Drinks served good timing and before we even got situated when first seated they arrived with chips and salsa. The chips seemed a little stale. Gabriel was quite the entitled little boy. I clearly ordered a margarita on the rocks no salt. I got a margarita on the rocks WITH SALT. I requested it be "fixed" to his response of " you didn't order it that way". He was very rude. When the bill came he had put the order in as "frozen". He still received a 15% tip..... very much less than I usually leave. I love Fiesta..... I love the owner.... Let me just say that although I cannot speak to every menu item, the Tortilla Soup here is FANTASTIC!! NOT too spicy and thick, chewy corn tortilla strips served on the side. Not much to be excited about here. I will say the pork was great. Slow roasted and very tender, nice flavor. The steak on the other hand had zero flavor. I mean it was cooked fine and wasn't tough or anything but it stops there. The queso... no flavor again. Not sure what these people think is good queso but they are seriously missing out. It's like a creamy cheese soup. No chilis, no spice, not really any salsa mixed in. Very boring. The salsa on its own is very tasty though and the staff is great and very friendly. We stopped by our favorite Mexican place in Adrian today, but they had a quite large party tying up the dining room, so we decided to try something new. The atmosphere in Fiesta Ranchera was a really nice dark setting for a Saturday afternoon, the music was a perfect volume of traditional Mexican Mariachi, and for once in a restaurant in the Summer, my wife didn't think it was too cold. The food was delivered at warp speed. The salsa came in a larger sized pestle, and while strong with garlic, had a pleasant flavor to go with the complimentary basket of thicker corn chips. I asked if they had a really hot sauce, and our server delivered a smaller bowl of dark red sauce. While the heat in this sauce was decent and made my head sweat and nose run over time, it had very little flavor and was a bit bitter. That didn't stop me from using it on all of my food, but it almost was as if an ingredient or two were forgotten. I ended up mixing it with the mild salsa to make a decent hotter mix. I had the Steak Burrito Grande, which was stuffed with lots of wormy shaped cuts of steak that would have benefitted greatly from cube shapes and a marinade, lettuce, and Pico de Gallo. The burrito was smothered in almost too much white cheese sauce, and unlike the other burrito offerings, oddly came with no rice or beans. The flavors were decent, and I ate the whole thing, but I was wishing for the steak to be more flavorful and tender. My wife said her Chiles Poblanos were flavorful but complained that they had way too much of the white cheese sauce. She liked it but wasn't overly impressed. I tried some of her rice and beans, and thought they were decent, and wished my dish came with them. The service was really good, and there are many other dishes to try, so we may be back. I hope the hot sauce normally has a better taste. read more

The food was good. The fiesta fajitas had a lot of meat in it. I wasn't fond of the Mexican sausage but everything else was great. Chicken,beef,pork,and shrimp very good. Peppers also but the onions were missing or scarce. Again the food was good. 3 stars because I stood there waiting 10 minutes to be able to pay for my take out order. It took 30 seconds to pay but the host was on the phone. Nobody else bothered to try and help me. I heard the host trying to resolve an order issue with another customer. Good that they care to do that but don't ignore another customer for 10 minutes. I know it was actually 10 because I looked at a text I sent when I walked in and it was over 10 minutes ago. Fix the customer service and you can be a 4-5 star joint. And go order a chalupa at Taco Bell and try and mimic theirs. The chalupa was kind of gross but the rest was good. read more

As we walked in another couple was telling the manager that they weren't impressed with the food which should have had me walking out the door but the manager said they'd take good care of us. I ordered the chicken chimichanga and thought it tasted just ok. My friend ordered the taco salad & said the beef wasn't seasoned. This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in a town crowded with Mexican food. Owners and staff are super attentive. Food is fast, hot and tasty. I recommend getting the combination special - it is a huge portion that can be taken for left overs. Get the large Modelo beer - best price. If you like margaritas, they have them in spades for you. Their chips and salsa are wonderful - don't over do it and spoil your appetite for dinner. Take away during COVID is really easy - call ahead and they will have it ready for you. The food was pretty good but I had to use the bathroom because I was having stomach problems and there was only one stall. Some employee then began to pester me saying "Are you alright in there." and "You gotta come out eventually." I kept saying "I'm almost done." but he continued to pester me. I tried to hurry up and eventually got out of the stall. The man then proceeded to use the urinal and then urged me to hurry and quit using the sink even though I had just finished using the bathroom before he did and got to the sink before he did and had literally just started using the sink moments earlier. Ordered through DoorDash. Got 3 beef taco supremes, chicken and beef fajitas and rice and beans. This was the most disappointing meal I have ever had. None of the food had any flavor at all! The taco was thrown together and I've seen and tasted better from Taco Bell! I'm just passing through on vacation but I'm so upset we decided to eat here.
