Oddly enough this isn't about the cold food I received from this location. This is about me going through the drive through ordering then proceeding to the window to pay only to hear this crunching sound from my car. When I stopped and looked out I saw the curb just increases in height like 4 inches well too high for that sharp turn. Why wasn't this painted to warn their customers. The worst part was when I called Theresa who sits in the main office for this franchiser I was greeted with rudeness and denial without even hearing my story. I have called back numerous times only to be ignored. I am guessing they think I am after their money or something. I don't recommend you frequent this place because if something happens you will have to deal with this very angry person who represents this owner an even more horrible owner. read more

I personally don't eat BK but I come here every so often especially on "Fast Food Fridays" for my son because he loves their spicy Chi'King sandwich and onion rings. The service has always been good at this location, staff are very friendly and nice and my orders are always accurate. So this past Friday, I decided to try the sandwich for myself and OMG, it was surprisingly really good! I've tried Chickfila, Popeyes, Wendys, Boston Market, KFC, Carl's Jr. & McDonald's chicken sandwich BUT Burger King's (spicy) Ch'King Sandwich is the best one yet. The meat itself was perfectly cooked, juicy, tender & flavorful with the perfect crunch, perfect kick and perfect breading to meat ratio. Between a toasted potato bun with pickles and their signature mayo sauce. The sandwich itself is $7 vs. $3 @ Popeyes. There's three versions of the Ch'King Sandwich: classic, spicy and deluxe (with lettuce & tomato, no pickle). It's worth trying but I wouldn't get it on a regular basis though. read more

Food is normal like any fast food and staff is good. They make it quick which I appreciate it

My parents just ate at this location and my mother had to use the bathroom before leaving. The bathroom was occupied so she waited outside the door. The person who excited the bathroom was a female employee. My mother entered the bathroom and immediately noticed that there was a huge mucusy spit sitting in the sink. She stepped outside and confronted the staff person who had excited, who was now sitting on a chair outside the bathroom. Apparently, she was on her break. The employee responded to my mothers question about not cleaning up after herself, by saying that she didn't use the sink. In other words, SHE DIDN'T WASH HER HANDS!!!!!!!!!!!!! My mother then stated,"so you used the bathroom and didn't wash your hands?!!" and the employee did not respond. My mother asked to speak with the manager, someone named David Villero but was told he was not in. So instead, she spoke with an assistant manager named Jose. He confirmed the employee was on break and other than that, didn't do much else. Maybe he doesn't wash his hands after using the bathroom either. Nice job on the renovations Burger King but your forgot to train your employees on the importance of WASHING THEIR HANDS AFTER USING THE BATHROOM. My parents, including myself are forever disgusted! Since it's renovation which took nearly a year or perhaps longer. This new revamped Burger King has really stepped up it's game. I usually don't have nice things to say about fast food joints nor am I shy about enjoying fast food at the same time. They completely rebuilt the exterior and interior of this BK. The service is outstanding compared to what it was before. The cashiers are much friendlier and quicker and the intercom at the drive through finally sounds clear. I've been coming to this BK a bit too frequently lately because it's right by my workplace. Here are some of the items I get on the regular. 2 for $4 breakfast sandwiches - I usually get sausage and bacon. The ham sandwich is terrible. 2 for $6 Whopper deal - at first this was awesome but by my 6th Whopper over the past few months, it gets boring. Still a great deal though. 10 piece nuggets spicy or original for $1.49 - the spicy nuggets are new and they're salty. The original taste better and yes I know I know, it's processed chicken.. dip it in their zesty sauce and it's bangin. Farmhouse King burger - excellent burger. Very underrated. Presentation and all, it taste as good as it looks. It could use a little more sauce but overall, a great burger that isn't too salty. Served at a good temperature, far better than all of the burgers I've tried at Sonics recently. Verdict - Yes, I like Burger King more than McDonald's, Wendy's, Sonic, and even five guys. read more

