I called these guys last minute and I have to say they squeezed me in their schedule, I really do appreciate that especially with my very busy work schedule. So the tech came out took a look at my door found the problem asked me a few questions about what happened he said ok gave me the price of the labor to get it to at least open and close to find the cause of why it happened I said ok let's do it. He got it back together found nothing missing nothing really broken made a few adjustments lubricated the hinges made sure all the sensors worked properly along with the safety mechanisms re checked his work again to make sure nothing was broken and said the door May need replacing soon but seems to be working fine at the moment I am extremely pleased with his work even though it didn't seem like he did much for the amount I paid he went above and beyond my expectations and got my door back in business for now. Me being in the automotive industry just to tell you what's wrong with a car that doesn't include any repairs at all is over $100.00 per hour so I understand why I was charged x amount he didn't just tell me what the problem was he got it working again! And for all this company has done for me along with their great attitude all around I highly recommend this company. read more

A former satisfied customer. I have had Bullfrog service the garage door and opener and never had a problem. I was having problems with current remotes and decided it was time to buy a new opener. Called and got an installed price for a top of the line opener with wifi and battery backup. The installer told us the Homelink wont work with the garage door opener because of the newer technology. Failed to mention there was a relay accessory that would have made them work(Cheaper than the multiple remotes he sold me). Didn't hook up the Wifi. Due to my Homelink not working I needed more remotes. The quoted price apparently only includes one remote. When it was all said and done it cost me more than quoted and all I got out of it was buying some new remotes which I could have done with the old garage door opener. By the way its an extra charge to use your debit or credit card. On the Plus side it is a quieter garage door opener than the old one. Would recommend for service but I wasn't impressed with the sales, installation process. read more

I found myself in need of repair services when the spring mechanism in my garage snapped in two, and my vehicle was held captive. I shopped quotes from several businesses around the valley. I spoke to Jeremy (who is the owner), and he was able to specify a price for the repair service that was beyond reasonable, as well as promptly set up an appointment. You need not fret about the quality, professionalism, or promptness when you call Bull frog's Garage Door Company. It is no time to deal with a garage door that won't open when you're dealing with double digit heat so we called Bullfrog. We are a repeat customer because we know we will be dealt with fairly without hurting our pocket book too much. The office staff is courteous and helpful and even tried to see if they could help us fix it over the phone. Needed to replace a damaged garage door. The representative at the showroom was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and helped us choose what we wanted. They were quick to send out one of their techs to take measurements for the quote. We had a longer lead time than normal due to the Covid, so it took many weeks before arriving. Tanner was the tech who arrived to install the new door. He was courteous, experienced and quick on the install. The door looks amazing and we couldn't be happier. My spring broke and I tried to go through the company American Home Shield sent me to- Smokey' Garage doors, they couldn't "get" to me until Monday- leaving me held hostage with my only transportation stuck in my garage for 4 days. They have great prices in addition to being professional and friendly. I was able to get a Saturday afternoon appointment! When working on my door opener they found a few other things wrong and fixed those as well (for no extra charge). This was a great find. Our appointment was between 2-6. At 5:40 pm, no one had arrived and I was sure I had made a mistake. A very kind, professional young man showed up and completed the work. I thanked him for staying late for work and he said he was the owner. His employees go home at 5 pm and he finishes whatever appointments have not been completed. Now that is customer service!!!
