Food was yummy, its a cute little cafe. I had a matcha and a salad and both were good. It was a little messy inside but it was still a nice time

Definitely a hidden gem. I've been wanting to go here to try their "Don't be a jerk, Jerk Chicken" bowl and I finally got the chance a weekend ago. (It was spicy and tasty!) It's a fun spot with good music, clean space, awesome bathrooms, good vibes, delicious drinks, cookies, and unique concoctions in their food menu. The servings are huge and perfect for brunch. When you enter, it's customary to order first, pay, and then wait for them to bring your order to your table. They have so many dishes I'd like to try, so I'll definitely be back and bring the fam. Happy eats!

Great coffee and great food. We stopped by when running errands and we enjoyed our meal a lot. Service was friendly. Good little spot by the train station.

Cute hidden gem next to the train station! I ordered an Iced Lavender Latte and the Mush Love Panini. I'm into sweet drinks so I found the latte to be delectable. The vegetarian panini includes mushroom and zucchini served on ciabatta bread. Even half of the sandwich got me full so it's definitely worth the price. The customer service was phenomenal. I will definitely come again to try the strawberry matcha latte!

    Steak Panini. Awesome.

Honey Bistro is a wonderful coffee shop serving Great Panini's and salads. I ordered the steak Panini with a side of cucumber salad and assaulted caramel iced coffee. The steak Panini was wonderful. The iced coffee was very good as well. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Best salad ever! Inside was super cute. Service was prompt. The strawberry ice tea was really good. Will be back for sure!

The food was good, but the iced latte tasted like pure milk. When I told the barista/cashier, he said that adding another shot would cost extra. He also entered the wrong order for us. Even after we asked him to confirm it, he reassured us it was correct. It turned out he had ordered a cocoa drink instead of the cocoa beef meal. We ended up paying for a cocoa drink we never ordered.

My go to place for coffee and awesome lunch! On Fridays I sometimes get a glass of wine to pair with my salad. Absolutely love everything about this place!

Love this spot! Bright and airy with lots of seating. I regularly suggest this spot for lunch with clients and friends. They have amazing lattes that they swap up seasonally, and the food is delicious. Portions are ample and I usually have some left over for later. At night, they have cocktails too. Their baked goods are oh so tempting as well.

I visited this establishment after receiving a strong recommendation from an acquaintance who listed this as their favorite local restaurant. Having trouble choosing, I ended up ordering two items for pickup on their website. Pickup process was straightforward and the interior of the business is bright and beautiful. The skylights are a great touch. Meet Me In The Carolinas: This item was a miss for me. While I usually prefer my sandwiches/wraps to be saucy, I found the combination of the Alabama White Sauce and BBQ sauce to overpower the other elements. The two sauces also caused the "crunchwrap" to be on the soggier side. I honestly couldn't tell if there was a Tostada Shell present for a crunch factor. I did order everything to-go so this may have contributed, but I only live a couple minutes away. One If By Land, Two If By Sea: I'm usually not the biggest shrimp fan, but these were beautifully flavored with the sweet chili. Combined with the pulled beef and assortment of veg, this item is a winner. I appreciate the loyalty rewards and wish more restaurants did this. Be sure to register on their website! I'll be back to explore more of their bowls.

    Bit of plastic

While eating I found a little bit of plastic mixed into the rice. This was obviously off putting and ruined my appetite. Looks like a bit of packaging that got mixed in, possibly cooked with the meal. Enjoy your microplastics! Owner reached out and said "We do not use robots in our kitchen, we use humans, and humans can make mistakes, such as this. Unfortunately it happened to you" So, be aware it could happen to you too. And be aware the owner will be vewy vewy sowwy about it.

