The bartender was a jerk. I asked about the burger of the month, he showed me the description, it was not the same as what showed on their website. I showed him the ad, and his only comment was that's old. Walked away. We ordered a couple of drinks, I don't think there was anything in the glass but sprite. He finally asked if we were ready to order, I was so disgusted with his don't give a crap attitude that we paid for our drinks and left. Restaurant was very clean and modern. The employees were all friendly and helpful. There was no problem with the service, it was excellent. The food we had, cheeseburger and patty melt, was good but greasy. The bread, bun were greasy. They had a roll of paper towels on the table., I see why, we went thru numerous towels during our lunch. Overpriced for What You Get The food didn't quite live up to the hype. I spent over $115 for a family of four; burgers, fries, cheese curds, and non-alcoholic drinks and honestly, it wasn't worth the price. The burgers were just okay, not nearly as impressive as the reviews made them out to be. I placed a pickup order today and got a notification that it was ready. When I arrived, I was told they needed more time, which turned into an additional 15-minute wait. That's frustrating, but what really sealed it was getting home and realizing my order was incomplete. I paid for items that were never included. I didn't think I needed to double-check the bag since this was a pickup order that was supposedly ready, but clearly I should have. This place used to be great, which makes this even more disappointing. Customer service and overall quality seem to have gone downhill. So I have to be honest. I haven't written a review in a long time. But I live in this neighborhood and was super excited for some new fair in the area. I gave the location two opportunities and it was very lack luster from a service stand point. The first time the bartender didn't seem at all interested in being attentive in any way shape or form. Not that I wanted to be waited on hand and foot but at least ask me if I want a drink when I'm empty. Second time, we went in and the waitress was more occupied with texting and chatting with the man at the bar than coming around and asking us if we were needed anything and else. No attention paid to additional order which we were ready to do. But didn't care. The food is good but not going to go back based off of the experience from the initial visits. read more

The staff hustles but there is not enough of them. The food is mediocre and over priced. One would think that a place like this would have food items that are prepared there. However, it seems most, if not all must come frozen then fried. The wings had no flavor underneath the sauce and the onion rings were 90% breading. I saw the menu online and was excited to try it out so we did today. Menu: fantastic menu! you can substitute grilled chicken into any burger or chicken sandwich. (I gave 1 star here) Service: it was ok, a few hiccups in the beginning but it smoothed out in the end, server was very nice Ambiance: not good, while it is a new place, there is a lot of background noise, no carpets, open ceiling and some type of machines rolling loudly in the background, not easy to have a chat with a friend Food: not good, my grilled chicken was very bland, unseasoned and not trimmed with wilted warm spinach on top and a bland pineapple that tasted canned; salad was bland for all of the stuff that comes on it and the presentation wasn't appetizing at all Value: for the high prices of each item (and the fact that the grilled chicken wasn't organic for that price), the value is not there when you add in the quality of food, taste, service and ambiance I do hope they increase the quality of the food because it could be a special place. read more

We (my family and I) took my mother out for a burger last night. We were celebrating her 24th anniversary of being cancer free, and she decided that she just wanted a really good burger, so we took her here. First impression was troubling. As we walked in, I noticed a sign that said "no pets allowed". Yet, as we were being seated in a booth, there was a large dog with the patrons at the table next to us. Don't get me wrong, we are dog people and have two large dogs of our own, and I'm also very much for people's mental health and psychological support, but when I'm out for dinner, the last thing I want is someone else's dog dander in the air next to me every time their dog moves, shakes, and/or scratches while my family and I are trying to enjoy a meal out! Anyway, moving on... Our server, Erin, was nice enough and we placed our order. Almost immediately after she walked off, the manager walked up to our booth with 2 plates of burgers and handed one to my wife. We were surprised at how quickly they came out, and that's when, as my wife was looking under the bun to confirm that it was what she had just ordered like 30 seconds prior, the manager realized that she had brought to the plates to the wrong table. She apologized and took the plates away. I watched as she then took those plates, including the one that my wife had touched, and gave them to the correct table. Now, I know that my wife is a clean person, but c'mon manager, would YOU want to eat food that a stranger touched??? And to continue... The appetizers that we ordered were all excellent, and my kids loved their tap root beers. For my entree, I ordered the Candied Cowboy burger. This burger features candied jalapeños, chipotle cream cheese, bacon, and lettuce... Mouth watering, right? Well, when our entrees arrived (brought out by a young man) we all dug in. I took a couple bites and quickly realized that something was missing! I lifted my bun and only found a dry burger with just the patties, the bacon, and a sad piece of lettuce. Erin seemed busy talking at the bar with the manager, and finally made it back to our table to check on us sometime later. By now everyone else was nearly done with their meals, and my wife was wanting to pay before my mother had a chance to offer. I still had not touched my burger further and told Erin why. Erin took payment from my wife, apologized to me, and said, "I can go to the back and get you some jalapeños to put on it." I handed her my plate and said, "No, this is not what I ordered." I mean, if I wanted to put the burger together myself, I'd work there or would have saved money by doing it myself at home!!! Furthermore, anywhere else, when they bring you the wrong order, THEY REPLACE IT WITH THE CORRECT ONE. However, Erin's final solution and statement to me was, "Tell you what, the next time that you come in, ask for me and I'll get you a Candied Cowboy on the house." C'mon Erin, I literally just paid for a burger that I never even got; do REALLY think that I'm ever coming back again??? read more

