Lots of shade in these Balenciaga reviews and I'm not sure why. My friends and I have had nothing but great experiences (and great purchases) here. Right by Gucci, the Balenciaga "outlet" is one of the high-end constellation of shops at the Desert Hills mall, right outside of Palm Springs. For clothes, shoes and bags, it is a must-visit. We are talking about direct-from-boutique merchandise here, but last season. The price point, while still high, is a significant drop from boutique retail. On my most recent visit (11/25), I was able to snag a belt, small bag, slides and a fluffy coat. They will not have everything you want or see in runway shows and magazines, but the quality is there and lots of their stuff is timeless or iconic. It's always nice to have a personal shopper. Call first and make an appointment with Karla -- she's awesome -- and she'll tell you if there are more sizes "in the back." Happy shopping. read more

I bought this purse yesterday at this store. The quality of this purse is horrible. It got a big scratch on the inner surface. We went to the store and requested for a swap or warranty at least. But the salesperson said balenciaga only has warranty on hardwares. Leather problem was not included. I was shocked. We know it's final sale but this brand doesn't have after sale service at all!!! Worst on the area. They ask you to leave ur bag at the entrance just like you are going to steal things from them! ABSOLUTELY ABHORRENT experience! I placed an order in October 2022 and asked that it be delivered with signature required. I received a FedEx email 11/4/21 10:02PM providing an estimated delivery date of Monday, November 8, 2021. However, the order was purportedly delivered on 11/5/21 - although my family never received it. In fact, two of us were out of town, my minor child was in school and my husband was at work (we can clearly document this with government attendance records). I also immediately provided notice with a lunch receipt showing I was not in town on 11/5/21 - because I wasn't expecting the delivery until the following week; PLUS, it was signature only. I can also provide cell phone documentation showing what state I was in when calls were received and made that day. In essence, we never received this order. I immediately asked Nora of Balenciaga to file a FedEx claim for a missing package. My understanding from FedEx is that said claim was never filed by Balenciaga - and I was forbidden to file it with FedEx. Despite all of my efforts, Balenciaga's manager (according to Nora) asked me to file a claim with my credit card company - suggesting they were willing to work with me. Wouldn't you know that Balenciaga's management then disputed my claim saying "...The package was signed and received by [me] on 11/5/2021 which was the expected delivery date. Please reverse the decision as we have provided substantial evidence." We tried several times over a nine month period to resolve this matter, to no avail. BALENCIAGA'S MANAGEMENT OUTRIGHT LIED: 1) I clearly provided Nora with documentation that I was not in town to sign for any package and offered further documentation; 2) 11/5/21 was NOT the expected delivery date per the attached documentation; 3) Balenciaga refused to file a claim for a lost package that I could verify we NEVER received; 4) the "signature" provided definitely wasn't mine or that of anyone in my family or who lived in my home (even further, the print was so stable that it's clear someone couldn't have signed that standing in a doorway to receive a shipment - the "signature" was presumably forged likely by the delivery driver or FedEx employee and was conveniently only the initials FedEx had in its system); 5) Balenciaga would much rather stick me, as a customer, with a $500+ bill for an order I could document was never received; and 6) Balenciaga outright painted me out to be a thief and liar. I want a complete refund as well as compensation for my inconvenience and undue mental distress. Initially, I would've taken a replacement of the item. Now, we refuse to patronize Balenciaga - we've since purchased and successfully had multiple pair of Christian Louboutin shoes delivered and left on the porch that we didn't dispute - because we are HONEST people! Don't shop here, if you don't want to be mistreated and made out to be a thief and liar like they made me feel - not to mention being forced to pay hundreds for items you NEVER received. This was such a TRAUMATIC experience!!! read more

I usually go here to buy Balenciaga t-shirts because they're half the price than you would find online. I like seeing and fitting the shirts in person because when it comes to Balenciaga shirts, they all fit differently. But their shirts go fast, so grab them right away.
