I strongly advise against using them. An absolute nightmare! Their report on my property contained a completely false statement about equipment that did not exist. This careless error triggered weeks of problems with insurance carriers, causing unnecessary stress, wasted time, and serious complications that no homeowner should have to deal with. The way they do it is just to slap a bunch of photos they took into the report and copy paste from earlier reports. This resulted mentioning a high risk electrical panel that DID NOT exist in my property. While they eventually corrected the report after I pointed it out, the fact that such a mistake was included in the first place shows a lack of attention, professionalism, and accountability. When asked to take responsibility, they dismissed the impact and hid behind contract language instead of making things right. A home inspection is supposed to provide trust and accuracy, in my experience, this company delivered neither. read more

This place is complicit in aiding "criminal activities" to take place. I spoke to a man named Timothy Wojnar, who cancelled a home inspection after clear health concerns were addressed and reported to him with visuals (pictures, etc.) He had minimal basis for taking the approach he did and his company failed to write the correct address down multiple times on a RECORDED LINE. I just find one thing very difficult to believe: The representative that I spoke to on the phone clearly took down notes and everything that I mentioned was being written down as he reiterated it all to me. --Asbestos, Central Cooling Systems, Air Ducts, Outside premises, Mold, Etc et al. That being said, he stated the following: "Yeah, if there are any people occupying the premises I suggest you tell them to vacate the premises for health and safety reasons." As he chuckled at that; HEALTH AND SAFETY ARE NOT A LAUGHING MATTER YOU INCONSIDERATE S.O.B. By your Team acknowledging this and also documenting everything and explaining to me the dangers of all these things located on premises, your team is complicit in criminal acts that are related to Public Health and Safety. If the Representative Timothy Wojnar, told us to vacate the premises, and then clearly said "we (meaning your company) decided to cancel the inspection." It is apparent there are conflicts of interest. As long as you understand THAT point described in this review, then you clearly acknowledge your egregious behavior. Also YOU chose to listen to; quote "broken English speaking" owners and not myself who has the full files and documentation in connection to federal and health departments that oversee this type of work and provide licensing for your LTD, LLC organization. John and Dan showed up with less than 24 hours notice to inspect a property for me. During the inspection, they showed me how to do routine maintenance to things around the property (like the furnace's air filter) and their report was extremely thorough. It prioritized among the recommended repairs and explained every detail. As a first-time home buyer, it was really important to me that the inspection cover every potential pitfall. This one did. It also revealed that the property would need expensive work done on the foundation, which allowed me to ask for a credit at closing and be comfortable walking away if the seller rejected that request. My wife and I hired Tim from Home Inspection Geeks to perform an inspection as we prepared to purchase our first home. Tim was a pleasure to work with from start to finish.
