My usual McDonalds but they used to always forget one thing but they fixed that good work guys

The people who work at this location might actually be special needs. On 3 separate occasions I have ordered a 10 piece McNuggets from DoorDash and on 3 separate occasions the genius staff has sent me the sauce but no nuggets! Like how bad of an employee do you have to be to read the order out the sauce and leave the chicken out! I'm done I'm calling corporate because if they can get something this simple right the franchise owner clearly doesn't knew how to hire and they do not need to be in business! read more

spent 45 minutes patiently waiting in the drive through, when i ordered the employee was short and barely responding. get to the window and after paying was told to pull up to wait. was then yelled at to pull back to the window. while waiting again at the window overheard the employees calling me an a**hole. i feel for the workers, graveyard shift is tough but that is no way to treat someone who was nothing but patient with thank you and pleases the whole time. save the rudeness for customers that are rude first read more

I've been coming here for my coffee or breakfast every morning ever since I moved to Glen Cove. It is ridiculous that every day in that place everyone has an attitude or is annoyed by the presence of a customer. -0 on customer service at this location. And I mean, everyone has an attitude not anyone there has ever smiled once. And I'm sure I'm not the only one and it's so hard to get their attention. Ordered via app during my lunch break at work. I ordered to stay and sat at a table for over 20 minutes. They weren't very busy so it doesn't make sense why my food was taking so long. I went up to the counter and told them about my order and how I was waiting. Do not go inside or they treat you like you expect to not get your food until the whole drive thru has been served...make you wait 15 min for 2 hamburgers...and then depending on how you look....question whether you waited those 15 minutes and did not pay for your food...probably because it's been so long that they forgot and were too busy ignoring you! I ordered two lemonades with no ice. The sales girl hands them to me half full and says that's what you get for ordering no ice. It looked like someone drank out of it. I demanded my money back. I didn't want ice because I never get ice since COVID. I don't want ice that does not come from bottled water or has someone else's hands all over it. Fast Food. McDonald's - located practically in every burg on the planet, serves up some decent burgers / breakfasts at reasonable prices. This Mickey D's is another that seems to be open 24 hours and although I'm trying hard to remove all fast food from my diet, every now and then you just crave a Quarter Pounder (Royale w/ Cheese for you non-Imperial metric people). The locations sits on a decent sized piece of property and is nicely maintained. The drive through is unusually quick and you can be on your way home within seconds. Prices are average and you all pretty much know what they sell. Large parking lot available. read more

The staff at this location are pleasant and the food is above what I consider the local standard for McDonald's. Although, I agree with additional reviews about their challenges with orders. Worse than the messed up orders is that I have found the managerial staff to be incredibly rude and unpleasant both to the staff and to myself. There is no need to scold people (in English or in Spanish) in front of customers, ever. It's rude to the customer and makes for an unpleasant experience for everyone there. It's also not acceptable to pass this off as 'local custom.' I may be new to Long Island, but I am not new to McDonald's and rudeness is definitely not an acceptable part of the brand. read more

I hate McDonald's but wow! This location makes the freshest food at 2 in the morning! Okay... The freshest crispy chicken! I come here when I'm working in Glencove and I noticed that the lines are usually long for the drive through around 1am.. But it's not bad. The iced coffees are delicious and it doesn't have an after taste like most locations. read more

I went there on November 28th, 2019 at 12:30-12:40am. I PAID IN CASH FOR MY ORDER and it was handed to me soon after; however, the lady asked for my order to be given back. She also asked for my receipt back. She was then confused as to what I ordered and acted as if she made a mistake as if it wasn't written on the receipt. She then called over another employee and I was questioned at least three times as to what I have ordered. I repeated that I just wanted a big mac meal with coke along with an order of 4 pieces of chicken McNuggets. I spent over 10 minutes at the drive-thru window. The lady asked for more money afterwards, saying the order I paid for was not mine and that my order was more expensive. I handed her my card assuming she would hand me my cash back after refunding the previous transaction. Afterwards, she said she refunded my card the amount I paid in cash beforehand and charged me correctly for my order. I didn't think much about it and I did not look at my receipts until I got home. Cost of my meal: $10.31 I paid in cash: 11$ They gave me the receipt and asked for it back. The receipts I was given: Card charge for $10:31 Refund card charge: $18.29 They clearly made a mistake but a few days later I checked my Chase App and realized they have charged me twice on my card! They charged me for $18.29 and then refunded me for $18.29. They only handed me the refund receipt to make me assume they refunded me more than they should have when in reality they charged me twice, refunding only one charge that wasn't even for what i have ordered. Then there was the real charge for my meal, $10.31. In summary, i was charged twice for my meal. once with cash and once with card. there was no refund as the refund was for their 3rd charge on my card. The ladies in this McDonald are scamming people and pretending they do not know what is going on. They are probably stealing cash and charging people's card twice and refunding it once. Or maybe i am just spiteful and overthinking this. edit: i disputed the additional card charge. will see what happens. read more

Came here after midnight tonight with a friend after a lazy movie night due to my recent surgery. Two young(ish) girls were working. I took a picture of my friend in the drivers seat with the workers completely out of view-- just wanted to send to our friend as a joke to show that we were doing a late night McDonald's run. The girl preparing our food then rudely asked if we were taking pictures of her, and I explained that it was a picture of my friend, not her. She ignored me. I then apologized for taking the picture and she continued to ignore us and give us dirty looks. She then told another female worker that we were "taking pictures of her" and this worker came over to the window and stared at us threateningly. We apologized a second time and again, they completely ignored us. They wouldn't even acknowledge the fact that I was speaking. The other worker (who looked like a supervisor but I could be wrong) continued to stare at us in an incredibly aggressive way. They then started whispering and laughing at us. They handed us the food and we said thank you-- again, no response. I've honestly never even seen service like this. You hear about experiences like this online and on tv but I've never actually dealt wi it first hand. I was genuinely scared of what they might do. These girls were unbelievably rude, aggressive, and threatening. Not only did they make us feel unwelcome and treat us like garbage, but they truly frightened us for a moment and i really thought that they might do something scary. I've never felt physically threatened by a worker in my life until tonight. On top of this horrible experience, they only filled up our fries less than halfway-- I can only assume on purpose. I will be calling this McDonald's tomorrow to log a formal complaint. This kind of behavior in the service industry is unheard of and just unacceptable. What happened to being warm and welcoming? I understand these girls weren't in the best mood because they were working on a Saturday night-- but don't pick a fight and threaten a customer just because you're bored. You don't know what someone else might be going through. It's always easier to just be kind to people. This experience really opened my eyes as to how altercations in public places can escalate so quickly. I hope these girls never do something like this again because if they aggregate the wrong person, they could really get themselves into trouble-- or worse-- someone could get hurt.
