Domino's is not my favorite pizza, but it is still good and it is consistent from location to location. If I were rating it against all other options of places to eat, I probably wouldn't give it four stars. But in the realm of take-out pizza places, it's a solid "four". They have upped their game over the past three or four years, so it is better than it was. And because of 1) availability of coupons making their prices very attractive, 2) the option for thin crust and 3) very convenient and uncomplicated pickup logistics, we indeed order from our local shop a few (maybe 4 or 5) times per year. The latest decision to get something from Domino's came from an amazingly good coupon we received that allowed us to get a 5-topping pizza on thin crust for $9.99. We added feta and spinach cheesy bread to our order to bring our total to just $18 (savings of $10 over normal price). We were able to get three meals for two people from this. And it was actually rather tasty, as the thin and crispy crust makes a huge difference for me. Our local Domino's is pretty good for service by Adrian standards. The ability to order a pizza on-line, the option to track the progression of order completion and the "I'm here" availability on the app makes the five- or six-minute drive for pick up efficient and easy. While I'm not as favorable toward chains (they're just not as much fun), Domino's is better than most and we'll continue to patronize it on occasion as we've done in the past. read more

Today 10/24/24 my son bought 2 pizza's, garlic bread bites and macaroni and cheese that was for me I heard how creamy it was to be. It was hard on the edges, and very dry. The macaroni and cheese was not creamy as advertised. I was very sad as I am a a different hard diet and can only eat moist foods.This is very disappointing. Also the vegetable pizza was dry, everyone said they skipped on sauce. I don't like a ton of sauce, Thanks for letting me voice my opinion but it's like they're cutting back to save money.please make your products the way you're supposed to.this was a bad experience today when my friends never had you pizza before. Thought I would try out Dominos as I have never eaten there before. I am not a pizza person so I went for the pasta and boneless wings. The pasta had a decent flavor however I felt the portion was a bit small. The boneless wings were cold but what was expected I suppose. I had the mango habanero sauce and the hot sauce. Both come on the side as the boneless wings are not shaken with sauce. The mango sauce was good more sweet then spicy. The hot sauce was hot sauce and had a decent bite. All and all the $15.00 spent could of been spent better else where. I made my order online so my interaction with staff was minimal. However when I picked up my food the young gentleman was polite but had no clue that I had ordered sauces with my food. The place appeared to be very clean and organized overall. read more

First time going to this Domino's and probably the last. Placed an online order and asked for the handmade pan to be 'well done'... Well, 'well done' was barely cooked; some pieces were still doughy. Worst pizza I've ever had at a Domino's. The Garlic knots ordered luckily saved the meal, but they forgot our marinara. Customer service was also rather subpar. Kinda disappointing. read more

We've long been faithful customers of another national pizza chain. After a friend suggested Domino's while discussing the horrible service at the local franchise of our usual pizza place, we gave it a shot. I am SO glad we did. The pizza really is good, much better than I ever remember it and the Adrian location has a decent staff. I haven't tried their delivery as I am outside their area but pick up has been fast and friendly. read more

They have always messed up my order. I get a thin crust vegan pizza (cheeseless) with toppings. Every single time they deliver it with globs of cheese all throughout the pizza. We placed an order online for 2 2-topping large pizzas. My husband was going to pick up the pizzas before leaving for work at 6pm. Giving Dominos 20 minutes to prepare our order. After 7-8 minutes we received a phone call from them. The lady stated there was a problem with our order! They were out of black olives!! Needless to say, we had to cancel our order because we didn't have the time to start our order over again! Seriously!! When you run out of a topping, wouldn't you get more?
