Quick, friendly drive thru service. The burger had a fresh bun, tasty fresh lettuce and tomatoes, and honestly a delicious underrated hamburger. Fries were pretty good also, if overpriced (like most fast food places), but all in all one of the better fast food burgers you can get. read more

My family and I just got off the lake at Willow Creek and we were very hungry so we stopped here to eat. We stood at the counter for a minimum of 5 minutes and absolutely NO ONE greeted us. I saw at least 3 people working and all 3 of them looked at us at different times but not one of them spoke. Not a "hello." Not a "we'll be with you in a min." Nothing!! Horrible! I should have checked the rating before stopping here because it is extremely low. Extremely poor customer service. read more

Yes you can still have it your way at Burger King. I was hungry after a long day of driving and remembered there was a McDonald's at the Folsom Outlet Mall of I-5. Well, the McDonald's closed down but I spied a Burger King across the way. I ordered a cheeseburger with custom toppings, got a small fry for $1 with the app and a free onion ring from rewards. Add in a medium coke all for $6.48. What a deal. Was the food good? I have aBK near my house that I rarely go to. It's not my favorite chain. However, this meal was great. Service was excellent at the drive-thru. The burger had that nice flame grilled taste, was piping hot, as were the crispy fries and onion rings. Drink was perfect. So yes fast food sometimes deserves a five star rating, this meal brought me Back to my childhood and was a great road meal. After eating I was ready to head back down the highway, revived and refreshed. Whoever runs this franchise location knows what they are doing. Give it a try. read more

This is the second time they didn't get the order right. The first time we had to go back thru the line to get the two burgers. Today I ordered a Wopper Jr with cheese & Wopper with cheese combo and asked the person in the window to "Please Check my order to make sure everything is there". Got home & No wopper jr.! Sorry Mom I drove 20 miles to get your favorite burger and the idiots there can't get the order right! Plus they don't answer their phone. Zero Stars Ratings for the Folsom California BK read more

Wait time at drive thru was ok, service at the pick up was ok, not super one way of the other.

The woman working the drive through on Monday night, December 22, was the most rude person I've ever encountered in 50 years of using fast food. First she couldn't seem to understand me as I try three times to tell her that I wanted a number five, large sized, with a coke. It was like I was talking to a bad AI customer service bot on a phone with no signal. When I grew frustrated, she got snippy with me. Then, when I got to the window, her curt responses and dismissive attitude made me wonder if she had spit in my food as she shut the window in my face after she gave me my food. I won't be back to this location. read more

I never write reviews, but I feel like I have to this time. This is the worst Burger King and maybe the worst fast food restaurant in Folsom! I had a basic order, nothing special. One burger meal, one kids meal, and one mozzarella sticks. I get home, they forgot the apple juice for my daughter's meal and the three dipping sauces we asked for. The Onion rings and fries were cold too. Overall real bad. Sorry BK, never again! read more

Had my best Whopper today at Burger King - it was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious! The flavor was spot on, and everything was made just right. Customer service was also great - friendly and efficient. Definitely a satisfying visit! read more

They need to hire new manager or ppl that work there. The burger is sloppy like they just threw everything together and very skimpy on the lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles even if you asked for extras. When i said skimpy there's literally 6 pieces of shredded lettuce. Chicken fries and fries was soggy. Too bad there's not much Burger King around the area. read more

My local Burger King has closed permanently. I tried the Burger King in Folsom. I ordered a fish sandwich. It was horrible, tasted like they warmed the fish several times. I will never go back there again. It doesn't matter how many TV commercials they show or what gimmicks they show, if the food sucks, no one will go there. read more

i have never been to burger king and based on the experience, i wouldn't come back to this location. the customer service here is abysmal. everyone acted like they absolutely hate their job and every question i had was a total inconvenience to them. i think it was the manager on duty but she was so rude about correcting my incorrect order. it was so hostile i felt uncomfortable eating here. the original fries we got were very raw, literally translucent, so we asked if they could replace them. the replacement had an entire container of salt, which made the inedible. it felt very targeted and very petty. also, the mozzarella sticks were so cold, the cheese was a solid piece of cheese inside the breading read more

