The draft beers were the coldest I've ever seen and felt served! The PBR was perfect from the draft. They have a pizza buffet with a handful of pizzas, salad bar and dessert. The new General Manager was hired on 03/01/22 (approximately) and the first action that she and the owner took was to dismiss the ENTIRE existing staff and rehire new people. The goal is to revitalize this restaurant and she seems to be very positive and forward-looking to the future. The food was quite good (my wife and I had seafood), fresh, and served at exactly the right temperature in a very timely manner. It was 1/2 off bottles of wine that night and the selection, although small, was adequate for the primarily beer/mixed drink establishment. There was also live music, a duo comprised of a violinist and a guitar. It worked for the most part. At least I can honestly say that the music complimented our meal and didn't overwhelm our experience. There were a few "bugs," but this is to be expected with a new staff. We plan to be back soon. Again, if you rely on any negative review (or for that matter any review) prior to 03/01/22, you are relying on outdated information. Please give Hooligans a try. But I "Just" retired myself so I now "are one!!" (laughter) The food is good, the staff is extremely friendly, efficient, and helpful. I have enjoyed lunch on several occasions - I need to try breakfast someday. I attached current menu photos - the prices are very reasonable. Additionally, there is a menu board with 5 or 6 daily specials listed. Today the highest-priced special was $10.00. I will reserve the 5th star for a breakfast review someday soon!
