Bungeoppang (붕어빵) is a popular Korean winter street food, a fish-shaped pastry typically filled with sweetened red bean paste, custard, or other fillings - Wikipedia
One of my go‑to Korean snacks, so I was excited to see a whole café for it inside the new Hmart food court.
They make everything fresh nonstop, and you can even wait for a new batch if you want that fresh‑off‑the‑mold crunch. They've got red bean, custard, sweet potato, matcha, and even a pizza filling. Most of them are $2.99, which makes it an easy little snack to grab while shopping.
The crust is crunchy and not too doughy, which I really like. And if you get six, it's tax‑free -- always a bonus.
Nice spot to grab something warm and quick while wandering around Hmart. read more
