My experience was great! Dan is the man! He was professional and thorough. He tightened all the bolts, lubricated the rollers, and did the reverse test. Now I feel much better! read more

Awesome service. I called in the afternoon to see about getting a broken garage door spring replaced on our Peoria, AZ home... they said they could be out the next morning. They sent a text when they were on the way. Tanner replaced both springs, lubricated all moving parts and programed a new remote within about 30 minutes. I highly recommend Bullfrog Garage Doors. read more

It's a rare business practice to help solve a problem, even if there may not be revenues to be gained. Says a lot about the business when that happens. Strong ethics for fairness in delivering value, being as helpful as possible and caring. Some good ole' fashion business values indeed. There is a older business book called "Customers for Life: How to Turn That One-Time Buyer Into a Lifetime Customer" by Carl Sewell. Perhaps the owners of Bullfrog have read it - but they just demonstrated "through a single phone call" the essence of what is in that book. I'm a customer for life because they care, do an outstanding job, charge a fair price, and they (the owner) really went out of his way today to help us - even though there wasn't any money in return (on this one) for doing that. In fact he recommended doing the right thing (in this case do nothing because it wasn't needed), rather than take another path that would of likely cost us a bunch of money and major grief in the end (but provided a nice profit to him). Business ethics matter and frankly this is the kind of company you "want" to give your business to. It is something called earning trust (and loyalty) by being honest, fair and providing excellent service. Well done. read more

I had a broken spring today. I called Bullfrog's and they came out that afternoon. Same day service when you can't open your garage is excellent. Brice was the technician and he did the repair and tuneup in a quick period of time. I've been using this company since 2011 and they are always friendly, responsive, reliable and do a great job. Well done! read more

My experience was great. Tanner came out and thoroughly examined and adjusted the garage door & opener and was able to determine the unit needed to be replaced - it was from 2003. Installed a new opener, made sure everything was working properly and showed me how to use it. He was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and the cost was half what another company quoted me. Really felt like he knew what he was doing and I had confidence the job was done right. Appreciate the great service. Showed up when he said he would and we are very pleased with the results. read more

I called Bullfrog Garage Door based upon NextDoor recommendations. I have 8 rental homes and my regular garage door guy was unavailable. He's also retiring so I'm looking for a new company and I will call Bullfrog again. Phone was answered promptly and we setup an appointment for the next day. Brice was at the home promptly and discovered a relatively minor problem, fixed the cable, performed a safety check and lubricated the opener and door and tightened hinges for very reasonable price. He pointed out a potential problem with a crack in one of the panels but did not try to push or upsell me. I would definitely recommend Bullfrog's Garage Door Company for garage door repairs and service. read more

Tanner came out within a few hours of my call. Explained what the problem was and solutions. I had him install a new opener and everything is working great now. read more

The best experience I have had in Sun City AZ hiring a company to fix something. I had an issue with my garage door due to a friend adding insulation to the inside of the garage door. I called at 8:03 in the morning and Jeremy answered the phone went into great detail about my problem and really did not have too. That made a difference to me right from the start. Next I scheduled an appointment in the afternoon and they were promptly there the next morning. Steve fixed my door inspected all the aspects of how it works tweaked everything at a very reasonable price compared to others. This is a family owned business Jeremy the owner his lovely wife in the office and long time friend Steve one of the best technicians on the road. They are great. A terrific experience. read more

I called Bullfrog after checking yelp, better business bureau, and ROC. Bullfrog had good reviews, were in good standing, and a locally family owned business. Called late on a Sunday night and they returned my call first thing Monday morning. They came out the same day to replace my garage door opener. The equipment was top of the line, pricing was great, Heather was very friendly/professional, and Steven installed it quickly/professionally. I can now open my whisper quiet garage door with my iPhone. If you need an opener installed call them and I think you'll be as happy as I am. Hope this is helpful. Cheers read more

