersey mikes is always fast, has the freshest bread, and the most friendly staff. The tables are always clean, despite the amount of foot traffic. They also never over do the oil and vinegar here. Maybe niche, but it's very important to me. Thank you Jersey Mikes! read more

We are fans of Jersey Mike's everywhere Was in Philly last month for a cheese steak, and Jersey Mike often compares well.... Not allowing for variables of shop in Philly and shop in HH Seems to be a trend of rudeness in HH Jersey Mike's, and inclined to favor a change in manager Always best to order online at Jersey Mike's -- assuming that counter person is not oblivious to customers Hate to see a franchise mismanaged... Decent product -- give it One chance and then bail.... Today - Just received apology from management -- They are improving -- will soon visit to talk with new manager read more

Excellent. Being from New JERSEY where Jersey mikes originated from and being a sandwich generation member, I always look for Jersey Mikes wherever I go. And with the chain being sold to a big corporation I've heard rumors of the quality of sandwich making at Jersey Mikes is going downhill. Well not here . My #13 mini was spot on. A generous amount of cold cuts, freshly sliced before me, had it Mikes way ( There's no better way) and the price was fair. The store always clean, I sat at a table to eat and listened to other customers interact with the team and this place ran like it should. Everyone has a job and everyone did it well. Thanks. read more

My new favorite sandwich. So good. So fresh. Fresh cut meats and cheeses and veggies. Yum. read more

They ruined the Italian sub by putting a quart of oil on it! And then smashed it when they went to cut it in half.

Food is very good. They give you a decent amount of sandwish along with a side. However it can get crowded and there aren't much employee's at this particular Jersey Mike's. Good food but not great food. However, if your hungry and don't mind waiting- it's alright. read more

Food was good and fresh, customer service was not so much. This restaurant is one of the cleanest was clean. However, they had a big pile of bread stacked up against the glass on the counter, very odd. When we came in the door a young man named Alex was washing the windows and windowsills. Food was good and made just right. Staff is absolutely miserable. No one looked up when taking our order or making our food. I asked young Alex his name and said I would give him a good yelp review. He answered "Alex", but again never stopped to look at me or thank me. This whole crew needs customer service skills training. read more

Ordered 2 Tuna one with extra tuna with onions and tomatoes they messed them up and the sandwich's were very soggy. Will never order from them again. read more

So yall aren't gonna let the consumers know that when you drop cheese, you take it to the back and clean it off, then put it right back in the window to use? Disgusting practice. Rude employees. When I walked in, one of them literally yelled "HEY" in my face as a greeting while I was looking at the menu... not fun for the socially anxious. Food has gone downhill over the last couple months. read more

Unbelievable! The store is out of white bread at 6 pm. Evidently they don't have a way to make their store specific app guide the customer to make an alternate choice. read more

Delicious subs, lots of meat, friendly service. A great, easy treat when heading to the beach or the park.

Very efficient enthusiast, warm greeting. Great system. Excellent food. Order was correct

Found a hair in my sandwich. The hot chicken Philly was also cold. Please just go to another location

The staff was incredibly nice. The team lead was extremely patient in training a new employee during the lunch hour rush. SandwichE's were tasty as always! read more

Going through my diary from 2024 found a note from 1/2/24 that I had not done. Got a sub from here then and was double billed. Stopped by and met Mike the mgr who quickly refunded the error and offered a free sub for the inconvenience. Well done and appreciated! read more

Pleasantly good service, clean, and very good to eat. Here are more characters, happy now?

This place needs a zero stars. Slowest JM ever! Worst of the worst. Over an hour for a sandwich pre order! Put more hands in your kitchen!

I did a online order I ordered a 44 a buffalo chicken sandwich I got a cheese steak with buffalo sauce I call no one answered so I went up there a big white guy with glasses and hair with a face full of hair was rude he said he made my sandwich all I asked for was it to get remade but the way he came off about it was totally unacceptable so I asked for a refund he told me to get out the workers there are very nasty. The customer service sucks they always have attitudes if they don't like they job get a new one. We ordered online at around a little after 8. They called and said their grill 'wasn't working' when we were almost there so we decided to go in anyway and then they said 'it was off' So I'm assuming they cleaned it already before they close at 9. read more

I have ordered for pick up here for months . I ALSO ,order for most of my co workers as well. We were having trouble with the website and I called for help The guy on the phone was sooooo rude. I got a stomach ache last time I went here. But I will say that the service is great and they're fast.

At least acknowledge someone when they come in and stand at the pick up line - stood at the pick-up lectionary fro at least 10 minutes before even being as if a I had a order to pick up read more

Place is small and dingy. Sandwiches don't have much meat. Very little choice. Bad location in Hilton Head South Carolina

My mom and I stopped in after a movie for a light lunch. We decided to share one and our club sandwich was delicious! The young men working were very friendly and cut our sandwich in half, so each piece could be prepared to our individual desires. read more

I stopped coming to here for a long time because every time I went in or had a phone order they were rude, make my order wrong, then got upset when I wanted them to fix it. So, decided to give it another shot because there are no other good subs on the island. As I'm getting my sandwich fixed the first gentleman asked if I wanted bacon as the sandwich requires, I told him yes. Then a different older man comes to finish. I hear the first guy tell him what the sandwich is plus bacon. I get all the toppings on and he asked if I wanted anything else. I said no. When he finished the other sandwich I asked if the first one had bacon. He said "no I asked you if you wanted anything else and you said no" I said ok I thought the sandwich comes with it and I told the other guy. "He replied some people don't want it" I would have been fine if it's stayed there. Then he said "you're just the cherry on top of my day" I wasn't rude or upset I just asked the question. But that comment was it. After he bagged the food I had to come back to find the toppings I asked for on the side still in the prep area. Which is not a big deal but I was so angry about his comment I didn't want to go see him again. There needs to be another sandwich place in this island. Every time I go there I feel more of a bother than anything read more

Rude staff. The lady working the register was awful and argued with me about what I had ordered. Not impressed. Seems common at this location. read more

Friendly staff, clean establishment, the line moved quickly... nothing amazing, but more than sufficient, even for my picky kids.

They were rude to me when I was trying to order - like I wasn't following the rules of ordering- which I didn't know existed. My sandwich was disgusting super greasy and leaked through the paper and the bag onto my new pants as I was carrying it out Yuk. Went back and had to get a full refund. Hopefully this was a fluke. Ordering from jersey mikes forever. We just moved to HHI and ordered jersey mikes like we always do, only this time we were told no that they aren't able to heat up the roast beef for a few seconds on the grill before making the giant roast beef sub. We have never been told "we don't do that". We will be looking elsewhere for a better experience!!!!! read more
