Well it all started when I saw a BK commercial during the Packers game today. "The 4 for 4 deal is quite a steal!" I said to myself and possibly out loud as well. My friend from the south agreed and offered to drive. South Korea that is. We drove to BK and were greeted by an amiable employee who took down our orders quite accurately. As we pulled out of the drive thru I felt around in the bag for straws, but alas my hands grasped only fries. As the grasping became more frantic, I began to realize there were no straws. "Bummer" I uttered with a frown. I have since retired to my chambers and have had time to reflect on the meal. I'm now of the firm belief that the straw situation was a minor setback, and does not outweigh the value of the 4 for 4 deal. BK l'll be back! read more

The worse fast food experience in my life. Not only did they not give me everything I paid for, but they charged my card extra without permission, and to top it off they are avoiding my calls to speak with me (I don't live near them, so can't/won't go back). Horrible management and horrible employees -- take your money elsewhere. They have the impossible burger which is great - at a decent price. I don't have to go to a sit down restaurant to enjoy one - that in its self is a win. Also the service was ok- I tried calling them and they Never picked up- wanted to make sure they had the burger but again had to go there to find out. I occasionally go to various Burger Kings for fast food because they have Impossible Whoppers. I rated this Burger King so highly because it is by far the best run one in the region. It stand out because the staff are pleasant, professional, and and competent. They are efficient and always get orders correct. They actually seem to enjoy their jobs! They also wear masks correctly and have a clean restaurant. It doesn't have to be fine food; excellent service is always appreciated!! read more

I placed an order for lunch and received a text stating that this burger king does not have Whoppers at the time of order, they only had chicken sandwiches. I have never heard of such a thing, especially with BURGER KING. Very disappointed. read more

The food is ok but the employees are not fully trained. Managers don't understand the concept of demand, they do not care if I go to Wendy's or Macdonald's, they stick to the coupon no matter what! Or they get upset if you ask for pickles! Fast Food. Delivered? Why not. First, it's Burger King. Not Big Buns or Good Stuff Eatery. Let alone Five Guys or Red Robins. So no big expectations, right? Except the fact that it's supposed to be fast foot and delivered. One hour after placing the online order? Not delivered. Hardly consider it fast. So I know this is weird, but I ordered DELIVERY from here. It was super fast. My cold products were separated from my hot products... which I love! Delivery was in under 30 minutes and I didn't receive any calls from lost delivery guys...For some reason my usual pizza place sends out delivery guys that can't figure out where my house is even with a GPS...I live off of King Street...it's not difficult. Online ordering process was super easy. $10 minimum order is not bad at all. Everywhere else has the same minimum or more. I will be ordering from here again! read more

Fine for drive thru, but the inside is sketchy. I once had an employee tell me to move while I was eating because she wanted to sweep under the table I was sitting at and in general the dining room has a weird, depressing vibe. People working the drive thru though are typically friendly and efficient and it spares you from dealing with what I just described inside. read more

So I think we all have heard the huge hype about burger king delivering right? Well I am here to give you the scoop. So I was very curious about the whole process, the speed of delivery, and the quality/warmth of the food. The website was pretty easy to navigate through and had fairly decent prices in my eyes. I really was not a fan of the $10.00 minimum order but I sucked it up and kept it moving. So with my order purchases I received a confirmation email stating that my order would be delivered within the next 40-45 minutes. I thought nothing of it (later thinking by that time I could already be enjoying my meal) because it was an experiment and kept it pumping. So I ordered a Whopper Meal with fries, moz sticks, and bottle of sprite. An hour goes by and by that point I eating popcorn, drinking wine, and playing xbox I placed a phone call to the number listed to call to see what was up. The agent pretty much could not find my order at all and after contacting the store was able to figure out that it was valid; however, STILL didn't know the eta of my food. By this time I had an incoming call coming in from what sounded like a kid who basically was telling me that he is down the block coming down Fairfax so I asked him what his car looked like (he didn't know that I had a perfect view of the street and didn't see anything from two blocks down). He gave me the car description and when I told him I didnt see him he had to back track and say that he had turned onto another road and again was delayed. At this point I had pulled out some chicken and started to grill because I was over it. So he finally gets to my door and I received my meal. This whole new technology claim that they can keep food steaming is a joke. The food was warm when I got it, but when I finally sat down to eat my food was pretty much cold. The burger did hold warmth but again it was a let down. If you are a single person or a couple thinking about trying the delivery I would say let it goooo because it would be cheaper and more cost effective to just pick it up yourself. Now, if you are having a guys/girls night (more than five people) and everyone wants something substantial yet doesn't feel like driving then this may be the service for you (bear in mind the delivery time though). I give the location 1 star overall because it lacks customer service, the bathroom is filthy, and the food honestly just sits on warmers. The second star goes to the attempt to be different and deliver. I recommend that they do some more planning and development with it though. read more

