Now wait, a dog in a bar...yes, Kujo is a certified service/therapy dog. By law, he goes anywhere his human takes him. SUPER friendly and remarkably gentle, I would return to this place just to visit the dog! But I will try a burger next time.

It was 1/2 off bottles of wine that night and the selection, although small, was adequate for the primarily beer/mixed drink establishment. There was also live music, a duo comprised of a violinist and a guitar. It worked for the most part. At least I can honestly say that the music complimented our meal and didn't overwhelm our experience. There were a few "bugs," but this is to be expected with a new staff. We plan to be back soon. So my family decided to try Culver's for the first time. When we came in around 8pm all the front staff was just messing around laughing and joking. We all looked at each other and were about to leave when a Manager in the kitchen area (I believe it looked like where they made the food) caught our eyes and hustled up to take our order. He explained everything to us and apologized for the rest of the staff. He even brought our food out with samples of the delicious ice cream and a to-go menu. The food was delicious and good portion size as well. Took my wife there for a night out. I had cheese curds and a fish sandwich. She had burger with fries. Fish sandwich tasted like carp from the raisin river with less flavor, the curds had no flavor either, reminded me of chewing on pencil erasers back in school. Wife's fries were limp but at least tasted like fries. If you go, stick to the custard, the food is marginal at best. read more

The restaurant has a LOT of room in the dining area. Although I don't recall ever asking, it may have been two businesses at the same location, and at some point, the floor space was combined. They may not accept very large parties, like a business lunch, but they have the room for this type of gathering. I still recommend this place, and pickup/Door Dash is always available if you do not wish to dine in.
