I used this company to tent our office building after purchase. That went fine but when we noticed droppings near the end of our one year warranty we reached out to have them inspect again. After multiple reaches including calls, emails, etc. for several months we have only received one response saying they will send the request to "Robert" and nothing (I have followed up a few times after this initial response as well). I will never use them again because we are now months past our warranty and still have not been able to get anyone out to reinspect. read more

Contacted NCPM for a termite inspection and they responded super quick to request. Edmanual was onsite the next day, less than 24 hours of initial contact. He was very professional and easy to work with. He was very informative and gave me a full rundown of actions needed and preventative measures for the future. Luckily I don't have any drastic issues requiring extensive service, but I will definitely keep NCPM at the top of my list when I need any further pest control services. read more

This is a bit of an unusual review. We actually had our termite service done by another company but there was so much damage that they referred us to NCPM as the company we had used didn't do fascia repairs/replacement. I spoke to Junior and he was quick to come out, give me a quote and get me on his schedule. Mikel showed up on time both days and his work was flawless, I was amazed! I received a quote from this company regarding what looked like fungus or rotten wood on my patio. The patio looked like it was going to collapse. I wasn't sure what caused this, all I knew was I was afraid if my kids were playing outside the entire patio could possibly fall on them. When North County Pest Management came out to my house the one thing I noticed was they were not only friendly, but generally concerned when they inspected my patio. I had received quotes from other companies, but the amount I was quoted was not in my budget. Needless to say I was comfortable in hiring this company. I was referred to this company by my realtor. I looked at his Yelp reviews and I should have listened. This has been my worst experience with a termite company! Edmanuel did not follow thru with the agreed dates, he also subcontracted the work to another company and had no clue what was going on with my property. The subcontractor came out a day earlier than scheduled and I had to leave my house on a minutes notice. My house was tented and Edmanuel thought the house was scheduled another day. He was horrible at communicating with me. The only time he actually communicated was to ask for payment. When the tent was supposed to come down I was told I had to be at the house. Sure enough, nobody showed up and nobody called. After I started calling Edmanuel and the subcontractor, I was told the tent would be up for three days instead of two. Again, no communication whatsoever! Edmanuel is really good at harassing you for payment but doesn't follow thru on the work. Before I knew how dishonest and what a horrible business he runs I had paid him to exterminate another structure on my property. I was surprised and disappointed to see that he had his wife, YES HIS WIFE, spraying down my property. I don't think she's licensed or knows what she's doing. Again, I really wish I would have listened to the reviews. There's so many pest control companies. Do yourself a favor and don't hire Edmanuel! read more

They were very responsive (texting) and accommodating so I could meet my time committments, they showed up when they said they would, answered my questions and explained everything they were doing. North County Pest Management are great! We were in the beginning stages of a VA refinance and knew termite inspection would be an issue and wanted to get it handled quickly. I was referred to North County Pest Management and spoke with Edmanuel. He was courteous and knowledgeable. When I let him now we needed a quick turnaround, he did his best to make it work: he offered to try to come out same day to inspect or the following day to inspect and do the work despite him being in North County and our house being in Imperial Beach. Due to my schedule I needed two days between the call and the work. Edmanuel was cool about it. He and Mikel were five minutes early, which I prefer and seem to rarely experience with contractors. They we were easy going, friendly, and explained everything. Their work was legit, timely, and very affordable. I had a few questions and Edmanuel seemed more than happy to humor me.