The food is basic and overpriced. The service needs major improvement. Overheard the owner berating a customer. The customer was ignored while seated at the bar. She was treated so badly. We didn't have a server. No one came to us and had to ask passing servers for everything. One told us she wasn't our server but didn't know who was. We will not go back. read more

Super burgers, the Best I have had. It's a sports bar with lots of big screens but their burgers are super. Ali Cali is my favorit.

Chicken sandwhich was delicious. Greeters were smiley. Manager came to table to check on us. Order was completely messed up and the manager apologized but it made it through the kitchen and also the staff that delivered to table so 2 sets of people didn't check. Never got the appetizer and didn't get chips with fries And waiter/waitress hardly checked on us and we waited over 10 minutes after they gave us check to pay and get out of there. We actually went up to greeters to ask to pay to leave and then told they would get our server for us. Food was good but service poor so probably won't return because I can get good food and better service else where. Lots of TVs great for game watching. read more

First thing you notice when you walk in is the organization and cleanliness! The stainless steal bar top was spotless. I would love to know how the keep it so clean! TVs are everywhere and they have an amazing system for airing the games. Most places employees don't even know how to work a remote. Service and food were excellent! read more

We went on the 2nd day and sat at the bar. Good burger, then a super loud server known as Cowboy, put his hands on both of our shoulders mid-bite and asked how we are doing. It startled us both, but we shrugged it off. 1 month later, we try it again, but sat at a table. Unfortunately, this Cowboy character is our server. We order wings and a burger. It's 7/10, nothing great. When we go to close out, Cowboy asked us if we have little ones. We said no. He said, "I prefer to serve families." What a strange thing to say. One of the better smash burgers I had and the service was very nice but i did go in on like a Monday afternoon so they were not very busy. I will say i though the portion for the $14 dollar price tag was a little high. They also had no upcharge, asked for my fries to be up-charged to the parm fries. server said yes and brought me the same portion as my wife meal and charged me $7 as a side of fries (one suppose to come with my meal) when i asked about it he said he could bring me another side of fries. We ordered to go, and we got a fancy boi freckles og smash burger with a side house wedge and 2 milkshakes one chocolate one vanilla. Everything is super delicious but I do have one little complaint, they almost forgot the milkshakes and I had to run back inside to get them, also they forgot my wedge salad which I should have checked my order before I left so that's on me. But we really enjoyed the burgers and the frickles and the milkshakes were great too read more

I was pretty much ignored when I stopped by, an older woman (yep, gray hair and sagging chin) by myself, to try to enjoy their UT/Ohio State Watch Party. There were about five seats open at the bar, so after checking politely to see that I was not taking someone else's seat, I sat down. Numerous others around me were being served and tended to, and there I sat. After being completely walked past for a good while, on my second attempt to wave for service, I ordered a beer... I planned to order food, but this was not to be. I paid $8.66 for one Pinthouse draft beer (the person I finally waved down behind the bar to order a beer was pretty much clueless about the draft beers, thank you to the nice young man to my left that helped me choose), drank half my beer (I was not checked on again or asked if I'd like to order anything else), and as I was leaving I spoke to a woman, Hannah, that told me she was the owner. Before I got two sentences out (I was not yelling, cursing, name calling - just speaking directly about my concerns), Hannah turned it around on me - telling me "You could be kind, you should understand," and suggested that I'd perhaps not tried hard enough to wave someone down. And then I got the queen of all condescendency "I'm sorry you feel that way," and numerous mini lectures on my "tone." read more

This place is LOUD, nothing else can be said for it. This is not a place to go for a quiet lunch. My cheeseburger with an added egg was incredible. My daughter got boneless wings and said they were dry. Chips and queso and the chips were extremely salty. I got fries with my burger and again very salty. I was excited about this place as we've needed more sports bar type places. It's very a nice and lively atmosphere and service/staff were great but unfortunately these guys are over estimating what Cedar Park folks will pay on a regular basis. All the burgers actually start at $15. The patties were overdone and the bun was dry and taste like cheap store bought buns. This place is amazing! The staff was on point and all the TVs just wow!! This is the best place to come watch sports out of anywhere in cedar park. The smashburgers are amazing and they came out really fast. Amazing music and sports! What else could you ask for besides a very helpful and friendly staff which is included also. The bartenders were very helpful and made every drink perfect for me and my wife. I can't believe they serve this amazing food! The whole family loved it and the milkshakes are to die for. My kids went crazy for them! And to the lady that left the review on the UT watch Party,we were also here and you were being rude and they were extremely busy trying to keep up with the influx of customers.
