OMG the new beef burritos came out today. Absolutely disgusting!!!!!!!? Doughy tortilla , half dry innards, steak could not be tasted/discerned from dough and spice overload. Send it back. Don't get me started on the 6$+ chalupa with warm meat only. Shell and toppings = ice cold. No real bother calling in any longer. Feel like a broken record. since zero stars isn't possible, one will do. The kiosk pricing was completely incorrect. I was waiting for two tacos for twenty-three minutes. Then, my friends order got deleted twice, after being told to come to the counter to get it sorted out. Nobody showed up to the counter, and everybody told her to hold on. Every surface in the building was sticky and grimy. A girl asked for water, then was rudely told she had to pay for it. After getting it figured out, the water tasted like dish soap and chemicals. The DoorDash orders had cold food, warm drinks, and melted freezes. The doordashers there said the food and drinks have been there for hours. Overall, the food was stale, people were rude, and experience awful. I do not recommend. read more

Service sucks! The 2 ppl that were there when we walked in said they were waiting for 15 minutes nobody acknowledged them or offered assistance. Horrible experience. Nacho grande was $8 and there was maybe 15-20 chips in there. I remember back when the whole container would be filled, but no half of it was empty. The new chicken nuggets? Burnt as heck. Worst nuggets in my life if im being honest. So I do not recommend this specific taco bell. read more

It borders on passive aggressive how much they mess up. It almost feels like when you ask for none of something on your food they double it instead. Morning day or night it doesn't matter. I placed my order through the mobile app. The order was correctly read back to me at the speaker box. I waited over 20 minutes for my food and when I got home it was wrong. I called the store and was refused a refund and I was told to take it up with corporate. They DID offer to remake the food, but after waiting so long for my order in the first place and then already being back home I was not wanting to go wait for replacements. When you go to this location it's literally a 50/50 shot at whether they get your order correct. This is not the first time it's happened but its been so frequent that I finally had to say something. I should've listened to the other reviews. I was the second car in line at the drive thru and waited 20 minutes. The cheesy rollups weren't warm and the cheese wasn't melted. They were also out of large cups for combos and weren't doing anything to correct the issue. They kept saying they weren't responsible for the shortage, it was the warehouse. But customers aren't responsible either and overcharging is illegal. I asked for a refund and they gave me a second cup of soda. Overall, they were rude and very dismissive. Didn't listen to reason or concern, kept talking over me. Good thing I was traveling and not from the area. Even if I were local, I still wouldn't go back. I ordered 10 items through the app. Show up at the store. They tell me I need to go through drive thru and wait 15 minutes for the app to deliver to the store. 8 out of 10 things had problems. No meat on a taco. Sauce when requested none. Missing sides. And the dining room is closed even though the site and the restaurant say that it's open on the door. I know with all of the power outages service is going to be slower but you can at least inform your customer who is at the window around how long. Instead of saying I'll be with you in a second and not coming back till 20 minutes later. Be transparent, it's not that hard. This place is literally the worst. 15 minute wait behind only 5 cars. The dining room is closed, are you kidding me!!! Taco was soggy and the bottom was falling out. Window staff forgot my drink so I waited patiently and she tried giving me the food for the car behind me. She didn't even know I didn't leave.
