I've never had to wait at a Wendy's so long for food. The workers are great and the restaurant is clean. I've come here I think 4 or 5 times and twice the computer system was down. Once I stopped by for breakfast which was the worst thing I've eaten in awhile. The other couple of times the service was so slow. If you are looking to get a fast meal do not stop here. read more

This is with all honesty with what I've seen and heard. Everytime I've come here to eat there's always something wrong, bathrooms smelling like skunk, Kitchen area messy, floors being sticky, food being cold, orders being messed up, very long drive thru wait, and employees always not doing their job with no sense of professionalism. Don't mean to call out this employee, young short girl with pink hair and glasses but she is glued to her phone and needs to actually do her job. But the main problem in this place is management. The management in this place is a joke, with the many times I've come here I've seen all the managers in this place. The older Male manager seems to be very aggressive, the Older female manager Jess, seems that she is the boss there, is heard yelling at employees and heard complaining about the place even though it's her job to improve the quality of this place, the younger female manager, which is usually there the most when I come by, has no sense of urgency and is always talking. The new younger male manager is clueless and looks like he's always daydreaming. This place really needs to be refurbished with Brand new management and employees that will hopefully help this helpless store. Also last thing this place needs to hire employees that actually know what they're doing and not ones that look like they're on the spectrum and actually care and help the customers and aren't rude towards them. read more

Placed my order on the app and PAID for the order on the APP, for Carry Out on 3/8/26 at 12:55pm. First time I ever used their app, I assumed it was as easy as it is to use McDonald's app. I go through the drivethru and the person on the speaker said they had no record of my order. I was trying to verify the order number and that I ordered carry out and he insisted if I ordered dine in I had to go inside. He wouldn't let me talk, he talked over me and finally YELLED at me to PULL UP TO THE WINDOW AND I'LL HAVE MY MANGER EXPLAIN IT TO YOU!. My granddaughters were like "grandma is everything ok?" I said "sounds like someone is having a bad day. I go inside instead of trying to fix it at the window and make everyone behind me wait. When I get inside the manager finally comes over to me and I show him my order and the PAID receipt on my phone. He told me it looks like you still need to pay for it. I said, no, this is the RECEIPT AND CONFIRMATION I received in my email. I also showed him the confirmation on the app. I verified I was at the right Wendy's and it wasn't my error putting in the wrong address...it was Gettysburg, it was for carry out and it was PAID. The manager handed me a wendy's brown bag and told me to handwrite my order on the bag and he'll give me my food (made me feel like he thought he was giving it to me free). I wrote my order down and he never came back to me to get my order. I finally asked the girl at the register to take it back to him. She kept apologizing. She was the only person there who was nice. It took forever to finally get my food. The manager NEVER came back to me, never apologized. I get computer/app glitches. I wouldn't have had a problem waiting for my food if the guy at the speaker would have said something to the effect "I'm so sorry, I'm not sure why it's not showing on our screen. Would you please come inside so we can figure this out?".... and the manager, I hold him to a higher standard. He should be setting the example and treating the customers a little nicer. I felt horrible - first being yelled at over the speaker and then to be treated like he was giving me my order for free. I have the paid receipt. I have the withdraw from my bank account. read more

Terrible service. Super basic order took 22 minutes of sitting in the drive thru at a non busy time. Employees including the manager were not apologetic and seemed to think this was ok because they were short staffed. In understand they employees were doing their own best, but adequate staffing is a responsibility of the company. At a minimum, if they cannot deliver fast service at least they should be warning customers when they order. read more

Avoid this restaurant at all costs. Was hesitant entering as outside garbage was overflowing and restaurant looked unkept. I Ordered a simple chicken sandwich with only lettuce & pickle and a fountain drink. We waited almost 10 minutes. When I received the order the sandwich was a classic chicken with everything on it. I brought it back and they made me a new one as I waited again. When I opened the sandwich in my car it was a burger with lettuce and pickle, not the chicken sandwich I ordered. Absolutely the WORST place that I have ever eaten at! Dirty and disgusting doesn't begin to describe it, staff not wearing hair nets or gloves, dirty counter tops, food prep area, took forever for a salad, luckily they completely ignored me standing at the counter so I could take photos. Piles of trash on the floor that they were just stepping in and around, 15 minutes later and no one has even tried to clean it up, filthy! Come for lunch, stay for dinner... because that's about the time you'll be getting your food. Visited on a weekday at 12:30 in the afternoon, you know, the heart of the lunch rush. Walked inside and there was one customer ordering and 3 single customers in front of me. I ordered 11 minutes later. They had ONE employee working the entire inside part of the store. She was taking orders, money, and getting orders together for guests. Don't get me wrong, she was a nice enough lady but she was also well on in years and moved at the speed of smell. I don't really blame her for the slow service because she had absolutely zero help. While my daughter and I were eating we saw at least 5 different customers leave after waiting in line for a while because of the long wait. Several others As for the store itself, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a week. All the tables and chairs were dirty, the floor was sticky and the area around the soda machine had a puddle of water approximately 10ft by 12ft. that wasn't addressed in the 45 minutes we were there. read more

