John was highly recommended by a trusted friend who works in real estate to do an inspection prior to buying a home. He was extremely thorough and took time throughout the inspection to explain what he was finding and how to correct issues. I was blown away by how knowledgeable he was about HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and so many other specified areas. John Mulhern did a very thorough inspection of a condo we were purchasing. In an otherwise nearly-perfect condo, John found a potentially dangerous gas leak at the hot water heater. The owner has the gas company out while we were still there and had the problem fixed. Further repairs were done afterward.
