I'm honestly surprised by some of the lower reviews because the customer service has been great every time I've visited, friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable without feeling pushy. They usually have fresh inventory, which makes each visit feel different instead of picked over. We went shopping for my mother in law's birthday gift and told the worker it was a gift because we weren't sure if the shoes would fit her. She reassured us that we could exchange for a different size if they didn't fit her . I asked for the exchange policy and told us it was 14 days but we could call and there would be no problem to extend it . My mother in law went about a week after and the manager was rude and did not want to exchange. This is very frustrating because if she would've told us the policy is strictly 14 days we would not have made the sale but yet we spent 1k and now those $500 shoes are not even going to be used . I didn't care for their customer service. I bought 3 Tshirts for my sons from Las Vegas outlet mall. I don't live in Vegas and I didn't know that their sizes are smaller than standard size. For example the medium is like almost a small size, Large size is like medium size. Now all 3 shirts are small for each person. I was traveling and came back yesterday. I checked the receipt and it says exchange is on allowed within 14 days. Each T-shirt is $231 and I have 3 of them . I don't know what to do with them. I called Burberry outlet and they didn't pick up the phone. I asked customer service that why don't they answer the phone. He said luxury Brand outlets don't pickup the phone. I rarely give out one stars, so you know there's something wrong here. I'm all about honesty, so when you advertise a backpack being a certain price ($495), I expect it to be so. Lili was helping us and she also confirmed that the backpack was $495, just as the sign says. However when we got rung up, the store manager Lisa gave the wrong price and refused to offer what was advertised. She said the backpack was $695! Our sales associate Lili told her the price was $495 too, but Lisa still didn't budge. What disappointed me the most was the false advertising and incredibly rude store manager Lisa. Ended up with great purse, totally unexpected as was just in town for long weekend hiking, however, could not resist. I normally come here in december for xmas deals but I came here in september looking for a bag for my mom's bday. I really appreciate their deals! All their bags are already marked down and they normally have an additional sale of 20- 40% extra off on certain styles. The previous associates have always been kind and helpful to me; however, today I was assisted by Rosa and she went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. She was extremely patient, even helped me take pictures/videos in different lightings to ensure I was confident in my decision. All their bags come with a dust bag but since it was a gift for my mom, I asked if they had any gift boxes. Unfortunately they didn't... but they did have an empty shoe box that the bag was able to fit in! In addition to that, Rosa found some ribbon and she took the extra step to even tie up the box like a present. I don't think this will be the case every time and I def got lucky but nonetheless it was the cherry on top! OBSESSED Probably one of my fave stores at the premium outlets for customer service, product offerings, cleanliness of store, and COVID-19 practices. The store looks like a full boutique store and didn't give off an outlet vibe. My partner and I received the kindest service from every associate we interacted with. Personally, what stood out to me as one of the team members bringing an item from the back that they hadn't brought out to visual display for customers. It had literally come from "the coast" and they explained it came from one of their boutique stores in California. I had been looking for a travel piece but wanted to stay away from yet another fanny pack. They brought out a SS2020 piece from the runway and I immediately fell in love. Long story short we walked out with a few pieces including wallets for $100 each and a pair of sunglasses for $45 just to name a few. I will definitely be back. My family and I had a very nice experience being our first time at the outlet location. I wasn't able to find the tie that I came for, but I was able to find two nice button downs for my teenage sons. Prices are very reasonable. This Burberry location is a bit of a hit or miss. Sometimes they barely have anything despite the size of the store. Sometimes they have a couple of gems and great prices. I've been here a total of 6 times and I've bought a total of 3 items over 2 separate trips. The first couple times I came they had absolutely nothing of merit. But I decided to come back again and I managed to snag a pair of wool flared pants at 87% off retail which made me super happy. I ended up getting a pair for my friend too as a gift. However, the sales representative was just so-so. She was nice enough but the overall experience isn't as nice. I've shopped at Gucci, Saint Laurent, Loewe, Tory Burch and etc. And this is the only luxury designer store that doesn't provide you with tissue paper with your purchase? Most stores wrap your products with tissue paper, they don't do that here so it kind of takes away from the experience. The last time we came here was a great experience because of the service we received and he wasn't even a sales representative. I didn't get his name but I think he was a cashier. None of the sales reps were available and were nowhere to be found. When I found a pair of slacks that I needed in my size he spent at least 20 mins and 3 trips looking until he found them for me. I really regret not getting his name because he should be promoted to sales representative. The only thing that made me upset is that he didn't get the commission from my sale. I ended up getting a fairly newer pair of slacks for 85% off retail. You really can't beat that so I'm super happy with that purchase. Overall, if I'm here I always like to come in to Burberry as they may have some gems that I need to snag but it's not my top favorite store due to some lacking service from certain sales reps and occasionally the lack of inventory. read more

I've been waiting in front of the line for 30 min and not once have I seen anyone clean. I spoke to the floor manager Channel Bradford who didn't even have a card on hand. Horrible customer service. I was there on a very slow hot day and the employees all looked grumpy. I stand in line and was ignored several times. Mind you there was actually no line. A customer just walked right in front of me since she was actually being help by an employee so you either have to be white or Asian to get help black or Latino they just look at you from head to toe what's even worst is that most employees there are Hispanic and well rounded if you know what I mean lol anyways I will never shop or recommend this store to anyone of brown or black shade because you will get ignored that's just based on my experience and what I saw with other customers. read more

