I took my daughter here to get her first build-a-bear. It's located on the 2nd floor, the right side of Forever 21. It took a while for someone to help us because the build-a-bear lady was assisting another party. So, my daughter and I decided to look on our own. Ten minutes later, another sales lady came out and helped us. My daughter was so happy during the build-a-bear creation, and as a father, I always hope for my daughter to be happy. When my youngest is old enough, I will also take her to build a bear.

So excited!

Pay Your Age!!! Came here for the new promo for children 14 and under, they can pay their age for the Birthday Bear! Started July so my twinsies got to be the first kiddos to get it! All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Small store location. They have a good selection of bears to pick from. Only 2 stuffer stations. If it is crazy busy, the wait will be super long and slow. Good amount of clothing and sports stuff. Do not forget to get your birth certificate! I did not like how they try to pressure you into buying sounds and smells for the bear. One NO should be enough for them to stop trying to sell them. Birthday Bear - $15, pay your age $1! I wonder if you were just born, would it be free?!?! Pink Cuddles - $16.50 Happy Hugs - $16.50 Always fun seeing a bear come to life. The heart song and dance is fun no matter how old you are!

This is the substitute bear. It doesn't say happy birthday on the foot like the other one.

So updating this. Still giving it four stars because they didn't have the birthday bear . I did decide to take the substitute bear instead since I didn't have time to come back next week. My son is turning 1 so the bear came out to only 1$ which I love the whole pay your age deal if your under 13 it is definitely worth it. They did their whole bear ritual with the stuffing and the heart but since my son was a little shy I had to do it for him. Either way he loved since he kept laughing. I bought an outfit on sale for 9$ as well so it was a good purchase for 10$. Ps. They have a rewards account so if you're not signed up you should sign up before you go.

I just went in yesterday for my goddaughter's 5th birthday and had the best experience thanks to Refugio! My sisters and I never had a Build-a-Bear stuffed animal, but we wanted my goddaughter to have one as a gift for her birthday and we let her go all out because we all believe she deserved it! She's very timid and Refugio made her feel comfortable and laugh as she stuffed her Elza (yes she decided she didn't want regular spelling) and made a wish. Refugio was amiable and really made us all feel welcomed, we were probably there for more than an hour. Yaretzi will never forget this experience and ringing the bell! Thank you Refugio, definitely manager material! Can't wait to go back, we all know she still wants the boutique and more clothes lol

Cute little conversation while stuffing her pony

I wouldn't normally shop here but I had a gift card ($50 didn't quite cover today's purchase) My daughter was very excited to build her own My Little Pony Twilight Sparkle. The girls at the store were so sweet, kind and patient. There were so many animals to choose from. I was so glad my kid knew exactly what she wanted. We looked online before going to the store. We still ended up spending an hour in the store. There were so many outfits to choose from. We left with a pony, 2 pairs of shoes and a cape & crown outfit. If my daughter decides to go back. I'll be sure to let her look online ahead of time again.

I am giving this place 5 stars because of Refugio. Thank you for making my daughter's first experience at Build-a-Bear truly magical. He was really encouraging and sweet through the whole process. He was genuine, and should be employee of the decade!!! My daughter loves the Kitten Mary. I wish there were more people like Refugio out there. He really made this experience so pleasant.

Staff only allowed 7 people in. Lady was at register for 26 mins. Ridiculous. Other staff just stood around. Did not try and do a solution. Line to get in was decently long. They were slow and took their time. Other customers complained nothing was still not done.

When I went to use the membership for the first time, I arrived with my two sons after checking the business hours on Facebook and Instagram. When we got there, a man was doing maintenance on the playground and told us it would be about an hour before we could enter. My son, who has autism, was understandably upset, so I took him next door to the pet store to help distract him while we waited. After an hour, we returned--only to be told it would be another 30 minutes. At that point, I asked if my sons' memberships were active through Regional Center. The employee flipped through a notebook and couldn't even locate one of my son's memberships. We left because my son's patience was gone, which is directly related to his autism. This entire experience left a very sour taste. If a business offers social recreation services through Regional Center, accurate hours and organized membership records are essential. What's even more upsetting is that I later discovered Regional Center was charged for six months of membership, even though we never attended or used the membership at all. I never signed a contract agreeing to ongoing charges. I also received a text stating the membership would not be active if we didn't attend--yet they still billed Regional Center. Also, never extended services. Between the inaccurate hours, lack of accommodation, disorganization, and billing issues, I would not recommend this business to Regional Center families.

The place is very well kept and modern with lots of different activities for the kiddos from slides to climbing and even a smaller area for the toddlers. It's really spacious and truly appreciate all the seating available for the adults ( a lot of indoor playgrounds lack this)!. The staff is constantly walking around cleaning and sanitizing. They are very attentive and friendly. I especially wanted to give a shout out to the young lady who was working on the floor she was very attentive and kind noticed my toddler was having a tantrum over not getting the toy out of the claw machines. She really went above and beyond and showed compassion towards my toddler in distress. 10 out of 10 for our visit !

