The kid goes to fish out about 2 ounces of meat that has been sitting in the pan under juice for who knows how long. He comments "I think that I can get another serving out of this..." My reply is "no, check the other line and please do it correctly." He does so and comes back with a more than adequate serving. Please monitor and restock the lines in advance of needing to do so. THE CUSTOMER SHOULD NOT HAVE TO "THINK" OR OTHERWISE MANAGE THE EMPLOYEE! * And lastly, the Fajita Vegetable pan was completely empty...just like last time. I gave up and decided that I didn't want them anyway. On a positive note, the tables in much better shape from a cleanliness standpoint. But for now, I am done.