I had a nice little well deserved shopping spree here recently and I was not disappointed. I had high expectations for Burberry and every single one of them was met. My favorite thing to buy from Burberry is coats and scarfs. They had great reduced prices and an additional percentage off if you spent over a certain amount. They had every size, color and style that my group asked for. I walked out of the store with some awesome stuff for a really good price. During our visit to the Burberry store last Saturday, their staff member named Xiao Xiao treated us with kindness. She approached us with a smile and offered to help. She even took the time to differentiate between their scarves by the feel of the fabric, whether it's cashmere, cotton, or a blend. She also went to the extent of checking other stocks the store had. Our shopping trip resulted in the purchase of three large handbags, two winter scarves, and two smaller ones. Burberry's staffs' customer service is the best, especially Xiao Xiao. Her treatment towards customers was never based on their appearance or judgmental. We were just wearing casual attire that we experienced bad customer service from other stores, especially at Prada. The staffs at other stores made me and my family feel uncomfortable, but NOT here at Burberry. Xiao Xiao made sure that we have a pleasant shopping experience at their store. I love the outlets, especially designer outlets. I have been eyeing a Burberry jacket for some time now. I came with the intentions of getting it but then found out they no longer carry that style. Our client advisor Charlzoo Lee was super sweet though and patient. He walked me through various options like calling different stores to check their stock, calling Nordstrom's, and even showing me similar pieces. He wasn't pushy at all! Which I loved. He wanted to make sure that whatever option I picked I was happy with (even if that meant not picking anything at all). I ended up leaving with a similar style jacket and a crossbody. Their pieces were an additional 20% off so I scored. The store is a bit low in inventory and the store was remodeled. Stock should pick backup in about a month or two as they restructure themselves after coronavirus. They limit the people in the store so you may have to wait in line to get in. read more

There are not that many Burberry outlets in Cali. I've only been to this and possibly 1 of 2 other ones in NorCal. So, yes, I'm a fan! My fave Burberry outlet has got to be the one in Vegas. Of course! +/- CUSTOMER SERVICE In general the SAs here are helpful, and definitely try to be. When you come here more often, you'll begin to recognize who knows their stuff more than others and which SAs are the more experienced. Service as a whole is good. HOWEVER- return policy is not very good. You have 30 days after your purchase to make any exchange or refunds with a receipt and all tags attached. I had something I purchased from August. It is now January. I asked an associate if there was anything I can do, and Fernanda said yes, just bring the jacket in and the receipt. I went to the car and got it. Came back, didn't see her. Ended up being helped by a manager Hugo and another female associate. He said since they're doing a half off on all items from last season, the item I was trying to return would be half off too, meaning I'd only get 1/2 of what I paid for it in store credit...well that doesn't make sense because I have a receipt...he was treating it as though I had NO receipt and giving me what it was going for now...I don't get the logic. So now I'm told to "check back in February" and if there's no sale going on, I *might* be able to get credit for my purchase...okayyyyy. If this isn't weird, I don't know what is. +PRODUCTS WOMEN'S Clothing: Yes, that's what everyone is here for, obvs. Great selection of their famous trench! Other than that, there are assorted collared shirts, tshirts, and some high end Prorsum clothing. I'm not really into that. The assortment of various outerwear is where it's at in my opinion. Handbags: They may have a lot of handbags, but it's the same 2-5 styles in 1 or 2 prints. They have lots of wallets and small leather accessories, but none of the popular bags or prints. I didn't even bother to look at prices for any handbags because I didn't like any of them. Vegas store was a WAY better selection. However, I don't feel like Burberry makes random "for outlet" products so I'm happy about that. What you get here at Burberry outlet is HIGH QUALITY for sure. No doubt. But I feel like the Gucci outlet across the way does sell lots of lower quality items shamelessly and it's just embarrassing for their brand. Belts: Great deal on belts! 1/2 off the lowest marked price, making the women's belts here $35+. Nice. A small selection, but I found a cute one with an antique gold finish in black leather and a cool round medallion in front w/ Burberry signature text. MEN'S The tie selection here is quite boring. The color combos are not good, but the prices sure are! You can get a plain, knit tie here for $35. I just saw one today. There are nice collared shirts and jackets, but not really great deals, unless you come when they're doing multiple discounts. There are also some nice tech accessories here, but you have to really look. Sometimes they hold those behind the counter. For instance, a men's iPad leather case with a beautifully subtle blue/black/grey big checker print is now $44 when it was orig over $300. What a steal!!! +SALES: Not sure when the best ones are, but when they do a 50% + some other additional discount, that's pretty good, and the cheapest it'll get. When it's just 1 discount, that's pretty standard. Sometimes they also do the discounts off of purchases of a certain amount, such as over $250, $500, etc. so be on the lookout for those. I find that you can get the same if not better deals at big chain dept stores such as Saks, Nordies or Bloomies but selection is better at these outlets. Overall, selection is just okay at this location, service is good, though return policy needs improvement, and sales can be great depending on what items you buy. read more

Came back to make an exchange for an item. Not ONE sales associate was willing to help us. I'm assuming it's because exchanges may not be treated the same as a sale - commission wise. Once we flagged down a sales associate, she unwillingly helped us. When I asked her if they have a new item in the back that has not been on display, she said no. During check out, I asked the cashier just to double check and he brought a brand new one from the back. In conclusion, the sales associates only care about making a sale/commission instead of providing CUSTOMER SERVICE.