Our garage door failed completely, springs were OK so we knew something really wrong. Contacted Bullfrog and even at this time of pandemic were able to get an appointment within a day. Very pleasant and helpful scheduling. Our technician was Tanner and he diagnosed the problem and set about fixing it. He was efficient and very thorough. He was also pleasant and careful and considerate with social distancing. The door now works like new and we are very pleased with the job. Highly recommend Bullfrog! read more

Had a spring pop on Tuesday morning. Left them a message at 7 a.m. and got a call back by 7:15 a.m. Sign of good things to come. We were not going to be home (work work work...) but Heather had all the solutions for us. She had someone out by late morning to replace both springs and add a wireless remote as well. They contacted us upon arrival and gave a very fair quote before starting the work. Secured the garage and side gate upon leaving. Excellent experience all around, we will definitely use them in the future and refer them to everyone we know! read more

Awesome company! Totally impressed with Jeremy, the owner, who was honest in regards to what you need or don't need. Steve and Tanner were here to install both doors at the time specified. They worked as a team, organized and very professional. Did I mention they were fast and cleaned up leaving no trace behind? If you are looking for a reputable company..look no further. We are totally satisfied with our new garage doors and will definitely recommend them! Cindy and Jules Corte Bella read more

You can take all of these 5-Star reviews to the bank! Came out to my garage to find a frayed cable. We asked a friend who recommended Bullfrog's Garage Door Company. That referral should have been enough but I was determined to do my own research. When I see 5-star ratings across the board I still remain cynical. Well, Bullfrog delivered! From the very pleasant appointment setting with Heather, to the repair by Jeremy, they provided EXCELLENT customer service. There were no surprises. There pricing is more than competitive. You get great service at an exceptional value! We explained what we thought was wrong with our door, Heather explained what was entailed with a service call / tuneup and replacement of the cables. She tried to get someone out to us same-day, but our schedule didn't allow it, and she accommodated us nicely. When Jeremy arrived, he greeted my wife and explained the work required to repair our door. The work was done in no time flat. In addition to the cables being replaced (better quality than what was originally on the door), Jeremy lubricated the the moving parts (rollers, hinges, opener), tightened bolts to our rollers, and made sure the springs were in working order. The door is now level, working quieter, and SAFE! There was no upselling or pressure. In fact, Jeremy explained that we had higher-end parts installed by the previous owner and that there was no need for any other parts or service as everything else was in great working order. We will definitely spread the word with friends and neighbors. Any issues with our garage door / opener in the future, we know who to call; Bullfrog Garage Door Company. Thank you so much, Jeremy and Heather! read more

Went to store and when I came home, the garage door was open and I know I closed it. It's Friday and I didn't want to leave door open all weekend so looked on yelp and found this company. Was really happy with the service from Jeremy and Bullfrog's Garage Door Company. Easy to schedule...showed up on time and did an outstanding job of replacing my garage opener to a much better unit. I give BULLFROG a 5 star rating. I first used them 11 years ago when I bought my home. Jeremy made suggestions for my garage door--things I would not have known as a non Arizonan. I'm glad I listened. Now I have them back to service my door and I have not had one problem in 11 years. They can schedule quickly and their employee (Tanner) was punctual and polite..THANK YOU read more

We recently had an issue with our garage door, had a company come to fix the problem which took 4 trips and an inflated price. In the process this created another issue. We called Bullfrog's garage door Company for an estimate, they came out and fixed the problem along with another soon to be issue. They were professional, courteous, honest and with a very fair price. Do yourself a favor, call them first, you won't be sorry. I wish we had heard of them before we spent more than we needed on the initial repair. read more

Met Jeremy months ago at his store/office. Not having an issue with my garage door at the time, I thought, after talking with him, they knew their business. Well, earlier this week, the garage door spring snapped! Called their company - scheduled appointment promptly and Jeremy was here on time. Efficient, quick, knowledgeable, took the time to answer questions and most of all the garage door works just great! Anyone who has a garage door issue can't go wrong with Bullfrog! read more

