Candy Land Kids Play Place is honestly such a great spot if you have little kids. We went not…read morereally knowing what to expect, and ended up staying way longer than planned because the kids were having so much fun. Everything is super colorful and set up in a way that actually keeps them entertained instead of getting bored after 10 minutes. One thing I really appreciated was how clean it was. That's always my biggest concern with indoor play places, and this one felt really well taken care of. The staff were also really nice and present without being overbearing, which made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. There's a good mix of things to do too--areas for younger kids and enough going on for slightly older ones so no one feels left out. It's one of those places where kids can just run around and be kids while parents can actually sit for a second and breathe. Overall, it just felt easy, fun, and stress-free. Definitely a spot I'd come back to or recommend to other parents looking to get their kids out of the house.

I especially loved how safe everything felt--soft play structures, well-organized zones, and staff who were friendly and attentive. It's also such a great spot for playdates or even birthday parties. Plenty of seating for parents, and honestly, it's one of those rare places where both kids AND adults leave happy. Highly recommend if you're looking for a fun, stress-free place to let the kids burn energy and have a blast. We'll definitely be back!

We went…read moreon the free day (first Friday of the month), but with that free ticket you only get 2 to 3 hours in the afternoon before the place closes, so it's a great taster to make you want to come again! Our kids ages 2 to 7 all had a great time! There was so much to do, from walking through the river and doing water play, to sand play in the pretend lake, to crafts (that we didn't have time for), to climbing equipment, and building/engineering/physics activities. Plenty of things to do both indoor and outdoor. The physics section is great for older kids too, even middle school (but the rest of the museum is definitely geared to elementary).

Free Parking, confusing at first as it's a shared lot for the park. There was a line upon arrival…read moreso you can actually buy tickets online and bypass the other line. The museum is both indoors and outdoors. There's several activities that are geared towards older kids such as sitting on seat and self-pull to go up. Or a tug a war type thing. The other outdoor activities are for all ages, they have areas where you can bang on stuff to hear the sounds. There's an indoor which I feel the younger ones loves such as the train table or the parachute. Overall there's activities for all ages. There was even a spot if someone wants to read and do storytime. Fun overall. It can get pricey. I'm not big on places charging adults as it truly is more for the kids.

Places like these are becoming quite…read morecommon in LA and the barrier to entry is relatively low, so the fact that this is one of a chain is a good sign - someone is doing something right. Quality control is critical for indoor playgrounds, and this Eagle Rock / Glendale location is excellent. The facility (see photos) includes a little town for younger kids, an indoor crawling / play area for mid-age kids, and a bounce area and climbing wall for older kids. I would have preferred the bounce area more appropriately gated off to avoid inadvertent bounces outside (see photo). The ideal demographic for this type of facility is 3-6 years old. Kids older than this will bore quickly of the trampolines and climbing wall; kids younger than this will get stepped on. I would anticipate most kids will be entertained for 1-2 hours, no more. Outside the play area is an underutilized area with untouched pay-to-play games and simulators (which would be better utilized with a larger play area), and an upstairs seating area with CCTVs and massage chairs. Again, space better spent on a larger play area. Outside is a cafe offering overpriced (but not egregious) snacks, pizza, crepes, and coffee. Expect prices about 25-50% more than what would be expected at a dedicated cafe. TV screens playing KidzBop on loop surround the walls. I thought the volume was appropriate, contrary to other reviews. The staff was effective but somewhat aloof, as is expected for the hourly Gen Z employee. Above all, this location was impeccably clean (the bathroom slightly less so), a critical aspect of an indoor playground, and the most important distinguishing feature between a successful and failing place like this. Price of admission is $25 for all day for the first child, and $20 for siblings after the first, which is reasonable. Food prices elevated, as per above. Overall, My Lil' Town is a respectable, clean, effective place to bring your 3-6yo child for an hour or two of fun. Facility: 4.5/5 Service: 4/5 Value: 4/5

They promised a refund, but I never received it until I followed up multiple times, and eventually they gave me a credit instead. * The second time, I showed up and the door was closed with nobody there. Again, I didn't receive the credit until I reached out a second time. * The third time, my class was once again canceled last minute. At that point, I decided I was done and had to request a refund again. It's very frustrating to plan my schedule, drive over, and arrive ready for class only to find cancellations without proper communication or timely refunds. I really enjoyed my past experiences here, but the lack of reliability and follow-through has made it difficult to continue.

I realized it and asked the teacher if I was in the right spot. She said I was not and to call the office and talk to them about it. I called the phone number she gave me AND the one listed online (left 2 voicemails bc no one ever picked up) and I emailed them and no one ever replied to me. I wasted $20 because I left after the second song... the class wasn't even good. It was a teacher who plays a Spotify list of songs and then you put on different hats to each song while they do hand motions to the song. It was SUCH a SAD excuse for a music class, esp after having experienced Lovebug and Bloom. Also, The elephant hat smelled so bad I couldn't put it on. It was disgusting. They really need to either get some new hats or wash them or something. It smelled like wet dog. Overall, this place seemed kind of rundown. I will never be back because why would I spend money in a place with a zero customer service and subpar classes?
