I stood there while groups of employees walked by and no one stopped to ask if I needed help. Initially walking down the gutter aisle an employee was already helping someone and as I approached the employee turned around and walked away and also being in the group that walked by. I eventually walked over to the other aisle and asked for help from an employee that was helping someone else. He was really nice and a big help. So why was I ignored by about 4 other employees? Who knows. I've been in this particular ACE in Belfair and occasionally the employees are nice but a good portion of the times they are not. It must be miserable working there.

On the other hand, the blonde female host gave us dirty looks, not saying a word and acting as if she wanted us to leave.  She even turned her back on us while we were trying to ask her questions about menu.  A restaurant's hospitality starts at the front door, and unfortunately this experience left a very negative impression before we were even seated. At that, the experience there was ruined from the moment we came in because of this one female host and the whole experience was a total disaster.
