This place is great after hours! Comes in clutch 24hrs. The drive through is always busy but they are quick. The inside is always clean and welcoming. The drive through guy overnight with man bun is the BEST!! Hands down best customer service I've had in a while in a fast food establishment. I had an issue and he helped and fixed it right away! He smiles at clients and is very amicable. Definitely made our night. If this guy isn't managing or a higher up , he definitely deserves a raise! Thanks dude! read more

I did a review in 2010. It is three years later, the place is remodeled and looking quite cute. The third time I've come here, and now it begins.... First time, they forgot the "already paid for and I'm inside my house" burger for my dog. Second week or so ordered a whooper without cheese and an order of onion rings with sauce. Ummm, get home and they put in fries, cheese on the burger and diet- soda. I didn't order diet! Okay now,it's 2013 I ordered a 10 piece nugget with sauce, get home and no sauce! Who eats nuggets with no sauce, its bad enough I am really eating these "pieces of meat" but to not have sauce to mask the taste, I shutter at the thought. Well regardless of not getting it "My Way" as they advertise, I am still disappointed at this location, it doesn't quite meet up to the standards of Burger King and that is a no no in my book. read more

I placed an order and it was confirmed. Not until the DoorDash driver arrived, did I receive a call that 5 items on my list were not available. I spoke to the manager and she was dismissive and very unprofessional. She refused to give me a refund because they had started working on my order. I have placed orders at other restaurants and whenever they don't have an item on my order they will call me to give me the option of selecting a different item. read more

I ordered through Grubhub and the experience was horrible. First of all This location messed up all the orders, none of them were accurate. You would think if they received a written order they couldn't fuck it up but they did. Of course the Grubhub driver was late picking up the order and the messed up food was cold. Burger King charged so much for cheese and bacon you'd think the least they could do would be to put it on the Burger! This place sucks, please avoid. Guess I've been lucky in comparison to other reviewers, as this place is my go to BK. I've had several bad experiences at the McDonald's up the street from this joint which made me revisit BK. Thank you for that McD's! Since then I stop by at least once a week, maybe more for a Whopper. The staff has always been courteous and seldom get my order wrong. Do they mess up? Sure once in a while. It's how they have handled it after that makes me come back. Not sure how others treat the staff but thus far being respectful and humorous about the situation has worked wonders for me. Heck, they've even given me free food for being nice to them. In my opinion, this fast food place is a ok choice to eat. When I order at this restaurant, the food usually comes to me fast. When I got my food, the fries were really hot and my burger was really good. I got to be able to enjoy every bite as I could possibly could. Although the food was good, the bathroom was very smelly and not clean. In conclusion, this place is an ok choice for me but I might not come here again. read more

This bk is the best one around the neighborhood because they make everything fresh and i noticed the other bk on cicero and archer's burgers are always served cold, but not here!! I come to this location even though the other one is out of my way. I love this spot for lunch as well. SERVICE SUCKS! FOOD IS BETTER THAN THE SURROUNDING BKs. The drive-thru is always slow even when I'm the only customer at 2am and just order something simple. I went in there this past Thursday because I was craving a WHOPPER. The lady came to the register with an attitude,I ordered a whopper,yes just the sandwhich,no I don't want fries or a drink... When the hell did whoppers' get so expensive? I could of went to Jackies next door (BASICALLY) and get a big baby for cheaper,but I was craving that whopper,I just remember when they were 2 for $2 and I had to walk 9 miles through broken shards of glass in the snow bare-footed to get them...Anyway it ain't this locations fault at the price of "cheap food" nowadays. I paid for my Whopper and the lady handed me a receipt BUT not my change! WHAT THE FUCK!? WHERE DO THEY DO THIS AT!? It was only a penny but still,I've worked in plenty of cash handling operations and you just don't simply keep someones' penny because you feel as though it ain't a lot,Would they let me get a whopper if I was a penny short? I agree with lots of the comments about this place. It seems that they have a problem with getting orders strait. I ordered Coke and I got Dr. Pepper. The worse order I had from this place was yesterday where I have order a grilled chicken sandwich with coke to find out that the sandwich I had to wait for for about 8 minutes is nothing but a mutation of non-edible rubber like so called chicken sandwich. This is inhumane and the Ag department as well as FDA are aught to start looking into the serious issues, the causality behind all cancer cases not the prevalence and statistical data that is only useful for academic show off and the universities library shelves. In which direction are we really heading to in this country. I'm not big on fast food but from time to time I grab something knowing that there are people who can't afford descent food but this junk.