We went to redeem a T-Mobile app and although the app was not working they gave us the whoppers we had. They were also very friendly and nice. Can't expect much more from a fast food place. read more

So I will say the people at the lane where amazing but I had to use the bathroom and I had to leave my kids in the play area so when I got to the bathroom a lady was cleaning it I asked her how long she was going to be and she turned and started giving me a attitude saying she don't no then I asked if it was ok to use it and she rolled her eyes and ignored and just continued to clean listening to her spanish music so long story short I have to wait out side the bathroom for 20 min watching her clean listen to music and text on here phone I gusses the management told her she can't leave till it done but I was not happy and probably will never be back with my family and the pic attached are pic of the bathroom door which is broken read more

Burger King taco? For $1.00? Stay away! It's awful! The meat in the taco is like a ground paste. It makes Taco Bell look like gourmet food.

I thought Burger King hours were till 12 am midnight not 11pm. The workers were just at the lobby ignored us when we knocked. What a shame!

I love Burger King in general, but after a recent trip to this location I got really sick after eating there. I ordered some nuggets (which were great), a chicken sandwich (which was great), and 2 bacon cheeseburgers (most likely the culprit). The patty was luke warm at best, cheese was cold and not melted on, and the bacon was chewy and stale. I barely finished the first one, too a bite out of the second one and couldn't finish it. I understand it's "fast food" but I've been to plenty of burger king's around the US and was disappointed that the burgers were the worst part at this one. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the staff was genuinely friendly and got my order correct. read more

Made a mobile order, specified drive-thru pickup when prompted. Went through the drive-thru line, said I was there to pick up the mobile order in my name, and the lady told me to pull to the second window. Waited about 15 mins in very slow drive-thru line, got to the second window and said I was picking up my mobile order, and the SAME LADY said "oh, we don't do that at the drive-thru, you have to park and come in." (???) Went inside and waited at the crowded pickup counter for another 15 minutes being actively ignored by the woman who just told me to come inside, and unable to get attention from anyone else. Then went back through the order line to speak to a cashier, who barely spoke English and could not even understand what I was saying, and just told me to go back and wait in the pick-up line. Waited again another 10-15 minutes until things died down enough to get the attention of another employee, who again did not speak or understand enough English to help, but who brought over a manager who finally acted to prepare the order. The order was unfortunately not even correct but it was close enough to know that it was my order and not someone else's, and I had already used up ALL of my lunch break at this point, so I left. read more

Horrible customer service !!!! The one time I went there , they were OUT OF SODA. There was this idiot of a cashier named Jose who assisted me. I ordered a meal then, He stated that their soda machine is broken so i'll have to get a slushy or juice. I chose the slushi. As I'm waiting for my order , I see a woman pouring soda out of a machine behind the counter, I asked this idiot of a sales rep named Jose, He quickly cut me off and said " Its reserved for drive through customers only" .... really idiot ? I asked why i wasn't informed about having an option to go through drive through and get a soda. He then caught an attitude with me so I had to put him in his place. Disclaimer: my rating is on the Burger King scale. Everyone knows fast food, so it is not like the taste changes from store to store, just the experience. So 3 out 5 on the Burger King scale...why. Well, this is one of the darker Burger King's. I've been to ones which let in a lot more light, where as this one doesn't. Then there is the indoor kids playground. A nice addition for parents with kids, but for casual eaters like myself having all those kids running around and screaming is just not my idea of lunch. And because of the extra customers coming with kids, parking can be an issue at times - the lot just is not big enough. I mean its Burger King, not The Palm. It is not like I am expecting much out of it, just a quick greasy meal - and it is not like you CAN'T get that here (the Burger King near Fort Belvoir on Rt 1 is actually pretty bad in food preparation). But I have been to better Burger King's allowing me to enjoy my meal better. read more

I did not eat at Burger King for eight years because of a drive-in debacle in Kingstowne. However, I finally learned to let it go, and I ate a wonderful Whopper with chees the other day. Oh, how I missed it! Sooo good. However, I cannot give it more stars because I think Burger King has gone off the rails for about two decades trying to figure out what kind of place they want to be. Plus, those "King" commercials were nothing short of freaky and disjointed, not sure who signed off on that advertising campaign or why it lasted so long. Anyway, if they got back to basics with just good burgers and chicken sandwiches, I would rate it higher. Oh, please, please stop with the burger injected with cheese and other ingredients. The service and food is to inconsistent. One day it would be good service and the food would be alright. Other times they act like their job is difficult and your asking for to much such as if you don't want lettuce on your burger.
