Regular jokbal can feel a bit greasy after a bit and you get palate fatigue, but not with this one! And I also like to add spicy sauce to any order. Though a whole order of spicy jokbal is too much for me, using the spicy sauce as a dip from time to time really helps mix the flavours up. I would say they are on the pricey side, when you know how much pork hock, the cut itself is. But still, it's bothersome to make, and as a treat once in a while, totally worth it.
