He worked hard to complete the service. I feel like he did a great job. I'm happy overall with the quality of the work. My husband asked him questions and Tyler was glad to answer any questions we had. He seemed knowledgeable and professional. We are going to continue using Source Pest Control. I really appreciate the level of customer service they provide and how much they care about customer satisfaction.

David was wonderful, communicated when he was on his way, arrived on time, walked through the place, and talked me through what he was going to do. He showed me some places to caulk up before his next visit so the roaches can't create nests again. We had removed our dishwasher so he could put poison behind and he laid bait on the dishwasher, which was outside, too. He was thorough and came back for a follow up. During the follow-up he sprayed the outside laundry shed, too. He called after the follow-up with a few details and noted that we could caulk the place where the outside air conditioner box connected with the apartment. Seriously professional, high attention to detail. Would ask David to kill again!

They also tell you who to expect at your home and include a picture. I appreciate that from a safety pov. I've seen a bug here or there in the house but nothing crazy. We still have alot of waterbugs, spiders and earwigs in the yard around the house. My understanding is the treatment is to keep a barrier so they don't come inside. Good plan... I wish it was for the exterior as well. I don't know if my neighbors treatment their yards and that could be a factor in the amount of activity. Good thing is the waterbugs are usually dead or dying but bad thing is it's at least 4-6 everytime I go in the backyard. The team cleans webs each visit but again, the spiders return. This is my reason for 4 stars because if I had a garden this service wouldn't help. I really wish it treated the yard so we could enjoy just sitting or playing outside. I like that at any point I can call for additional service outside of my quarterly visit. I started this service while my husband was deployed and we've kept it to give us a little time back. Previously, he treated the yard with a DIY subscription.

I submitted an inquiry form Monday night, they contacted me Tuesday morning, and they were able to squeeze me into their schedule for that afternoon! Our technician, Jose C was very professional and friendly throughout, and I appreciated him listening to my concerns. He started with the interior, treating all the spots I was noticing ants coming in from, and then proceeded to treat the exterior. It's been a few days and I've only seen 2 ants so far (compared to the hundred of ants that were creeping in before) so I'm very pleased with the service so far. The price was also competitive with some other places I called, and they also offer a military discount! Would recommend for pest control needs.

Although their service techs are great people and they do quality work, I do not recommend this company as an organization as a whole. Very poor misleading contract.
