I entered the store just before closing. Leon was so helpful and kind, he supplied champagne and I ended up getting a few more items than just the one bag that I wanted. I would definitely recommend shopping at this location.

My wife's mission is accomplished , lol.

Wife wanted a new bag, so off we go to Ala Moana, lol. We previously checked out the International Market Place branch but they didn't have the particular one she was looking for. Anyway, we wanted to grab dinner at Ala Moana so we figured we might as well check out the offerings (and other labels) available there. The front of their store had specific instructions to set up a time to enter (QR code), but Aki immediately and pleasantly greeted us at the front door. My wife browsed around but she still had her mission; that "specific" bag lol. Aki located one quickly and brought it out for my wife to drool and inspect. After falling in love with it, her bag was promptly wrapped up. My kids and I were graciously offered some water as my wife drooled at her new toy, lol. Make sure to ask for Aki if you want exceptional service!

Kellar was an absolute kindle of joy. And wanna know something cool? He speaks fluent Chinese too, you would never think so haha I came in just to look at what I found online, but after seeing how well crafted everything is and how cheap it is, I couldn't resist. For my first time here, I completely was under the impression that Burberry was expensive, I was in complete shock to see things in the $500+ range. And this store offers 10% off, I was astonished. Burberry is making a comeback with its new designer. Be aware, the prices will go up, but the designs are better. Kellar showed me basically every nook and cranny of the men's section, going back and forth to the back to retrieve items, I immensely appreciated his thoroughness. Although in my opinion, the inventory is sparse as opposed to online, and this location does not carry men's shoes :( they can order them for you tho. Should you have a manufacturing defect, there's a 1yr warranty on their products, and if you lose your receipt--there's no worry, it's in their system after you create a profile. However, it's not a huge issue, but my dust bag ripped when I tried to tighten the bag.. I can just sew it back tho. And my oh my, I've shopped at a lot of luxury stores and of all the bags I've untied, this was the most tight, intricate and difficult bags to untie! I don't prefer shopping at Ala Moana, but only because of Kellar, I'd love to come back here.

Whenever I stop in to browse or buy, everyone is always welcoming and friendly. I've always been a huge Burberry admirer, and have collected a couple of things from the brand over the years. Handbags, wallets, scarfs and cardholders to name a few... of course Hawaii weather will never call for a trench, but one day I'd love to own one. I definitely have no need or want to wear designer clothing but I'm sure if I could afford it, I would love to purchase a few some day. I'm not at that point in life lol. So I can't speak to any of the clothing articles... for all of the items I do have though, they have held up very well. Burberry items definitely have a great quality to them. I really appreciate the simple classic designs that come out. But... Yes, but. I honestly don't care for the recent TB collection. It's, different to say the least. But I've totally learned my lesson from a few seasons ago when the glitter leather was released. I'll never think twice about the limited releases! I still regret not picking up more items from that season. I believe sales only happen twice a year and I am sure to get a call or email around that time, which I'm very grateful for. Yet, it always means trouble. More $$ being spent if something piques my interest. This is a store I would highly recommend with caution! Be ready to spend some coin because nothing is cheap here!

Burberry is my go-to brand when I prefer luxury goods at a relatively affordable price. At the Ala Moana branch, they have great sales and great employees. A few months ago, I visited the store during one of their seasonal sales. To my disappointment, I couldn't find the specific tote that I intended to buy (they had a different color in stock) - however, one of the SAs offered to look it up for me at a different branch and YAY, it was available in the mainland! So about a week later it arrives... but it's the wrong bag (and my last name is spelled hideously wrong on the shipping label...). I later go back to the Ala Moana branch to fix it, and the SA is quick to rectify the situation, even offering free shipping for the correct bag to be mailed to me. In the end, all is well - I get the bag I want, and at a great price!

New check. Don't care for the retro look

The Merrie Monarch vibes must have kicked in and I had to finally pop that cherry. I initially went with my hula family and used that time to soak everything in. The next day I went back alone to purchase a few items I couldn't stop thinking about. Both Nāpali and Hōkūpa'a hyped me up during my visit and all items I tried on was sold on the spot. Countless hugs and mahalo were exchanged during my encounter with them. Again, I had to go in a third time just to mahalo your (business) ʻohana during my trip to Hilo! Just about a week later I figured I would "window shop" again during my lunch break at South Shore Market and I was able to catch up with Hōkūpa'a. Then after some time of being educated about the items at the store I was sold again - resulting in me purchasing even more items than I did in Hilo! More hugs and mahalo were shared that day. I can't thank Nāpali a me Hōkūpa'a and the rest of the Salvage Public ʻohana enough for your continued legendary service every time I visit.

Hawaii's Finest Clothing is like walking into a club as this vibrant shop does start from it's storefront with the cool neon logo shining bright along side the huge window with their various logos. So much to choose from along with lots of clearance items making it a great deal shopping here is an experience to find clothing for the whole group. Service here is very friendly and helpful though I didn't find anything today know that I will be back to support this amazing local small biz as they have so many great clothing to express ourselves. He didn't know where they got it from. Then he found a small in the other shirt he received and the male sales associate asked if he had a gift receipt. No, we didn't have one. So he asked "when did you receive it?" My husband said on May 19. He said "Oh, that's more than 30 days-we can't exchange it." Today is the 20th of June. Seriously!?!?! One day late and no grace period!?!??! So now he's stuck with 2 shirts that he can't use....So CAUTION! DO NOT BUY ANY GIFTS from this place. I know if the person he got the gifts from knew they had such a strict policy, she would have warned him to rush and exchange them. Horrible customer experience. The brand has a long history in street culture, and this location reflects that identity with a clean and minimalist retail space focused entirely on the clothing. The store layout is simple and well organized, which makes it easy to browse through the collections. Racks feature a mix of graphic tees, hoodies, hats, and other staple pieces that the brand is known for. The designs maintain the classic Stüssy style that blends surf, skate, and street culture influences. One thing that makes this location interesting is the connection between the brand and Hawaii's surf culture. Stüssy originally emerged from surf roots in California, and seeing the brand represented in a place like Waikiki feels very fitting. The shop tends to attract both visitors and locals who are interested in streetwear and limited releases. The environment inside is relaxed and focused more on the clothing itself rather than flashy retail design. What stood out to me most was how the store maintains the authenticity of the Stüssy brand while fitting naturally into the Waikiki shopping scene. Overall, Stüssy Honolulu is a great stop if you are into streetwear or want to check out one of the well-known global brands located along Kalākaua Avenue.

I would stock up on socks and sweaters with abandon from the Uniqlos closer to my home in San Francisco. That was why it surprised me that I would seek out this familiar store at the mammoth Ala Moana Center. However, I had seen a local vlogger's YouTube video where he showcased the Hawaiian-exclusive clothing they sell here. Jamie W and I decided to drop by when we were at Ala Moana. Although not at the scale of the Tokyo Ginza flagship, it's one of the global chain's larger stores with an expansive multi-floor space. They offer the Brands Hawaiian Loco line, which is quite a distinct array of T-shirts spotlighting locally renowned businesses like Leonard's Bakery, Hawaiian Airlines, and Zippy's. I even bought one featuring a bowl of Zippy's saimin called Zipmin (Photo 4). I also really liked their line of aloha shirts because designs came from top quality Japanese block prints. I fell in love with one shirt based on Hokusai's "The Great Wave Off Kanagawa". I had never seen one like that before. They even offer opportunities to customize T-shirts and tote bags using exclusive designs from local artists. There's enough here to justify a shopping expedition.
