They took my order and then accused me of not paying. The staff were very rude. I ended up calling the manager after I checked my CC and they charged me 2 times for 2 different meals. So I ended up looking really dumb and have never been accused of not paying before at a fast food chain. Staff were awful to me. I can understand making a mistake , but this is just ridiculous!! TWICE this week had items from my order missing. You would think that would garner a simple apology for the mistake!! Nope! Wonderful company and top notch service. I attended for cow appreciation day and was treated so well. My order which took a normal amt of time was delivered promptly with great staff. The two associates rounding inbthe restaurant made sure we didn't want for anything. Located off Central right before McCord Rd this place is mega busy pretty much nonstop. But don't let this deter you from visiting this location because it's the best one in the area. The staff is professional, well organized and on top of their game. Even when they have a ton of cars in line they move the orders swiftly and I've never once had them mess up our order or forget anything like some of their other locations. This was the neatest, tho I hadn't been to a Chick-fil-A in a long time. At the drive-thru were two order lines, but four people were standing outside in the cold taking orders on i-Pads. I paid them with a credit card, and gave them my name. I drove up to the window and the person said, "Debra, Here are your two sandwiches." I must have been in line for five minutes or less at lunch time on a Monday. This was unbelievable because most Chick-fil-As have lines of cars going around the building at all hours. First time in my life that I have questioned the management of a Chick-Fil-A, but this location is SPECIAL! While waiting behind one customer for chore than 5 minutes to order, noticed that not one of the 5 employees behind the counter were willing to make eye contact, let alone open a second register. When the lady with the manager badge walked up I had hope, but nope... she also avoided eye contact, after helping the cashier (one of now 6 employees behind the counter, and not in the kitchen) figure out how to accept a coupon. PLEASE READ IF YOU EAT THE FRIES. Like most people, I love to get chick fil a fries as a side. Although, a few months ago I got fries and I found tons a little hairs. They looked like pet hairs or little peach fuzz, but either way, there were multiple on each fry. A few weeks later, I got fries again. Of course I had to inspect them. I again found the same hairs on my fries. I understand if the first time was an accident but this couldn't be a coincidence. I'm not sure if there's hair in the oil or what, but that's disgusting. Today, after a month or two, I got fries again. I remembered my last experience, so I looked and found many inch long hairs. I wish I could make this up. You could see the root of the hair and everything. I can't imagine how many hairs I've eaten in their fries. This has happened countless times, chick fil a please do something about this!! I tried to ignore it but come on. Start adding more salt to your fries and less hair please. This is not a coincidence, this is an employee purposely doing this or bad hygiene on chick fil a's part. Like almost all Chick-fil-A's I have been to, this one does not disappoint. Service is friendly, food is quick and delicious. The play area was clean and a great place for kids to burn off energy when it is cold outside. It was pretty full when we came, but food came in a timely manner, people still stopped by to see if we needed anything. Overall it was a good experience. read more

Upon arriving, they were not ready, and told us they didn't think it was a "real order". The staff and the managers were all so rude towards us. Every other mobile order is wrong and almost never ready on time. They're quick to rush you away from the drive thru without making sure you have everything. They don't pay attention to customizations. I thought it was because they were all new, but a year later, they should have it together. My pregnant wife picked up some chick fil a on her way home from work. Ended up only getting nuggets for one meal. Very surprised as chick fil a is usually very good to me.
