I don't understand why you have to give your home address to complete the waiver as well. Anthony's response to that question was "in case if there was an emergency." However, if there was an emergency I don't know how my home address is going to help. He then just told me to put whatever address I would like and that's what I did. I don't see why there couldn't be a non play entry fee for additional guests for parties. All I did was walk straight back to the party room and sat in a confide space until it was time for us to leave. In addition the party room we were assigned to was extremely warm as if the AC was purposely turned off so you wanted to leave when your time was up. It's places like this and staff members like Anthony that make me want to AVOID as much as possible. I should have went with my gut and stayed home or went to Disneyland for the day and happily given them my money. They had a fridge already stocked with water and juice. It had ample space to store food and cake, plus a freezer for anything that needs to be frozen. The room was exceptionally clean and organized. It was great that we didn't have to do anything but talk with our guests and have fun with the kids. My son felt special because someone was running behind him and capturing his fun moments, and surprisingly, he got a little photo book with all his memories. It was great. The party and events manager, Emiliana, kept communicating with us before the event and addressed any issues we had. She also visited us during the event to make sure everything ran smoothly. The kids had an amazing time jumping and playing in the arcade. They wanted to come back again for the fun. We had an amazing experience overall. If I had to add something to make the experience even better, it would be great to have at least 20 minutes before the event begins for setup. Also, for cleanup, it would be great to start after the 2-hour party time. NOTE: ALL ADULTS MUST WEAR SOCKS IN THIS ROOM! The entire room is padded and carpeted so it is safe for them to climb and explore. Toys are cleaned and sanitized every two hours or more often if needed. There breast feeding module in the room and a diaper changing station in the bathroom. They even have diapers and wipes in there. There is an onsite cafe to purchase food. You can also bring in your own food. There are tables and chairs to enjoy your snacks or meal. They also have a small gift shop that has some cute and educational toys for purchase. Adults and children must have a ticket to enter. Save time and purchase your tickets online before you go.

They have a bunch of different slides too. An area that is mainly for older kids and an area for the younger kids. It's quite well-designed., I love that they even give you slides to wear to the restrooms so your feet do not get wet. Note: EVERYONE has to wear socks all the time, so make sure you bring a pair. They sell them at the front as well for both kids and adults. For the birthday party, they give you a room to use for 1.5 hours. It's quite a large room and they have balloons, plates, utensils and pizza. They even have this cart cleaning station with napkins and wet wipes too. Employees are there to help with clean up and it's quite nice since the table is U shaped so lots of seating area. We had about 15 kids and the parents and it was still a lot of room. The employees help with cleanup as well. Quite organized. I think in general it is a great place if you want a one stop shop. Parents have to accompany kids, but lots of place for the parents to walk around and keep an eye on the kids if they are able to go alone. I went into the structure and it's not at all too low for the adults to walk around if you're following younger children. Definitely a comfortable spot and I like how plush the floors are.

I've hesitated a lot to post but as I've been coming almost everyday or having a monthly membership it seems like I MUST due to some lacking of how the business is being run. 1. The staff/ employees are not attentive to running the business hours. They are nice but they do not pay attention to the customers. There will be days where the devices like the carousel is not plugged in to start the day when it's past the opening time. I would ask couple of times on different days letting them know it's not plugged in. (My husband also had gone couple times told me the carousel was not plugged in). Not only the carousel but the arcade for Mario Kart would not be set up where I would call up an employee and ask them about it to set up so the kids not just my child can play ready to go. When a business opens the place should be ready to go for the customers but it would be funny that the customer would have to ask to have the things ready. I am surprised and frustrated because I'm like wondering why isn't the carousel working? Is it broken? No it was just not plugged in ready to go. Why would the business be opened if it's not ready for its customers to use their equipment? I've seen sadly that the employees are just having fun amongst themselves talking in the front but they don't pay attention to the customers wanting to purchase food or drinks or snacks where they have to then just go to the front. I've seen some parents calling the staff for attention but they're not answering where they end up walking to the front. Seeing that is very frustrating because the employees are not doing their job. They don't watch our kids but at least pay attention to the customers trying to purchase one of their own goods. 2. The cleanliness IS NOT MAINTAINED.. This week my mother in law went to play pie and told me she had killed a roach near the car carousel. I'm so sad and disgusted to hear this. I don't know how the facility is being taken care of or how often but this explains a lot. I'm very disappointed to hear this because my child loves to come here but seeing some things on how the business is run makes me feel lack of trust, worries and not safe environment.
