The kid goes to fish out about 2 ounces of meat that has been sitting in the pan under juice for who knows how long. He comments "I think that I can get another serving out of this..." My reply is "no, check the other line and please do it correctly." He does so and comes back with a more than adequate serving. Please monitor and restock the lines in advance of needing to do so. THE CUSTOMER SHOULD NOT HAVE TO "THINK" OR OTHERWISE MANAGE THE EMPLOYEE! * And lastly, the Fajita Vegetable pan was completely empty...just like last time. I gave up and decided that I didn't want them anyway. On a positive note, the tables in much better shape from a cleanliness standpoint. But for now, I am done. Okay--if you read my initial review below, I am happy to report that some things have improved in…read morethe past 1 2/3 years or so. Not everything, but... First of all, the customer service has improved greatly. At least the employees say thank you now, and generally with a smile. I do think that this store took a very long time to recover from staffing issues created by COVID and the "hangover" that followed. The recovery seemed inordinately long and that remains a mystery. I recall at one point that there was one person taking orders, cooking, bagging orders, and acting as the cashier. She was not happy most of the time and it was pretty easy to see why. (NOTE: if the persons leaving the negative reviews on this page returned for an updated visit, their minds might change a bit. Or not.) Again, I generally only order the breakfast croissant and the occasional Whopper Jr. (The Diet Coke is cheaper across the street at McD's--thus, although it is two stops, I save a couple of bucks. When one retires, every couple of bucks saved helps.) Other than that, the store is "typical BK." The store is quiet inside as the dining area is not used that often. I do wish that the dining room and especially the restrooms received some more attention in terms of cleaning; however, that is usually not part of my visit. I am generally a drive-thru person. Will I return? That answer is pretty much a certainty as it is the only BK in town.