After two other restaurants were closed for some reason this was our last resort and sadly it wasn't closed since at least we would not have wasted our money on food we hardly touched. This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been in 30 years. Baconator 2 pieces of bacon on 2 pieces of dried over cooked barley warm meat patties. What happened to cook to order 5 Guys does it and their delicious. Floors tables everthing sticky and it smelled like a barn. No baked potatoes oven broke OK but put up a Sign NO POTATOES TODAY SORRY OVEN BROKE. Stopped in for dinner when on the road. Classic Wendy's. They have an updated soda machine, like the kind where you can choose a ridiculous selection of over one hundred flavors. The girl taking my order literally asked me, "is that it?" every single time I added an item to my order. I literally laughed out loud because it was getting awkward after the third item on the order. Another awkward thing that she did was selecting our condiments before we made our selection. For example, I wanted balsamic, but she added ranch and hubby wanted honey mustard, but she added sweet and sour without bothering to ask. I know fast food is fast, but is it so fast paced that she was able to read our minds? Perhaps they should rename this location "Psychic's." read more

I had not noticed the low stars for this store or I would have gone to a different place. I waxed nostalgic for a Wendy's and now have that itch forever scratched. The food was the same as it would be in Omaha, or whoever, drier than usual but that may owe to the Pretzel bun's dryness. This locations problem is its lackadaisical staff, who when not being inattentive were not interested in working. The restroom (men's) was filthy and trash overflowing. The staff was always playing grab ass with each other and even after several persons told them the beverage genie was without ice, they did not understand or act on such knowledge. Ice had to be requisitioned from the order counter; once you could interrupt their conversation and beg assistance. Good thing these franchises are designed to print money, this staff barely attended minimal tasking even with the buzzers which direct their work. read more

The food was done well for a Wendy's. We went through the drive through and the staff was so polite and nice that it made my day. When we got our food, we began the game of Russian Roulette that is opening up our food. And... The order was 100% correct. Husband decided to bring home Wendy's for late lunch as he works close by the restaurant. Normally we love Wendy's, however today's offering was subpar at best. He brought home two of the specials, double bacon cheeseburger, 4pc chicken nuggets, fries and a drink for each of us. The burgers looked like they had been sitting for a very long time .. not freshly cooked as Wendy's usually is. They did not taste freshly made either. The buns were stale. Ok, first time I went to this location (Drive-thru) the staff member taking the order was just rude. Sounded like they just flat out hated being there. I figured, maybe they're having a bad day. I go back again today after about 4 weeks and it's the same crap. The person taking the order is just flat out rude. About four of the staff members (one appearing to be a manager) are all talking about their personal lives and the alleged manager was even chiming in. Hello! I'm right here at the window and can hear every word you're saying (trash talk). Not to mention, I have an elementary school aged child in the car with me too. Now, If it's because they hate their job, get a different one. I did fast food in high school (20 years ago) and I didn't love my job, but I still had good work ethic and took pride in where I worked. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The service STINKS BIG TIME! Teh dining area is never clean every time I have been there, there are flies everywhere. Bathroom never has TP, the kids have no clue how to take an order. One time, a coupld ahead of us wanted some nuggets and this was early on in a dinner service. They told the couple they were out of nuggets. Then we let some kids go in front of us and they wanted the same thing and was told the same thing.....now get this.....I swear I am NOT lying, I reported it to the web site with NO RESPONCE...... the young manager came over to the one of the young boys working there and in front of my husband and I....."Here's $20, go across the street to Giant and get some frozen nuggets that look like ours" Last time I ever ate there! We got two Dave's singles and a large fries no drinks take out. We were starved and coming from the Grettysburg Visitors center. A seemingly misplaced fresh faced wholesome farm kind of gal greeted us at the window. She could be a model for the PA diary industry. I asked her if she had ever been to the battleground knowing full well she had probably done multiple field trips but I was feeling like being my wise ass self. Of course she said many times and enthusiastically added even a family member was married there. She asked where we were from and we said we were driving from Florida north to Boston and she was like wow I want to do that some day. I said honey quit your job hop in the back and lets go. Bought the new Wendy's Chicken Sandwich Jalapeno Fresco Spicy Chicken and it was the worse sandwich I ever ate at Wendy's. It was a spicy chicken sandwich with globs of cheese wiz with pieces of green pepers. There was cheese laying in the box and cheese falling out of the sandwich . this wendy's was one of the worst i've been to. there was a couple before us that apparently was waiting for 15 minutes for their food and have not received it. my family's food was already up and the man of the pair asked the cashier if they forgot about them, and the cashier just laughed and said yeah. he then went to our tray opened our burgers and flipped all of the buns to see if their food was with ours...
