Counter staff was patient as our group of 3 adults and 5 kids placed their orders. The orders were competed quickly and all correctly. Kids went out to play in the gym.

This BK location is very clean with a newer design of the store. The staff was very friendly, especially for the fast food industry. The play area is a little bit outdated, but it's a rarity to even see these play areas anymore. Definitely a good place to stop by for fast food!

Had a late lunch here. Ordered the original chicken sandwich combo meal - medium. Added cheese, tomatoes, and onions to the sandwich, with a Diet Coke. Food came up quickly. Sandwich was not as fresh and hot as I would have liked. Fries were very good though - hot, crisp, lightly salted, and oh so tasty! This BK was very clean and well maintained.

I've been in all levels of customer service for over 30+ years. I feel that there's NEVER a situation where you should publicly reprimand an employee. It shows lack of respect for the employee and the customers. Today, when I walked in the dining room had a handful of customers eating. I was the only customer waiting at the counter to place my order. I could visually see 3 employees. One working drive thru, one in the cooking section and one at the register. Whoever the employee was doing drive thru was upset over something that the guy at the register did or didn't do correctly. I could tell this person was not only confused by the accusation but embarrassed. The condescending tone did nothing to help this employee correct the problem or learn from it. It appeared that the employee in the kitchen must have sensed the confusion and tried to explain what the snarky employee was referring to. However her approach and tone wasn't any better. I get that I walked into a situation I didn't know what the full context was, however again that doesn't give anyone the right t be embarrassed in front of customers because you're frustrated. It appears some additional training is necessary for everyone at this location.

Processed Roast Beef If you know me you know that I am not a fast food fan however, I do go every now and again and I do like ARBY'S for thier Beef n Cheddar. My wife and I stopped in at The Gettysburg location today for a quick lunch on the way home from camping at Gettysburg. They have a new Ribeye Steak Sanwhich on thier menu. It was surprisingly very good. Now don't get ot twisted, being a Philadelphia native born n raised it does not even compete with a Philly Steak n Cheese but, for a fast food Steak Sandwhich it was good. It had big pieces of red and green peppers throughout and the cheese was melted through like a Philly sanwhich not just laued on top. Bottom line; Give it a try, its tasty.

Don't mean to call out this employee, young short girl with pink hair and glasses but she is glued to her phone and needs to actually do her job. But the main problem in this place is management. The management in this place is a joke, with the many times I've come here I've seen all the managers in this place. The older Male manager seems to be very aggressive, the Older female manager Jess, seems that she is the boss there, is heard yelling at employees and heard complaining about the place even though it's her job to improve the quality of this place, the younger female manager, which is usually there the most when I come by, has no sense of urgency and is always talking. The new younger male manager is clueless and looks like he's always daydreaming. This place really needs to be refurbished with Brand new management and employees that will hopefully help this helpless store. Also last thing this place needs to hire employees that actually know what they're doing and not ones that look like they're on the spectrum and actually care and help the customers and aren't rude towards them.

I got the hang of the kiosks and signed up for their reward program. The weather being conducive, I decided to sit outdoors in the enclosed area with a ceiling fan. The tables had food fragments from customers earlier in the day and the ant population got the memo that there was dinner on the ground as well as on the tables. Im not a fan of holding my food in my hands and was excited to see the 2 outdoor hand sanitizers, only to be set up for disappointment when neither of them worked. Fortunately, I brought my own and also loaded up with napkins. The Burrito Supreme was tasty and predictable, but I required 3 Taco Supremes to assuage my hunger. When ordering a drink, they wipe hand you an empty cup fir self service. I had ordered a large Diet Pepsi and helped myself to a refill, although don't know if that is permissible. I just needed liquids to flush down the Diablo hot sauce which id added to my Taco which already had jalapeño peppers on it. Im confident that I'll bevreminded about my decision to add so much hot sauce tomorrow morning. Anyway, the staff were all nice at my visit. There was a poster about the benefits of employment there including tuition assistance, free meals, retirement savings, referral bonuses, etc, so it seems that corporate takes care of its employees which is nice. The meal today filled the yen I had for tacos today, so there's that. The price was commensurate with a meal in a sit down restaurant. I noted a number of out of state license plates in their parking lot, so other people, likely tourists, probably wanted to drop in for some predictable vittles. Oh, the Taco Bell is located right on US Route 30 with easy on andvwasy off access. No unpleassnt surprises here today, but nothing exceptional or even extraordinary either.

My wife and I both had the shrimp baskets and two soft drinks for lunch. The shrimp baskets were $17 each and the soft drinks $3 each. With tax and tips the total bill came to $50. The shrimp were obviously pre-battered and frozen but they were pretty tasty. The french fries had some kind of a nice crispy coating and were excellent. The coleslaw was pretty tired. The service was cordial and quick. The decor is as I remembered very nice. There is free parking behind this restaurant, but not many people know it is there. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because I think that the cost of the luncheon was a little more than it should've been for what we received. Had the shrimp been coated with a batter and fried from scratch (instead of being taken out of a frozen bag) I might've been able to award five stars. But... All in all this restaurant continues to hold its "very good to excellent" reputation for food and service over many years. I would die there again and I would recommend it with no reservations.

We were there on a busy Saturday; they were clearly slammed and probably understaffed, and it took a bit over 20 minutes after ordering to get our food. Other than the wait for the kitchen, the service at the table was very good. It felt a bit pricey at about $62 for two with tip. Cheesesteaks were good but on the small side for $17 and $19 (the latter on a gluten‑free bun), and a little light on the Cheese Whiz. That, plus a cider and a Coke, left the overall experience somewhat underwhelming.