What a refreshing vibe as you step into honeys bistro featuring a pastel vibe. The employees make you feel so welcomed as if you're the sole person in the establishment and they're just there for you. They have an assortment of salads, bowls, and sandwiches/wraps. And the drinks are so creative. I got the plum iced tea. I've never had such a flavor before, it was kinda earthy and like gives a warm feeling while still being iced. My friend got the peach tea unsweetened. It had a strong refreshing fruity flavor. For food we got eat jerk, don't be one. It was a jerk chicken rice bowl with a generous portion of chicken, sweet plantains, corn, slaw and Mac salad. They use jasmine rice which is my favorite variety of rice. My friend got the palladium stadium salad. Which had shrimp and both dishes were served with the zesty cilantro sauce. While they were generous with the chicken, 4 shrimp was a little skimpy imo. Overall we enjoyed the food and the drinks. They unexpectedly have a liquor license and have a happy hour that I would love to return for.

I was so happy to hear that they opened another restaurant in Glen Cove! Plenty of street parking is available, and they even have a shared parking lot in back of the restaurant! I parked in the back, and entered the restaurant via the backdoor! Note that there are stairs at the back entrance, so if you can't do stairs, it's best to park in front of the restaurant. This Glen Cove locations is lovely; beautiful murals and great vibes. I was shocked and sad to see it so empty on a Saturday evening! I hope more people give this place a chance because the food and service is great! This was our Shared Menu (plenty for 2ppl, and we had leftovers): -- Water Buffalo Momos w.Chili Sauce (8pcs/$18): the Momos were tasty; the meat was very lean. I would skip the Chili sauce next time. I didn't like the sweet and sour taste of the sauce, so next time I'd like to try the steamed Momos with Johl sauce instead. -- Choila Roti "Not a Taco" with Jackfruit (2pcs/$12): Not a Taco but similar to a taco. This was delicious and I'd get this again. We choice the Jackfruit version but they also have a chicken version. -- Masala Wings (Sauteed wet version) (4pcs/$11): I remember really liking the wings when I was at the Ridgewood location but couldn't recall which wings we had. On this visit, we had the wet version which was good but I realized that I like their dry version better. -- Grilled Lamb Chops w.Timur Sauce, Veggies & white rice (2pcs/$25): Surprisingly, this was my least fave dish of the night. I normally love lamb chops but these chops didn't really have a nice seared taste to them. The texture was a little off for me. Also, it was very boney with not much meat. I would try another entree next time. All in all, a good meal! I found the large selection of appetizers more interesting than the entrees, and would have been happy just sharing a bunch of appetizers and small plates. Customer service was welcoming and friendly! It was a pleasure to chat with the owner. Nice addition to the neighborhood!

On Sunday morning, we were heading over to Glen Cove, so I called at 10:32 AM to place an order. A young girl picked up the phone. I ordered two sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches, an eggs Benedict platter, two egg and cheese sandwiches, and a cup of coffee. The young lady informed me that the coffee might get cold by the time I arrived, but I told her I had no problem with that since I was already on my way. She proceeded to repeat my order back to me and said, 'Thank you, we'll see you soon. Have a good day.' I thanked her and hung up. We arrived at St. Rocco's Bakery within 15 minutes. I waited in a long line, and as soon as a young man assisted me, I informed him that I was picking up a phone order for Veronica. He went to the kitchen and came back saying, 'They are working on your order right now.' I said perfect, and asked to add an extra coffee. He went to get the coffees and then checked back in the kitchen for my order. He came back out and asked, 'Are you sure you called the right location? There are no orders under Veronica being made.' I took out my phone and showed him the 10:32 AM call. I asked if it was their number, and he confirmed it was. I explained that I called, placed the order, and had it repeated back to me. He looked shocked. The chef then came out and asked another counter employee if she had taken the order. She didn't speak a word and just kept staring at the chef without acknowledging me. I got extremely aggravated by the situation, especially because no one apologized and no one offered to quickly make my breakfast. So, I just left. Unfortunately, St. Rocco's Bakery has lost a customer, along with my whole family.