Knock on wood. I've been one of the rare customers that regularly frequent this BK's drive thru and experienced no major issues. I can't say that about all the drive thrus I frequent. I'm not devaluing other Yelpers experience here. Just thinking out loud that I've been luckier than others. I usually go here during the weekday dinner time or during the day on weekends, so I don't know what the service is like during the early breakfast hours and late night hours. I gotten my food timely and served hot. No missing items. But the last time I was here, I got chicken nuggets that I did not order. Can't really complain about that though. The hamburgers are tasty. Ohh that charbroil flavor. Staff working the drive have been nothing but polite and helpful. This BK is located across the street from Folsom Outlets. read more

Surprisingly nice experience. The guy behind the counter could not have been more friendly and helpful. He actually apologized that BK no longer has the vegetarian burger in the size for a full size whopper. My food came out fast. My fries were probably the freshest I've ever had at a Burger King. The vegetarian Whopper Juniors were good. The dining room was clean, although I was the only customer. read more

This Burger King on Iron Point was good at one time, but the last 2 times I've been there, it's been terrible. First time, I received hashbrowns mostly uncooked, stuck together and pool of oil in the bottom of the container. Today, I was charged for a Croissant sausage, bacon, egg & cheese and they did NOT add the bacon. I'm not sure what's going on over there, but getting to work to find BK employees over there DO NOT Pay Attention and leaves me to believe they don't really care as long as they get their money! I'm not sure I'll ever go back! read more

The food and order were good, but the customer service was lacking. Waited there for a few minutes before someone came to the register. When the young lady came to the register she didn't even say hi. She just looked at me waiting for me to order. After I ordered she did tell me what my order number was but didn't give me my receipt. She didn't even say to me you can just grab your receipt here. She just walked away. No smile or anything. read more

The Folsom Burger King across from the Outlet Stores is probably the best Burger King in the entire Sacramento area. From the properly ratio'd soda mixes to the french fries cooked in fresh oil at the right temperature for the correct amount of time the food is prepared with care and not the work of the usual nose picking assembly line teenager. Thanks for an enjoyable meal. read more

Food made me sick, nasty place. Won't be eating here again. Incompetent staff and garbage food. Smelled and tasted like rotting meat.

Delicious as usual. Don't forget to use the app to save money. order was correct. we would definitely visit again. We had a wonderful experience. Cashier was great and understood our order. Drive-through worker was friendly. We even went a second time to get ice cream on a cone and they did it right in front of us to make sure it was fresh. Love it . I would go again. great customer service. read more

Tom!! If I could give a 6 out of 5, I would. Tom's level of customer service was the most unreal and best experience I've EVER had at fast food. Whoever is his boss needs to line him up with a raise, we are team Tom! read more

And plays are super nice and the food taste how it's supposed to, however it's the company that needs to get their stuff together. Not having the policies clearly written on the app of what's required when ordering it's extremely frustrating for the customer and the employees. And managers not having the ability to override items as needed is absolutely ridiculous! I am in management and I have to override things frequently. Are the multi-billion dollar company, Burger King should have its stuff together! There's absolutely no excuse for this. Again, the employees are fantastic! The company really needs to get it together. And that's not the employee's fault. read more

