After receiving the mold testing results, I found the report difficult to understand. I scheduled a consultation to review the results, but no one contacted me on the day of the appointment. I have since called multiple times and have not received any response. At this point, I will need to hire another company to repeat the testing and handle remediation. His report included zero photos; he wrote there was mold in the ceiling -- turns out there was not; there were just spots on the ceiling from the shower -- and that was why his report was so vague. What type of mold? The report never stated. I am so sorry that we hired this company. Do yourself and wallet a favor: stay away from this business.