Great service. Very knowledgable of their products. Great customer service over the phone and in person. When they arrived to replace my garage door opener, they noticed a few things that needed replacing. Not only are their prices very competitive, but they go the extra mile to ensure quality and great work. Whenever I need to replace the actual garage door, I will be calling bullfrog again. read more

Just had a garage door replaced on a rental property of mine and I am surprised with how they finished. I expressed my concerns with the company and was told it was not acceptable and they would get back with me on it. So I finished paying the rest of my balance. They got back with me after I paid and now have no interest in fixing it. Due to the nature of my work all my conversations are recorded, so if they want to argue what was stated I will happily replay the recorded conversation. When removing the trim they created some minor damage. The reason I say it is minor is because it was avoidable and easily remedied, if they cared. I am sure some may wonder why I finished paying if I was unhappy. I don't want to drag this out as I need to move on. Either they care and genuinely want to fix it or they don't. If they do not care, which is the case, I do not want them working on it any more. It is something I can take care of myself which I will, but it is not a position I should be in. Why one star? I understand you have employees who are not perfect, but when the owner stands behind this type of work it is bad. It is not professional work and you should consider other companies. I would attach pictures as a reference but I do not know how to do it on yelp. read more

Had Bullfrog install 3 doors on my shop a 14' 12' and an 8' door. They clearly explained the options and cost did an excellent job installing them. They even returned a few years later to finish installing the small door once I was finished building my loft. In an industry ripe with fraud this company is fantastic trustworthy and reasonably priced for the highest level of service Bullfrog is the best. read more

On top of being very friendly and taking his time to install correctly the first time, Jeremy did a superior job verifying what we wanted for our garage door openers and the compatibility for our car's HomeLink connection. He did a very clean, neat and professional installation, was very conscientious and careful of his work and was very thorough w/ making sure we knew how it operated. And Heather's scheduling arrangements and appointment follow-up were yet further demonstrations of professionalism that is much appreciated. We are very pleased w/ the complete ordering, scheduling and installation process from start to finish! read more

Jeremy and his team were wonderful - friendly, professional, service-oriented and timely. They provided a quote to replace my very-old garage door and charged me exactly what they quoted, even though the frame of my garage had to be adjusted. Their quote was considerably less than other quotes I received. Jeremy even had to go to Lowe's to buy wood for the project, but did not charge me for that. They took the time needed to make it perfect and even left my garage cleaner than they found it. I highly recommend calling whether you need a new garage door or a repair of your current door. read more

Spring in the garage door broke and I called Bull Frog, they gave me a price of $149 parts and labor. The man who did the work was expert and I am very satisfied with the job he did. They came out (3) hours after we called. I would recommend this company read more

I have patronized Bullfrog's a number of times over the years, beginning in 2007/2008. Most recently, I had new doors installed. Excellent company... one to place in your rolodex of "must use" vendors. Bullfrog has even programmed my cars to the garage remotes, in person AND over the phone! How many business owners take time out of their busy schedules to give one lowly customer a phone tutorial! I will patronize this company again and again and again. read more

Fast, courteous service. Will use again. Nice to support a local small business.

Our garage door spring broke so the cars were stuck in the garage. Called Bullfrog and even though it was already afternoon, I explained the situation and they were able to get the technicians out later in the day. The technicians arrived, went right to work and they removed and replaced the door spring in about 15 minutes. The price was very reasonable. It was on the low end of what I had read in online sites to expect. Very happy customer here. I see why Bullfrog has so many 5 star reviews. read more

When the spring broke on my garage door I called Bullfrog as they are in my neighborhood. They fixed my door that day and serviced it. The grease the tech used on my door seeped thru and stained my door. Without me even calling the owner stopped at my house and offered to get my door repainted. Within a few days a painted showed up, color matched my door and painted it. Not often these days a company takes customer service this seriously. They will keep my business. read more

Had quick response and work was good. Fair price but warranty was only for 30 days. Of course 40 days later had a problem. Called back & they still wanted to charge the $80 service charge. Didn't want to give them more business so went with someone else with a better warranty. read more