Positives: decent sandwich, heavy on the Mayo so ask for lite to none if you are hitting that new 2021 diet. Fries were hot and ready and salty. Negatives $15 for 2 generic chicken sandwiches and a medium fry. Here's the kicker... I asked for a ranch and a bbq sauce, but was told I could only have one... I clarified as this was confusing to me (I got three items, so technically I should really get 3 sauces no problem- 1 per item, and in worse case, I'll settle for 2 - 1 per $6 sandwich...). Still no change. Dumbfounded, I asked again and was told only one sauce for my whole order. The exception to the rule was more than one sauce if I got chicken nuggets.... HMM. I then squeezed a pack of ketchup out of her (as we all know that is the lowest sauce on the totem pole....pun intended) plus my single BBQ packet. I was tempted to drop a ketchup on the floor and squish it with my boot, but I'm not a vandalizer.... call me #petty for this review, but I am a sauce KQWEEN. It matters. We ordered two BK Big Fish sandwiches & large order of onion rings. The best part of the meal was the onion rings. They were cooked perfectly & extra crispy. Before the pandemic Burger King was our favorite place to go for fish sandwiches. Not any more. We were extremely disappointed... the fish sandwiches are much smaller than they used to be. The fish was overcooked, extremely dry. We recently discovered that Arby's has an excellent Fish sandwich. We'll be going there from now on. read more

First off, I come to the drive through. Want to do 2 orders cause I'm buying for my Roomate as well... I'm told "we don't do that, you'll have to do 1 order, pay for it, get the food, then get back in line in the drive through for my 2nd order. ‍ TF really, you can't do 2 orders for 1 customer. I felt like they were playing games cause I couldn't believe it. Anyway, I put my order in, and my Hershey pie is not in the bag. I called and he's like "uhh u wanna come back" NA fool I live in Fair Oaks! Foods good I guess, they just be messing stuff up and got weird policies. So I guess if you need to order for 3 or 4 people you gotta keep driving around in circles through their drive thru??? Other than that it's cool. read more

I give this burger five stars from the point of view of reviewing fast food restaurants in general. Among it's fellow fast food places this one stands out as having friendly and reasonable staff, good food for a Burger King and a generally clean indoor eating area. Came here April 27th 2022 at 6:10pm. The staff working here around this time ought to be complimented. Well done bk. read more

One of poorest run Burger Kings in the sac valley. Dreadfully slow, poorly trained personnel and dirty tables and flies. I'm not sure how this particular restaurant stays in business. It's fast food! So often fast food gets low ratings because we compare it to higher end eateries. Give fast food credit: affordable, accessible, quick and no tips! This Burger King nailed it. Poor, poor Burger King. He must have died. That's th he only reason I can fathom why his food is so BAD. This evening Indid a mobile order using the app. I ordered a whopper and a Beyond Beef whopper for my wife. Upon arrival the store was empty as well as the drive through. No excuses, iscwhat I'm getting at. I watch as the person behind the kitchen equipment prepares my burgers. He reaches into a plastic try and removes a patty, slaps it onto the bun and prepares the burger. I am unable to see him add the lettuce, tomatoes or anything else that goes onto it. He then wraps the burger and starts the other burger. Again he pulls the patty from a warming drew and with no care whatsoever throws it onto the bun. Again I am unable to see him prepare the remainder of the burger. I drive quickly home and sit at the table with my wife. We unwrap the burgers and are sorely disappointed at what we see. Upon opening the burgers there are scraps of lettuce, only one piece about 1/2" ×1/2" in size. A thinly slice of tomato two pieces of pickles and a slice of onion. The bottom bun had nothing on it. The top bun had a small amount of souce or mayonnaise. My burger had maybe four small pieces of lettuce scraps and the same condiments. The burgers were not hot. They were mildly warm. The overall quality of the burger was poor at best. My wife did enjoy the flavor of the Impossible burger patty. It's a shame it was bastardized by the overall poor quality of the burger itself. I will not be visiting this Burger King again. I would advise the franchise owner and the corporate management to do an undercover shopper on this store and see for yourself what I'm talking about. I also invite the store manager to call or text me. You need to know what's going on in your store. And if you already know the poor quality of food you are putting out, then you should be fired!!. Just take a look at your Yelp reviews....two stars. The Greenback store has one and a half stars. Not only should you be striving to do better, you should be doing better at every opportunity. FYI, time of visit about 1825 hours on Sept 1st. I'm sure you can verify my visit by checking your app ordering history. Med fries, 1 whopper, 1 Amazing whopper. read more
