05/06/26 Pretty much the same comments as my last visit with a couple of exceptions: * I am not a "karen," but if a guy is going to wear a beard, Health Code says it has to covered with a beard guard. The same goes for longer hair on the serving line - hair net. * I again want Barbacoa on my bowl. The kid goes to fish out about 2 ounces of meat that has been sitting in the pan under juice for who knows how long. He comments "I think that I can get another serving out of this..." My reply is "no, check the other line and please do it correctly." He does so and comes back with a more than adequate serving. Please monitor and restock the lines in advance of needing to do so. THE CUSTOMER SHOULD NOT HAVE TO "THINK" OR OTHERWISE MANAGE THE EMPLOYEE! * And lastly, the Fajita Vegetable pan was completely empty...just like last time. I gave up and decided that I didn't want them anyway. On a positive note, the tables in much better shape from a cleanliness standpoint. But for now, I am done. I realize that costs are sky high for labor and product, but I can do better elsewhere. (NOTE: Someone from the store replied to an earlier review to "make amends." That is not how I do a review - fair and without influence. By reading the words here, it should be easy to see where corrective measures can be taken.) read more

Tables were dirty and the one employee I spoke with was super rude. I left without food because they would not consider my allergies and when I asked them if I could swap a tortilla out for rice they said no. I previously called corporate who said this was fine. The employee told me corporate isn't there and therefore they don't care. I love chipotle but I don't want to be treated like this. read more

I can see why this place has less than 2.5 stars, awful service, management who lies and bullies customers after proving the worse service possible. Absolutely disturbing and disgusting; the GM should do an investigation as portions, service and cleanliness are not up to par. read more

I have gone to this restaurant 3 times in the past month, and they are always out of peppers and onions. Also, the rest of the food looks dried out. I walked into their today at 1800 and again no peppers and onions and the food looked dried. I am looking at the manager in there and he did not do a thing when I asked about them again. I will not go there anymore since they cannot keep food on their line. I hope we can get a restaurant in there that always has food ready to give to the customers and feed them. Stopped in for the second time this week with hopes of getting actually what I wanted. Staff was polite and there were plenty of them standing around. Over all the dining area and kitchen are both messy and I'm sure undesirable if I really paid attention. We were told they had no cheese or queso. Earlier in the week it was no rice sour cream and hardly any chicken. Oh and don't expect chips if it's after 8pm. Today is no. Cheese or queso. I started a bowl with some rice and half a scoop of chicken. I asked for a bit more and was told that would cost me double. Double you say for another half scoop of chicken. $9.00 Why should I bother. My $9 meal just turned $18 just so I could actually have something to eat. That's where it ended. I let them keep my half a bowl of chicken since they have no cheese, queso and probably or chips either. Hopefully they will eventually find someone that can manage this place as it has some potential. If you were thinking this would be a good stop it's not. Visiting my brother and sister in law. We both did online orders. Mine on the app and she did hers through the website. That seemed normal but when we got to chipotle they gave me two bags full and all I ordered was 2 kids meals and a keto salad for me with chips and guacamole. I found it off that I had two full bags. So I had to get everything out. I was missing girls chocolate milks and then had 2 extra kids meals and a burrito bowl and 2 large chips. None of these were my order. Service: I tried to mention to the worker putting the online orders together that I didn't have drinks and didn't think it was my order and she yelled the drinks are in the bottom (but they weren't) Then my sister in law didn't have her full order. No kids meals or her entree. But she had her chocolate milk. Hum so we figured out I was given hers as well. Anyways it was all a cluster. Luckily we were together so we figured out they gave me part of her order but we still had to talk to the worker again to get my kids drinks which she wasn't happy about. Also everything was on the hot spicy side. Overly spicy. I don't know if Michigan likes it like that but in Ohio the food isn't so spicy that it's inedible. My girls wouldn't eat their guacamole because it was so hot. Also I couldn't help but notice the overflowing trash cans and empty utensil containers. It just seemed very poorly managed. read more

We had a terrable encounter at this chipotle. The chips where stail and we found a hair in our queso would not recommend.

Always my go to place as a college athlete if I need a quick meal. I have a basic order, so most of the time it's always done right. The cashiers are always great, and the people who make my meal are usually good too. Although I had one instance where I went to get a meal, and the worker misheard me and added a side I didn't want. I told him I didn't want this side but he just insisted I keep it on there and get it for free instead of him remaking my burrito. I tried multiple times to get it remade but he wouldn't do it. Otherwise I have good experiences and the restaurant is always a nice place to sit down and eat. read more

THIS WAS THE MOST DISGUSTING RESTAURANT IVE EVER BEEN TO!!! I want a full refund! Food was disgusting and cold, they were out of almost everything, and the restaurant was completely trashed everywhere you look... the dining area looked like a tornado had gone through, and the galley where they served the food was even worse! The ingredients did not look fresh and they were rolling burritos on a dirty counter, cross contamination everywhere and food not kept at correct temperatures! Might be the slowest fast food place in Adrian, even when there is no one in there they can't even get a Mobile order out on time.

Awful, worst chipotle around, first, they close at 5 on sundays.. what food place closes BEFORE DINNER. Second, half the time you can't even go inside to order it's online only, but you won't find that out UNTIL YOU GET THERE so then you have to wait to order online and wait for your meal. Absolutely awful management, chipotle should redo everything about this location. read more

The staff here has always been extremely nice and have exhibited great customer care to the point of walking around the seating area and asking customers if they were enjoying the food and if they needed anything. When I say this place gets 5 stars, I'm not saying it's my all time favorite place ever in the world. I'm saying this is the best you're gonna get if you live in Adrian. Chipotle is a fast food burrito place in my opinion. They have other stuff but the burritos are where it's at. I prefer the barbacoa, the chicken isn't bad either. Think after hours college food. Build your own, tell them to go light on the rice and splurge for guacamole, only if you have to, it's expensive. The flavors are fresh and simple, corn salsa, grilled onions and peppers, all free with burrito, if you want them but it's still fast food. They do have a couple of bottled beers for sale if you need a quick drink. Need a quick tasty burrito made from fresh stuff, instead of the crappy Taco Bell, not a bad choice. I jumped for joy when Chipotle came to town. For many weeks, I couldn't even get near it because it was so busy. Plus they have only a tiny parking lot. FInally got in there and have been happily eating there ever since with the vegetarian daughter. We both get our fill whenever we go and order two large bowls of all kinds of yummy food. I order taco shells on the side and end up always taking about half my bowl home to finish later. You get a lot of GOOD FOOD for not a lot of $$$. Servers are pleasant, too. I can't believe I had not reviewed this place before now! Anyway, if you are vegetarian, you will like the sofrito, I think. read more