I was really upset because of a Dad and his little girl, must have been 7, 8 years old we're in the toddler area. The girl had an accident inside the ball pit and I overheard the Dad scolding her for peeing, but didn't inform anybody that she even had an accident. My son was in the ball pit when this happened, and I noticed that there were wet footprints on the floor and on the edge of the pit. I grabbed the spray that they had and sprayed the area down, not thinking anything of it. One of the staff noticed that I did that and right away brought towels and sprays to clean the area and another staff member came over and asked me to take my son out because they were spraying chemicals in the pit area to sanitize. When I took him out, he was completely covered in pee all over the back of his shirt & shorts. My son wears diapers so I know it wasn't him. I was really upset, and I told the staff, I went to go talk to the manager about it, and they fully refunded me for the time that I was there. My kids were upset cause we had to leave early, we were 35- 40 minutes in & the guy in the front gave them lollipops, with my approval, to help me calm them. The staff there is amazing and on it about Cleaning and sanitizing everything. They shut the whole toddler section down just so they can sanitize the entire area. As far as that, Dad, it's extremely disgusting that he tried leaving without saying anything to anybody. Accidents happen that I understand but keeping it to yourself and then trying to leave without informing staff is beyond me.

Today they had two special events: 1) meet a mermaid, and 2) party in paradise (Guam dancers). Today was particularly busy with Ronald McDonald House run from 9-11am and free admission for those who participated. Love that Kidspace has themed events to keep families coming! Lots of beautiful themed decorations in the front entrance and right as you walk through. We went straight to the reading area to get in line for meet the mermaid. We waited about 15 minutes. The mermaid was very friendly and played the part well. There were lots of Kidspace photographers. Next we went to the 1:30pm "party in paradise" performance at the outdoor amphitheater. My girls' (almost 5 & 7yo) favorite is the craft room. Today's activity was still the paper butterfly cutouts (we came on 3/30). They could spend the whole visit in the craft room! Los Trompos is also another favorite! Other favorites we didn't get to today: muddy boots farm, blue ocean area, arts/crafts up at the top of the hill, tricycles, climbing structures (2 indoor, 1 outdoor). My youngest really wanted to do the pressurized water bottle experiment. It wasn't working properly today, but a little boy showed us the trick. Tip: press low, high, AND bottom row buttons all at the same time. Watch the stick rise, the water fill up, then shoot up! Shout out to Events Director, Michael, who is always friendly and helpful! There's parking in the back and also street parking. Pricing wasn't too bad considering I think they play here for a couple of hours so it's good they don't charge by the hour(s). Also, you get a discount for the 2nd child. The place has a lot of space compared to the other playgrounds around here. From slides to balls to pretend stores and make up, there's a section for all ages which is pretty neat. First room has a play area for toddlers while the opposite side has a slide and maze for school aged kids. Then there's the other bigger room with a trampoline, basketball hoops and maze. Adults can hang out at the tables or sofas while their kids roam around. Place seems pretty secure but could use a better lock control at the front. Otherwise, place is great to bring your kids to have fun and get out of the house for a bit.

One thing I like is about Wonderland is that I can bring my coffee or outside food/drinks while I watch my son play. Socks are worn in the play areas at all times. Just from visiting this spot a couple times on separate occasions, I would definitely consider this…read morethe best indoor spot I have ever seen for a toddler. It's quite spacious and there are just such a variety of activities for kids, from playing in a ball pit, to stacking random foam blocks, to playing in an area filled with random electronic entertainment (like mario kart and coloring fish), to actual play area with slides and padded obstacles. Even after seeing some of the lower reviews, I still think it is relatively clean considering the amount of traffic the weekend or evening may bring. I didn't really see anything that was broken or not working, and even when the mario kart system bugged out and was on a default screen, a staff member quickly did a reset and got it back into working order within 10 minutes or so. A consideration to be made is the fact that not all the parents are attentive with their kids, so there were definitely some kids that are just disrupting other kids playing or being obnoxious/rude. It's inevitable but also makes it feel like some parents literally just let their kids do whatever with little supervision, knowing that they are within the indoor playground. For example, my 1 year old was sitting on the padded carousel, and an older kid (at least 6 y.o.) jumped into the middle of the carousel and started dancing around wildly, which would've been fine until he almost fell on top of my much smaller child. It should also be noted that the area was marked for 2 y.o. or younger, but there's pretty much no enforcement of the space. Otherwise, it's a really cool spot for kids to burn a few hours and I still think it's remarkable that they fit so many different things to do in the same area.
