I hired Indoor Science to make sure our home was in good shape to welcome in our first child…read more Having had problems with mold in the past, I was anxious about the results. Scott was patient and respectful and took time to explain his observations to me. He was reassuring and suggested that I didn't need to go the extra mile for additional testing as he was pretty confident everything was ok based on his visual and thermal inspections. I decided to pay the extra amount for peace of mind despite his sense that it wasn't necessary. This stance gained my trust, and ultimately, Scott was right- everything was fine. I don't regret the extra testing because for me, that peace of mind is priceless. It can be hard to know who to trust in the mold industry and I would recommend Indoor Science to anyone.

Not only did he agree to take on my job and promptly schedule a day to come out within a week, he also explained why it was being required by the county, what the tests will provide, and potential solutions depending on the results of the test. On the day of the tests, I met one of Bill's employees on site and they were more than courteous with their time to explain to me the methods on evaluating the soil and what each sample meant. Finally, I spoke to Bill after the test since I needed a couple of referrals related to my construction project and he gave me three people that: 1) have experience working directly with the county, 2) were happy to review what I have currently done and provide suggestions. I could not more highly recommend! Great experience!

My wife and I contacted Moldman after identifying a potential issue with moisture in our primary…read morebedroom. David came by our home soon after that to perform an assessment. He immediately communicated that he identified mold he discussed next steps for remediation with us. The next week, David's team returned to remove the affected drywall and flooring. During the remediation process, the team was very communicative and they were careful to limit the extent of their remediation to only the affected materials. Additionally, we appreciated their efforts to protect the non-affected areas of our home and their diligent cleaning process. David and his team also took several pictures to document their findings, which was very helpful when we navigated the insurance claims process. After the initial mold remediation phase, David was very accessible and helpful as we tried to identify the source of the moisture and mold. After we thought we addressed the source, we hired David and his team to perform the drywall re-installation and painting. During the drywall repair phase, David and his team helped us identify the true cause of the moisture, which was a plumbing issue. David and his team quickly alerted us to this issue as they were performing the repairs and paused their work so we could address the plumbing issue before proceeding. Ultimately, the drywall repairs and painting were completed the following week and they didn't charge us additional fees for the unforeseen project delay and rescheduling. Once again, we were very happy with the quality of the work performed and the team's diligent cleaning process. Even after all of the work was completed, David was very helpful and responsive as we navigated the insurance claims process. Overall, we're glad that we hired Moldman to help us address this stressful situation and we highly recommend their services.