If I could give this less than one star, I would!! Drive through got order totally wrong! Question: do you want milk in your coffee? Answer: YES. Guess what, no milk was in coffee! They also messed up the order, and told me to pull aside and they would bring it to my car. So, I was late for work! It was difficult to understand the woman. Why would they put someone with such a heavy accent in the drive-thru?? Now I know why store and parking lot are always empty! read more

Perhaps it is time for Burger King to pack it in with their prime feature, the Whopper. 3 recent visits to a BK yielded cold or cool burgers that had to be replaced with dry, tired out burgers. At $5.49 they are highly overpriced compared to a Red Robin, Smashburger or other better outlets. The Whopper is nothing more than a glorified dry patty with lots of lettuce and tomato and little meat. The meal may be ok for young kids who don't know better, but for the rest of us, this experience is past it's expiration date. Any relation between their t.v. commercials with the delicious Whopper dripping juice an the real thing is purely coincidental. read more

I ordered and paid for a large French fries and it was not included in my order. I went through the drive-thru and did not notice until I got home. I don't live anywhere near this particular BK location but I happened to be in the area and was on my way home. I have already complained on the BK website. I am waiting for someone to contact me to resolve this. If this is resolved to my satisfaction, I will amend the rating and add additional comments. read more

Pulled up asked for a cherry slurpee. He said they had none. The people in front of me were asked to pull over because there food was not ready. I asked for an unsweetened tea and got a sweetened one. They offered us an orange slurpee instead and it was not even frozen it was completely melted and the employees laughed as they handed it. Ok so I have been watching the commercials on tv that burger king is doing everything they can to take precautions during the Covid 19 crisis. So I decided that they would be safe and to give them a try. Wrong decision. So the girl that took my credit card had gloves but the girl that handed me my food did not and handled the bag like it was a sack and crunched together the top of the bag and basically was like here with her bare hands. On the commercial they had it on a tray and were careful. Not here. I did not feel safe. And the food was cold. Will not be returning. read more

Whoppers were served lukewarm (if that). They were not hot because they skipped microwaving them. They were taken out of the steamer without microwaving them to get up to proper temperature. This is unacceptable since the place was empty. They were simply lazy, rather than overwhelmed. I will not be getting burgers from them anymore. read more

The most disgusting place I've ever eaten. When I asked for water out of the machine, it came out yellow. When my burger came out, it was still cold, along with the fries. As I was eating, an employee walked by to use the restroom. After a little while, he came out with the sound of the toilet flush. When we walked in there was two people in line in front of us. It took like 10 minutes for someone to even come to the counter to help us. She wasn't exactly friendly, but it was early in the morning so maybe she just woke up or something. The whole ass soda machine was broken and that's not a joke or an exaggeration. They have one of those fancy ones were you can pick a soda and then make it cherry or orange or whatever. I was pretty stoked bc Cherry Dr. Pepper is my favorite soda of all time and they don't sell it upstate so these fancy machines are they only was I can have it without having to order it online. The soda machine said "service machine" the second I touched it, but since I don't work there I wasn't gonna fix it. Almost every soda was out. All diet sodas were out and a majority of the others one were to. My dumb sister is diabetic so that's the only reason we cared about the diet sodas. I got two spurts of Cherry Dr. Pepper before the machine stopped working. Also the "back" button didn't work on the screen so you had to fucking hit "start over" button every single time. My French toast sticks were undercooked. Also there was no mirror in the bathroom which I guess isn't a problem but it is very weird. read more

This Burger King is stellar. The Original Chicken Sandwich meal has been my go-to BK pick for YEARS. My new obsession is the Hershey pie (why, hello, where have you been all my life?). I visit the drive thru religiously. I'm also very impressed with the veggie burger offering at BK -- always scrumptious. Ultimately, this BK NEVER fails me. read more

If you want service it's faster to get it through the drive through then at the counter. Understand they were understaffed but having to stand and wait for more than 10 minutes and still not be serviced is ridiculous. When asked the response "I have to deal with the drive thru orders because I am being timed" is not what I call customer service. Poor management and insufficient staffing. read more
