Ordered one of their special drinks listed on the left wall from the register, most of their drinks are on the menu behind the register. I was in the mood for something chocolately so I got an iced chocolate truffle latte. It wasn't as chocolately as I had hoped. The chocolate they used didn't melt in the drink all the way so it was a little gritty. I noticed the ice after I left that they're coffee ice cubes! Very unique and great for anyone who babysits their iced coffee like me. They have pastries and a nice variety of chocolates. Even though I wasn't in love with the coffee I chose this time, I'll still be coming back to try more things. read more

COCO has the most beautiful and delicious handmade chocolates! The owner of the shop is usually there, and will always strike up a conversation and tell you about his creations if it's not too busy. I've tried similar style chocolates from other places, and these are among the tastiest. In a side by side comparison with gifted chocolates from Jacques Torres, COCO's chocolates had a much better texture and flavor. I also loved that there were many unique flavors to try. These will make a perfect gift if you are looking for some special and unique chocolates (to gift, or for yourself)! read more

I stopped by wanting to try a gelatte ice coffee drink I saw on a google review. It turns out they haven't made these for years, but I'm still glad I visited. The business smells amazing and there's a beautiful selection of chocolates, which are made in-house. I ordered an iced Caramel Mocha Latte, which was good but pricey and not the stand-out drink I'm hoping to find. I appreciate that the ice cubes are made of frozen coffee - very thoughtful small touch. While there, I also browsed their chocolates, selecting a couple with the help of their kind staff. I'll be back to explore more of their selection and would encourage you to also visit for your chocolate needs. read more

A bit off the beaten path in terms of popular Long Island towns, but well worth the visit for a stellar hot chocolate! Inside is quiet and dark, but filled with handmade chocolates and coffeebeans galore. I picked up a dark chocolate Valentines bar and a small hot chocolate and service could not be sweeter (pun intended). The hot chocolate itself: delightful. Not too sweet, but rich and plenty of deep chocolate flavor throughout. The dark chocolate bar is super smooth with a bit of a fruity note. Overall, well worth the detour to check this place out! read more

Been driving by this place for months and stopped in one day when I was craving a coffee - I'm kicking myself for not visiting sooner! Coffee, espresso, lattes, etc are head and shoulders above the "corporate" coffee places in the area. Coco also has amazing chocolates (try the dark chocolate pistachio butter crunch) and gelato. Individual chocolates are sold by the pound so you can mix/match and get whatever you like. Pre-packaged sets available which is great for people like me who are always looking for last minute gifts. Their chocolate Santas are adorable and will be appearing in my kids' stockings. Muffins, baked goods also available but I didn't try those - the chocolates were calling me. Disappointed-I special ordered chocolate gold coins for St. Patrick's day the Sunday morning before. Scheduled a pick up on Tuesday. When I arrived, they did not have my order, any record of my order or any gold coins. I left my number with the worker since the owner wasn't in yet. Ohh and she tried to offer me Hanukah coins instead! Huh?! She was going to see if he could make the batch. No phone call and no coins. I would caution to anyone who wants to place a special order. I don't normally leave reviews but I had to for the customer service i just received! Employees in food restaurants and businesses are so miserable these days and clearly do not care at all. The young girl behind the counter was cheery and happy to help me put together a nice gift of chocolates today. Additionally, their display is absolutely beautiful. They clearly put so much work and thought into what they do and I appreciate that. Also, the coffee is amazing- best i've ever had. They're also involved with multiple charities. If you haven't checked out COCO and you are in the area, what are you waiting for?! This place is a gem. The coffee will have you hooked. It's the only coffee I brew at home now. The quality is superb. The vibe of this place is eclectic and the chocolates are no short of works of art. Delicious and beautiful. Definitely a destination to visit if you need a gift especially for someone who is hard to shop for. If you need something in particular, Terrence has accommodated multiple special orders for me which were a big hit. They also have other themed merch and often feature artwork from artists in the area which is awesome. Lastly the gelato there is really good. My kids love it too. Went in here last Saturday morning and quickly had to come back! Their cold brew is amazing- doesn't even need milk or sugar. My boyfriend who got a specialty latte said it was the best coffee he's ever had. The girl behind the counter was extremely nice and helpful with helping us. It's a little overwhelming when you go in (in a great way) because there is so much stuff to choose from! A very long coffee menu, and tons, and tons, of chocolate. Beautiful hand painted truffles which made a great gift and some fun sweets as well. Everything is delicious and this place is truly a gift to the North Shore. read more

Terrence does not miss a single detail- from the quality of the coffee--to the matcha powder--to the innovative drink menu- to the hand-painted made in-house delicious chocolate truffles that fly off the shelves daily- to the warm and welcoming hip vibe that makes you feel like you're sitting in a coffee shop in Greenwich Village. It's also refreshing to see them support other small businesses in the area with an array of baked goods from St Rocco's made especially for this store to fantastic local donuts. I spotted this little coffee shop driving through Sea Cliff. Got an iced latte and i've been coming here since. One of the best coffees i've ever had and the ice cubes are coffee ice cubes so i don't need to worry about the coffee being watered down. Owner is super friendly and inviting.
