We have used Bulwark in the past but we typically only have them come out once a year or so when we begin to notice an increase in pests. This time, we specifically had them come out when ants invaded my children's room. We tried a few things from our local stores but when they didn't work, and my children had woken up with ant bites I called them. David Mata was our tech and he was amazing! He was super friendly and very thorough. He took the time to tell me exactly what he was doing and checked the perimeter of our home to find the ant colony and where they were coming from. He told me each product he used and always asked if I had any more questions. I'd say by the next day the ants were completely gone. I know that when I call Bulwark we'll be taken care of. read more

Bulwark is nothing short of amazing. I have used them several times over the years at different homes. They are so very friendly, they are prompt. professional, accommodating, and always do such an amazing job. Their techs are very educated and do a great job explaining the treatments, the reasons for them, and what can be expected. I happened to see some critters a month or so after my initial spray this time, dang ants! I contacted them and they set up someone to come out immediately at no charge to get down to the bottom of the issue. Typically I never see critters after they spray, so this is a one off, but they handled it so well. I love these guys, highly recommend them, and will continue to use them. I have been using bulwark exterminating for over a year now and couldn't be happier. They were referred to me by my dad and he was referred by someone else. There service and quality is outstanding! The solution they use is effective at killing whatever pest is bothering your home. I have service done every other month but if you need them in-between services, they come out for free. I can call or schedule services online and pick the day and time of the week that suits me. I can choose to have them just do the outside, just the inside, or both. Every technician they have sent out has been friendly and thorough. Our most recent serviceman, Omar, was awesome. He was very professional and nice. He did a great job explaining where he sprayed and why we may be seeing an increase in big activity. He was a fantastic associate and I highly recommend him! read more

Never have any issues and they are always willing to come out at no extra charge if you do see some pests prior to their next scheduled appointment. Joshua Roper came out and did my spray today. He was professional, answered all of my questions, and treated my property per my concerns and his recommendations. I will continue to use Bulwark Pest Control as my pest control company. The only recommendation that I have to improve on their already great customer service is to have a customer service rep. call customers two weeks after their spray to make sure there are no further concerns that can be addressed. From my experience, there is only a phone call to schedule the next service, but no follow up customer satisfaction phone call. read more

They were very informative about the types of products they were using and showed me the source of my bug problem (the solenoid box for the drip system). Just moved into a new house and have noticed some scorpions inside and outside, called Bulwark and they sent Joel R - he was very nice and did a good job at spraying in the outlets, outside and inside. They will come out free anytime you see a bug so by paying the monthly service it makes it worth it, just sprayed so not sure of the results yet but so far so good! Did forget to have him spray the garage though which I hear is scorpion heaven, so we will see if he needs to come back out. read more

I read a lot of really great reviews here and ordered service right after. I appreciated the discount being my first time, but the cost was still twice as much as any company I have used. Since the cost was so much more I was hoping for the great service I had read about! I was not so lucky with my visit! My main concern was about Brown Recluse Spiders in my home, and outside. VERY SCARY and I have two dogs who stay outside, so for myself and my dogs I was concerned. I expressed that, as well as with wanting to prevent other little pests. Service was done Yesterday, and today I went out to do laundry. I walked into the room and THERE WERE 3 SEPERATE WEBS AND SPIDERS!! these webs were extremely visible and should not have been missed when I was assured they were taken care of ( I asked multiple times ) It has not been more than 24 hours and I am seeing this already, Needless to say I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied! I am updating this post thanks to the quick response of the company. They came out the next day to re check areas for me. John Crawford was our tech, and he did a stupendous job. He gave us a detailed explanation of everything he was going to do before starting, was extremely thorough in getting all the nooks and crannies of the property, and courteously asked which rooms he could or could not enter (I haven't come across a tech who'd ask this and simple manners go a long way). I've yet to see any bugs around since, not any live ones at least, so it looks like the treatment is working pretty well! I've used Bulwark for about 18 months now. We have a bi-monthly service schedule and had had them out numerous times for re-treatment. The technicians and customer service is fine, but whatever chemicals they are using are not killing the scorpions. My son was stung about a week ago inside the house. We find scorpions inside the house probably on a weekly basis and they seem to be very much alive. Not sure how this is happening, but when we had another company this was not the case. Either the chemicals are not working or the the chemicals are too watered down. Not happy and may have to look elsewhere. read more

We met Tyler J. our local Bulwark Exterminator while he was in our neighborhood. With a huge cricket and roach problem (thanks to Black Mountain Sewer), he was just who we needed. Tyler gave us options on types of chemicals to use and was able to spray for us that day. He took into consideration our pets and offered safer solutions for them.
